In one example, the spray arm 25 may be disposed at a central location within the dishwasher. The central position may be defined as a middle position of the plurality of racks 22 in the dishwasher 100 so as to cover dishes on the plurality of racks 22 when the spray arm 25 rotates, thereby saving space inside the dishwasher 100. Only a single spray arm 25 is needed to spray the tableware on a plurality of shelf 22, which saves the cost of design and material and brings more use space.
The water valves, water pressure transducer, water heater, and drive motor 23 may be controlled by the processor 24. For example, the area of the rack 22 for placing dishes can be divided into four quadrants, namely, the first, second, third and fourth quadrants. Processor 24 may control drive motor 23 to rotate spray arm 25 such that spray aperture 251 is directed toward any of the four quadrants. In addition, processor 24 may also control a water valve to adjust the amount of water output (or stop the water output) from spout 251.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the driving motor 23 may also drive the spray arm 25 to translate. When the spray arm 25 is translatable, the dishwasher 100 may further include a conversion mechanism (not shown) coupled between the drive motor 23 and the spray arm 25 that converts rotation of the drive motor 23 into translation of the spray arm 25.
In the present embodiment, the shelf 22 may include one or more shelves, such as two shelves. In the example of a two-level rack shown in the figures, the spray arm 25 may be located in the middle of the two racks 22 so that all dishes on the two racks 22 may be sprayed when the spray arm 25 is rotated.

The mounting bracket 26 is fixed in position such that the spray arm 25 can rotate relative to the mounting bracket 26. the manner in which the mounting bracket 26 is fixed in position is not limited, as the mounting bracket 26 can be fixedly attached to the carrier 22 or elsewhere.
In summary, the structural features of the dishwasher 100 provided by the embodiment of the present invention can realize the following functions:
1. the spray arm 25 is driven by the drive motor 23 to move, including rotating about the axis of the spray arm 25, translating, so that the spray arm 25 sprays cleaning medium to clean dishware in the washing area within the dishwasher.
2. The dishes in the washing area within the dishwasher are image-captured by the image-capturing element 21, the image not being limited to an image of the dishes or an image of contaminants.
The above is the basic structure and functions that the dishwasher provided by the embodiment of the present invention has, and other structures are not described, and the method embodiment is further supplemented later. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the same or equivalent modifications in the above structure as the inventive concept provided by the embodiments of the present invention may be made without departing from the scope of the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of a washing method for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention; the embodiment of the invention provides a washing method for a dish washing machine, in particular to a method for determining a washing range of a spray arm of the dish washing machine, which aims to solve the problems that the existing dish washing machine sprays according to a fixed mode, when a washing medium is sprayed by the spray arm, the movement route of the spray arm is single, so that electric energy is easily wasted, and the washing efficiency is not high, so that the product experience expected by a user cannot be achieved, and the part of tableware of the dish washing machine, which is not prevented from being wetted by water, is easily caused to breed bacteria.
The cleaning method provided by the embodiment of the invention is realized by the structure of the dishwasher; the term "cleaning medium" mentioned above may be a cleaning liquid prepared by connecting the spray arm to the city water supply end to provide clean water, or mixing other cleaning substances.
The cleaning method comprises the following steps:
step S11, controlling the spray arm to rotate under the condition that the tableware exists in the cleaning area;
step S12, determining a first rotation angle of the spray arm when the cleaning medium sprayed from the spray arm just contacts the tableware;
step S13, determining a second rotation angle of the spray arm when the cleaning medium is determined to just leave the tableware;
and step S14, determining the cleaning range of the spray arm according to the first rotation angle and the second rotation angle.
It is understood that steps S11 to S15 are the preceding steps of the test washing range of the dishwasher, and it is contemplated in the embodiment of the present invention that the spray arm is controlled to spray water in the washing range, not spray water in the non-washing range, and to rotate at a reduced speed in the washing range, rotate at an accelerated speed in the non-washing range, or only rotate in the washing range, according to the determination of the washing range of the spray arm of the dishwasher in the dishwasher, so as to achieve the energy-saving and efficient washing effect.
In order to ensure that the washing range of the spray arm is determined in the case that the dishes exist in the normal dishwasher, the step S11 is performed to control the spray arm to start rotating at a constant speed for the rotation in the step S11 in the case that the dishes exist in the washing area, so as to ensure the referential of the measurement.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of step S11 in a washing method for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention, in one embodiment of step S11, it is determined that dishes exist in a washing area through image recognition, as follows:
s111, acquiring an image of a cleaning area;
and step S112, determining that the tableware exists in the cleaning area according to the image of the cleaning area.
It will be appreciated that since the washing area inside the dishwasher is typically a fixed background environment, there is provided a way to implement steps S111 to S112 in the embodiment of the present invention as follows:
firstly, an original cleaning area image is obtained through step S111, before the cleaning area image is not identified, whether tableware exists in the cleaning area is unknown, the image in step S111 is acquired through an image acquisition element, so that a saved path of the image acquisition element is converted into processable data, namely, the size of the image is changed, for example, a saved file of the image acquisition element is read by using an immed (a function in encoding software opencv, which is explained by taking opencv as an example in the following), and the image is enlarged or reduced, so that an image which can be processed by opencv is obtained. And then obtaining HSV color space pictures of BGR (R-red, G-green and B-blue) colors of the images, carrying out binarization on the HSV color space pictures, carrying out expansion treatment and corrosion treatment, finally obtaining the contour data of the tableware (if the tableware exists), and carrying out region cutting on the original pictures according to the contour data so as to judge whether the tableware exists in the region, wherein if the tableware does not exist in the region, the tableware exists at the moment.
In some embodiments, in order to prevent other articles from being mistakenly placed into the dishwasher, the image obtained by area-cutting the contour data on the original image may be compared with the preset tableware image in the database for similarity comparison, so as to determine whether the object in the dishwasher is tableware, for example, when the similarity is greater than a preset threshold of 80%, the dishwasher determines that there is tableware.
In some embodiments, in order to save the calculation power of the processor, the presence or absence of the tableware can be judged by weighing, and the washing area includes the rack, and an electronic scale or a weight sensor can be arranged on the lower side or the upper side of the rack for acquiring the weighed weight on the rack.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a step S11 of the washing method for the dishwasher according to the first embodiment of the present invention; in one particular embodiment of performing step S11, the presence of dishware in the wash zone may be determined by weighing, as follows
Step S111', obtaining the weight of the commodity shelf;
step S112', the tableware in the cleaning area is determined according to the weight on the shelf.
It can be understood that the serial port of electronic scale is directly connected through the treater, through the serial port data that reads the electronic scale, weight data on the supporter promptly, if weight data has exceeded the initial weight when the supporter is vacant, then confirm to have placed the tableware on the supporter this moment, this method can save the calculation power of treater, but can influence the space in washing region, and specific adoption mode can be decided according to the environment that dishwasher used. For example, in some large dishwashers, the tableware is more, and the weighing mode can be adopted when the image recognition is more difficult.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the detailed implementation manner of step S13 and step S14 may be:
the controlling of the rotation of the spray arm in the step S11 includes: controlling the spray arm to rotate at a constant first rotating speed from the initial position;
the determining the first rotation angle of the spray arm in step S12 includes: determining the first time from the rotation of the spray arm from the initial position to the contact of the cleaning medium with the tableware, and determining a first rotation angle according to the first rotation speed and the first time;
the determining the second rotation angle of the spray arm in step S13 includes: and determining a second time from the rotation of the spray arm from the initial position to the moment when the cleaning medium just leaves the tableware, and determining a second rotation angle according to the first rotation speed and the second time.
Specifically, the rotation angle of the spray arm corresponds to the position of the dishes to be washed. I.e. the position of the washed dishes is determined as long as the angle of rotation of the spray arm is determined. And the rotation angle of the spray arm can be expressed by using the rotation speed and time of the motor. Therefore, the position of the washed tableware can be obtained through the rotating speed and the time of the motor.

In formula 1, a is a rotation angle of the spray arm, i.e., a position of the dishes to be washed, K is a constant coefficient, D is a rotation speed of the driving motor, t is a rotation time of the driving motor, and the rotation speed of the driving motor is a first rotation speed according to the step S11, which is a constant value D1. The constant coefficient K was determined for prototype testing. Typically, the determination is made by averaging multiple prototype tests.
Step S12 and step S13 continue by determining whether the dishes are contacted by the cleaning medium. If so, a first time T1 at this time is recorded. Continued rotation of the spray arm again determines whether the dishes are contacted by the cleaning contact. If the cleaning medium is disengaged from the dishes, a second time T2 is recorded at this time. This records a set of cleaning positions.
In step 14, determining the cleaning range of the spray arm according to the first rotation angle and the second rotation angle includes:
and after the spray arm rotates for one circle, determining the cleaning range of the spray arm in one circle according to the first rotating angle and the second rotating angle.
It can be understood that the spraying arm rotates around the shaft periodically, and the cleaning range of the subsequent rotation of the spraying arm can be obtained only by acquiring the first rotation angle and the second rotation angle within one circle.
After one rotation of the spray arm, i.e. after 360 °, all cleaning positions are recorded. At the beginning of the cleaning position, a1 ═ K × D1 × T1, and at the end of the cleaning position, a2 ═ K × D1 × T2, and at this time, the range of the drive motor from the beginning of the cleaning position to the end of the cleaning position is recorded, that is, the cleaning range of the spray arm.
In one embodiment, the acquisition of the cleaning medium just contacting or leaving the tableware can be realized through image recognition, but when the cleaning medium is a clear water column, the cleaning medium is transparent, and at this time, the water column path through the recognition spray arm is difficult to realize (because the main component of the cleaning medium is difficult to find, the cleaning medium cannot be divided in the HSI model), which may cause prejudgment in the image recognition, so that the spray arm performs cyclic cleaning in a wrong cleaning range, and the tableware cannot be cleaned. The scheme provided by the scheme is that the refractive index of the tableware under light can be changed after the water column sprayed by the spraying arm is contacted with the tableware, so that the gray value of the image pixel point of the tableware is changed, if the gray value of the edge of the tableware is changed when the cleaning medium is just contacted with the tableware, the histogram statistics is carried out on the tableware image by dividing the image of the tableware, when the edge pixel value of the tableware image is changed, the cleaning medium is considered to be just contacted with the tableware at the moment, after all the pixel values of the tableware are changed (the corresponding cleaning medium covers the whole tableware under the spraying at the moment), the cleaning medium is considered to just leave the tableware at the moment, and the two time points are respectively recorded, namely the first time and the second time.
In another embodiment, the laser distance measuring device can be realized by laser distance measuring, and laser distance measuring devices can be arranged in the same direction in the water spraying direction of the water outlet holes of the spraying arm, namely the spraying direction of the cleaning medium, and the laser distance measuring devices rotate coaxially along with the spraying arm. The specific method can be as follows:
under the condition that tableware exists in a cleaning area, acquiring a first distance curve of a laser range finder rotating for one circle along with a spray arm;
under the condition that tableware exists in the cleaning area, a second distance curve of the laser range finder rotating for one circle along with the spraying arm is obtained;
comparing the first distance curve with the second distance curve determines that the cleaning medium has just contacted the dishes and that the cleaning medium has just left the dishes.
It will be appreciated that in the presence of dishes in the washing zone, the first distance curve measured by the laser rangefinder is fixed, whereas the second distance curve, i.e. the first and the first distance curve, is different after the dishes are present, and it is determined that the washing medium has just contacted the dishes and that the washing medium has just left the dishes, based on the first and the last node where the second distance curve and the second distance curve differ.
Referring to FIG. 5, FIG. 5 is a flow chart of a washing method for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention; the dishwasher comprises a cabinet door, and the cleaning method further comprises the following steps:
step S15, determining the opening and closing state of the cabinet door;
and step S16, under the condition that the cabinet door is opened and then closed according to the opening and closing state, re-determining the cleaning range.
It is understood that the open/close state of the cabinet door can be obtained by a displacement sensor or a stopper (hall switch), and in case that the cabinet door is opened and then closed, the user is assumed to have the dishes rested, and then the steps S11 to S14 are cyclically performed to re-determine the washing range.
The cleaning method provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises the following steps: adjusting the spraying parameters of the spraying arm in the cleaning range;
wherein the spray parameters include at least one of: water yield, water outlet pressure and rotating speed of the spray arm.
Adjusting spray arm parameters according to the cleaning range includes:
within the cleaning range, at least one of the water yield, the water outlet pressure and the rotating speed is increased.
It can be appreciated that when the spray arm is rotated to the cleaning range, the spray arm can increase the time required for cleaning the area by decreasing the rotation speed, and increase the water output pressure to increase the cleaning force, whereas when rotated to the non-cleaning range, the rotation speed is increased to decrease the time required for cleaning the area, and by stopping the water output in the non-cleaning area, the arrangement has the advantages of saving electricity and water energy, increasing the cleaning speed, decreasing the time required for cleaning, and increasing the satisfaction degree of the user
If the speed of the driving motor is set to be v1 in the interval from 0 (initial position) to A1 (position when the cleaning medium just contacts the tableware), the speed of the driving motor is set to be v2 in the interval from A1 to A2 (position when the cleaning medium just leaves the tableware), and the speed of the driving motor is set to be v1 in the interval from A2 to 0, wherein v2 is smaller than v1, the driving motor can be controlled to carry out speed control according to the two positions of A1 and A2 as stepping points.
In summary, in the cleaning method according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the first rotation angle of the spray arm is determined when the cleaning medium sprayed from the spray arm just contacts the dishes; a second angle of rotation of the spray arm is determined from the image, at which the washing medium has just left the dishes, and then the washing range of the spray arm of the dishwasher in the rotation cycle, i.e. the part of the washing zone that is to be washed, is determined from the first angle of rotation and the second angle of rotation. Thereby the spray arm can increase a water yield and go out water pressure, or any kind of rotational speed in the washing scope, and can not spout the cleaning medium or reduce to spout the cleaning medium in non-washing scope to solve the problem that the cleaning efficiency is not high, improve user's product experience, energy saving consumed the festival.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a washing method for the dish washing machine, in particular to a method for determining the washing strength of a spraying arm of the dish washing machine, which aims to solve the problems that the existing dish washing machine sprays according to a fixed mode, the spraying washing strength is consistent or only has a plurality of choices, so that when the spraying arm sprays washing media, the tableware is easy to shake and collide under the condition of being sprayed due to the fact that different tableware materials are not used and the placing positions of the tableware are different each time, the tableware can be scratched or even cracked, the loss is caused to users, and if the washing strength is reduced, the problem of unclean washing is faced.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a washing method for a dishwasher according to a second embodiment of the present invention; the cleaning method provided in this embodiment can be combined with the cleaning method of the above embodiment or performed singly, and all of them fall within the protection scope covered by the embodiments of the present invention.
The cleaning method comprises the following steps:
step S21, controlling the spray arm to spray the cleaning medium to the tableware with the initial cleaning intensity;
step S22, acquiring an image of the tableware;
step S23, determining whether the tableware shakes according to the image;
and step S24, adjusting the initial cleaning intensity to determine the target cleaning intensity corresponding to the critical point when the tableware is not shaken and when the tableware is shaken.
The cleaning method provided by the embodiment of the invention is realized by the structure of the dishwasher; the term "cleaning medium" mentioned above may be a cleaning liquid prepared by connecting the spray arm to the city water supply end to provide clean water, or mixing other cleaning substances.
Specifically, the initial cleaning intensity may be zero or other intensity values, the spray arm is controlled to spray the cleaning medium to the dishes with the initial cleaning intensity (if the initial cleaning intensity is zero, the spray arm is considered to be in a spraying stop state), the image of the dishes is obtained, whether the dishes shake or not is determined according to the image, in general, the most suitable cleaning intensity is the maximum intensity value under the condition that the dishes do not shake, the cleaning intensity may be understood as a water pressure value, and the initial cleaning intensity is adjusted to determine the target cleaning intensity corresponding to the critical point where the dishes do not shake or shake, that is, the target cleaning intensity.
It can be understood that the target cleaning intensity is obtained by the method, and the tableware can be cleaned with the maximum intensity under the condition that shaking collision is not generated, so that the cleaning efficiency is improved, the cleaning time is saved, and better use experience is provided for a user.
In step S24, adjusting the initial washing intensity to determine the target washing intensity corresponding to the critical point where the dishes are not shaken and the shakes can include:
under the condition that the tableware does not shake, the cleaning strength of the spray arm is increased;
the washing strength is reduced when the tableware is shaken.
It is understood that the above manner is a basic manner of determining the target washing intensity, i.e., determining the critical point where no shaking and shaking occurs by increasing the washing intensity of the spray arm in case no shaking occurs to the dishes and decreasing the washing intensity in case the shaking occurs to the dishes, and the steps S241 to S242 are only limited as a function of the above step S24 and will not be explained in an excessive way.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a step S24 of the washing method for the dishwasher according to the second embodiment of the present invention; the step S24 of adjusting the washing intensity of the spray arm according to whether the dishes shake or not includes:
step S241, dividing the cleaning intensity from a zero value to a maximum intensity value into a plurality of intensity values;
step S242, controlling the spray arm to switch among various intensity values according to whether the tableware shakes so as to increase or decrease the cleaning intensity;
step S243, determining a target intensity area according to two adjacent intensity values which do not shake and shake in the tableware;
and step S244, gradually increasing the smaller intensity value in the target intensity area by a preset intensity increment so as to determine the target cleaning intensity at the critical point of no shaking and shaking of the tableware.
It can be understood that since the washing intensity of the dishwasher is adjusted by the water pump, which is adjusted to an upper limit, and the washing intensity is set to a maximum intensity value Pmax based on the protection of the dishes, step S241 divides the washing intensity from 0 to Pmax into a plurality of intensity values, which may optionally be five, of 0, 1/4Pmax, 1/2Pmax, 3/4Pmax, and Pmax, respectively. The spray arm is controlled to switch between the respective intensity values to increase or decrease the washing intensity according to whether the sloshing occurs, so that a target intensity region is determined according to two adjacent intensity values, i.e., when the washing intensity is switched to 1/4Pmax when the dishes are not sloshing, and when the washing intensity is correspondingly switched to 1/2Pmax when the dishes are sloshing, the target intensity region is 1/4Pmax to 1/2 Pmax.
The smaller intensity value in the target intensity region is gradually increased by a preset intensity increment, which is understood as the smaller intensity value in the target intensity region, such as the smaller intensity value of 1/4Pmax to 1/2Pmax of 1/4Pmax in the above-mentioned target intensity region, and a preset intensity increment Pd is gradually increased at this time, such as 1/4Pmax + Pd x t, where t is time, according to the time axis, so as to determine the target cleaning intensity at the critical point where the dishes are not shaken and are shaken, such as the dishes are shaken when the cleaning intensity of the spray arm is 1/4Pmax + Pd x 3, and 1/4Pmax + Pd x 2 is used as the target cleaning intensity at this time.
Through the above manner, as the cleaning intensity is gradually increased from 1/4Pmax, 1/2Pmax, 3/4Pmax and Pmax, so as to determine the target cleaning area, the target cleaning intensity can be found more quickly according to the preset intensity increment gradually increased in the target cleaning area, so that the time required by cleaning is saved, the cleaning efficiency is improved, and a better experience is brought to a user.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a flowchart of a step S242 of a washing method for a dishwasher according to a second embodiment of the present invention; controlling the spray arm to switch between various intensity values to increase or decrease the washing intensity based on whether the dishes are shaken comprises:
step S2421, controlling the spray arm to start to clean the tableware according to a first intensity value, wherein the first intensity value is half of the maximum intensity value;
step S2422, controlling the spray arm to switch to an intensity value larger than the first intensity value under the condition that the tableware does not shake;
and step S2423, controlling the spray arm to switch to an intensity value smaller than the first intensity value when the tableware shakes.
According to the above, the steps of acquiring the target washing intensity can be reduced and the target washing intensity can be acquired more quickly by starting washing the dishes at the first intensity value with the initial intensity of 1/2Pmax, controlling the spray arm to switch to the intensity value larger than the first intensity value when the dishes are not shaken, and controlling the spray arm to switch to the intensity value smaller than the first intensity value when the dishes are shaken.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is another flowchart of step S24 of the washing method for a dishwasher according to the second embodiment of the present invention; in step S24, adjusting the cleaning intensity of the spray arm includes:
step 241', determining the material of the tableware according to the image;
step 242', determining the tableware to be vulnerable tableware according to the material;
step S243', starting from the cleaning intensity being zero, linearly increasing the cleaning intensity of the spray arm according to time;
step S244', when the dishes are shaken, the increase of the washing intensity is stopped, and the washing intensity corresponding to the above one time unit is used as the target washing intensity.
It can be understood that, in view of the above solution of step S24, some tableware made of special material, such as glass goblets, may not be suitable for the solution provided by the above embodiment, i.e. the tableware is initially washed with the washing strength of 1/2Pmax or 1/4Pmax, but the tableware is damaged just after the beginning because the tableware cannot bear the above washing strength, so the embodiment of the present invention also provides a solution that the dishwasher is compatible with washing the vulnerable tableware, and the material of the tableware is determined according to the image, and the "material" of the tableware can be classified into wood, ceramic, glass, plastic, copper, iron, aluminum, or other metal, or stainless steel, etc.; the tableware material can be identified by adopting the reflecting degree of the tableware and combining the type of the tableware, firstly, the approximately usable material range can be analyzed according to the type of the tableware image, the goblet can only be glass or crystal, further, a specific light source is provided in the dish-washing machine, the material of the tableware is identified through an illumination model due to the fact that different materials reflect light differently, and in some embodiments, the texture of the tableware can be further integrated for analysis, such as: and according to the tableware image of the goblet under a specific light source, calculating coefficients of an environment illumination component, a diffuse reflection illumination component, a specular reflection component and a reflectivity component by using an illumination model, thereby identifying whether the glass or the crystal to which the tableware belongs. And determining that the tableware is vulnerable tableware according to the material (a preset database establishes a mapping relation between the material and whether the tableware is vulnerable, and after the material is obtained, determining whether the material is fragile, such as glass-vulnerable and stainless steel-not-vulnerable).
Further, when the dish is a fragile dish, the washing intensity starts to be zero, and the washing intensity of the spray arm is linearly increased according to time, which may be a preset intensity increment according to the above, so that the washing intensity is 0+ Pd t, thereby preventing the dish from being damaged, and similarly, when the washing intensity is 0+ Pd 3, the dish is shaken, and at this time, 0+ Pd 2 is used as the target washing intensity, that is, when the dish is shaken, the increase of the washing intensity is stopped, and the washing intensity corresponding to the above one time unit is used as the target washing intensity.
By the method, the types of the tableware which can be cleaned by the dishwasher can be increased, the tableware of a user can be prevented from being damaged, targeted cleaning of the tableware is achieved, and user experience is further improved.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a flowchart of step S23 of the washing method for the dishwasher according to the second embodiment of the present invention; the step of determining whether the tableware is shaken according to the image in the step of S23 includes:
step S231, acquiring a first image of the tableware;
step S232, acquiring a second image of the tableware after a preset first time;
and step S233, comparing the first image and the second image to determine whether the tableware shakes.
Specifically. Comparing the first image and the second image to determine whether the utensil sloshes comprises: and counting the pixel histograms of the first image and the second image to determine whether the tableware shakes.
It can be understood that the pixel histogram comparison is performed by the first image and the second image, and if the pixel point in the pixel histogram changes, the tableware is determined to shake.
In summary, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a cleaning method, in which an image of a dish is obtained, and based on determining whether the dish is shaken or not according to the image, an initial cleaning intensity is adjusted to determine that the dish is not shaken and a target cleaning intensity corresponding to a critical point where the dish is shaken is determined, so as to avoid that the dish is easily shaken and collided when being sprayed under the condition of an excessive cleaning intensity, and the dish may be scratched or even cracked, and the dish is cleaned with a maximum cleaning intensity within a range where the dish is not damaged, thereby accelerating the cleaning efficiency and ensuring the cleanliness of the cleaning.
