Technical Field

Background
The dish washer is used to automatically clean tableware such as dish, chopsticks, dish, knife and fork. The full-automatic dish washing machines on the market can be divided into two types of household and commercial, and the household full-automatic dish washing machines are only suitable for families and mainly comprise a cabinet type, a desk type, a water tank integrated type and an integrated type.
The rack of the dishwasher is an important part in the dishwasher, and the main function of the rack is to support and fix dishes and other tableware, so that the dishes and other tableware used by a user can be put into the rack for washing and drying. Before washing tableware, a user puts tableware such as bowls and dishes on a dish washer shelf one by one for carrying more tableware at one time, or piles up the tableware and takes the tableware into a kitchen and puts the tableware on the dish washer shelf one by one, which is time-consuming, labor-consuming and difficult to operate. In addition, since the user stacks the dishes and takes them into the kitchen, the user can easily apply kitchen waste, such as oil stain, on the outer side of the dishes (i.e., the side not containing the dishes), which is not favorable for washing the dishes, or increases the labor capacity of the dishwasher, and is water-consuming, electricity-consuming, time-consuming, and unfavorable for saving energy
The existing dish-washing machine mostly adopts a washing mode, so that the mode is relatively waste water, and the pursuit of energy conservation and emission reduction in China is not met.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the dish washing system based on the control of the Internet of things and the dish washing machine thereof.

As a preferable scheme of the invention, one end of the curved rod, which is far away from the supporting arm, is provided with a baffle, the cross section area of the baffle is larger than that of the through hole, and a spring is sleeved on the outer surface of the curved rod and positioned between the baffle and the supporting arm.

As a preferable scheme of the invention, a spraying device is arranged on the inner container, the spraying device comprises a motor, a motor plate is fixedly connected to the motor, a support is fixedly connected to one side of the electrode plate, which is far away from the motor, and a movable plate is fixedly connected to one side of the support, which is far away from the motor plate.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, sliding pieces are symmetrically arranged on one side of the movable plate close to the support, sliding blocks are connected inside the two sliding pieces in a sliding manner, a limiting frame is fixedly connected on one side of the sliding blocks close to the motor plate, a square block is connected inside the limiting frame in a sliding manner, an output end of the motor penetrates through the motor plate and is fixedly provided with a deflector rod, and the deflector rod is connected with the square block in a sliding manner.

a controller for controlling the intelligent operation of the dish washer, receiving the information of the control panel and sending out commands,
a water inlet module for controlling the water inlet and outlet and the internal water circulation in the dishwasher and controlling the flow of water during washing,
the layering module is used for selecting integral cleaning or cleaning tableware on a single-layer shelf by controlling the spraying device, so that the water waste caused by washing a small amount of dishes is reduced,
a drying module for removing water from the surface of the washed tableware and drying the surface,
a disinfection module used for disinfecting the washed tableware,
the Internet of things information transmission module is used for receiving remote data and translating the remote data into dish washing machine commands so as to remotely control the dish washing machine to operate
As a preferred scheme of the present invention, the internet of things information transmission module includes:
a signal receiver connected with family WiFi connection and connected with the Internet,
and the mobile phone APP is used for the user to remotely check the state of the dishwasher and transmit the operation data of the user to the dishwasher.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the dish washer placing frame can be freely taken down through the hidden pulleys, and more tableware can be transported through the placing frame in a pulling mode, and compared with the prior art, the dish washer placing frame is simple to operate, time-saving and labor-saving, and more suitable for popularization and use;
2. the spray device is arranged, and the displacement path of the nozzle is controlled by the motor, so that the whole placing rack can be sprayed or a single-layer placing rack can be selected, and the waste of water is avoided when a small amount of tableware is washed.

As shown in fig. 1-9, a dishwasher based on internet of things control comprises a case 1, an inner container 2 and a rack 3, wherein the inner container 2 is arranged inside the case 1, the inner container 2 is fixedly connected with the case 1, the rack 3 is arranged inside the inner container 2, the rack 3 comprises a plurality of layers of shelves 4, the shelves 4 are fixedly connected through support columns 5, a reinforcing frame 6 is fixedly connected onto the shelf 4 at the lowest part, the left side and the right side of the bottom of the reinforcing frame 6 are symmetrically provided with a hidden pulley 7, the hidden pulley comprises a hidden pulley 8, the hidden pulley 8 is symmetrically provided with the front side and the rear side of the reinforcing frame 6, a support arm 9 is movably mounted on the hidden pulley 8, a roller 10 is movably mounted on one side of the support arm 9 far away from the hidden pulley 8, the diameter of the roller 10 is larger than the width of the support arm 9, the bottom of the inner wall of the inner container 2 is provided with a chute 11, the degree of depth of spout 11 equals the half of gyro wheel 10 diameter and the support arm 9 width difference, and both sides all are provided with breast board 12 around strengthening frame 6, and through-hole 13 has been seted up to breast board 12's inside, and support arm 9 is close to one side fixedly connected with curved bar 14 of breast board 12, and curved bar 14 runs through-hole 13 and extends to the top of breast board 12.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, one end of the curved rod 14 far away from the supporting arm 9 is provided with a baffle plate 15, the cross-sectional area of the baffle plate 15 is larger than that of the through hole 13, and a spring 16 is sleeved on the outer surface of the curved rod 14 and positioned between the breast plate 12 and the supporting arm 9.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the curved bar 14 comprises an outer sleeve 17 and an inner bar 18, the inner bar 18 is fixedly connected with the supporting arm 9, the outer sleeve 17 is fixedly connected with the baffle 15, one end of the inner bar 18, which is far away from the supporting arm 9, is positioned inside the outer sleeve 17, the inner bar 18 is in sliding connection with the outer sleeve 17, one end of the inner bar 18, which is positioned inside the outer sleeve 17, is fixedly connected with a bump 19, the inside of the outer sleeve 17, which is close to one end of the inner bar 18, is fixedly connected with a limit ring 20, the inner bar 18 penetrates through the limit ring 20, and the diameter of the bump 19 is larger than the inner diameter of the limit ring 20.
As a preferred scheme of the present invention, the inner container 2 is provided with a spraying device 21, the spraying device 21 includes a motor 22, the motor 22 is fixedly connected with a motor plate 23, one side of the electrode plate away from the motor 22 is fixedly connected with a bracket 24, and one side of the bracket 24 away from the motor plate 23 is fixedly connected with a movable plate 25.
As a preferred scheme of the present invention, sliding pieces 26 are symmetrically arranged on one side of the movable plate 25 close to the bracket 24, a sliding block 27 is slidably connected inside the two sliding pieces 26, a limiting frame 28 is fixedly connected on one side of the sliding block 27 close to the motor plate 23, a square block 29 is slidably connected inside the limiting frame 28, an output end of the motor 22 penetrates through the motor plate 23 and is fixedly installed with a shift lever 30, and the shift lever 30 is slidably connected with the square block 29.
As a preferred scheme of the present invention, a connecting hole 31 is formed in the movable plate 25, an extending rod 32 is fixedly connected to one side of the limiting frame 28 close to the movable plate 25, the extending rod 32 penetrates through the connecting hole 31 and extends to one side of the movable plate 25 far away from the bracket 24, a U-shaped pipe 33 is fixedly connected to one end of the extending rod 32 far away from the square block 29, and a plurality of nozzles are arranged on the inner side of the U-shaped pipe 33.

Principle of operation
The placing frame 3 is pulled out and kept suspended, the supporting arm 9 will pop out under the restoring force of the spring 16 until being limited by the baffle 15, after the two hidden pulleys are unfolded, the placing frame 3 is put down, the supporting arm 9 and the roller 10 support the placing frame 3, then the placing frame 3 is pushed to the tableware recovery position, the tableware is stacked on the placing frame 4 one by one, then the placing frame 3 is pulled back to the side of the dish-washing machine, firstly the placing frame 3 is pushed to move towards the inner container 2, the frame of the inner container 2 is bent against the supporting arm 9 of the hidden pulley at the nearest distance until being superposed with the reinforcing frame 6, then the roller 10 enters the chute 11, the placing frame 3 is continuously pushed to completely enter the inner container 2, the placing frame 3 is lifted, the supporting arm 9 and the roller 10 of the hidden pulley still outside the inner container 2 are manually folded, the roller 10 is placed into the chute, then the placing frame 3 is completely pushed into the inner container 2, the dishwashing operation is started.
The motor 22 drives the shifting rod 30 to select, the square block 29 connected with the shifting rod 30 drives the limiting frame to reciprocate up and down, the U-shaped pipe 33 moves synchronously with the shifting rod, the motor 22 controls the displacement path of the nozzle, and therefore the whole placing frame 3 can be selected to be sprayed or the single-layer placing frame 4 can be selected to be sprayed, and when a small amount of tableware is washed, waste of water is avoided.
