Background
A common cleaning device, such as a vacuum cleaner, has a cleaning principle of sucking dust, garbage, and other impurities from floors, carpets, walls, furniture, and other surfaces by means of suction generated by vacuum pumping. The existing vacuum cleaners on the market are mainly dry products, generally do not have wet cleaning function, and cannot be applied to wet floors, table tops or other water-stained surfaces.
Although cleaning devices for both dry and wet use are available on the market, the cleaning devices are generally industrial grade or large-sized cleaning devices, have complex structures and high cost, and are not suitable for household use or small-space areas. In addition, for some occasions needing blowing drying for cleaning, the method cannot be realized.
In view of the limitations of the current cleaning devices for wet environments and for different cleaning requirements, there is a need to provide a cleaning device to solve the above problems.

Referring to fig. 6, the water tank 40 is detachably connected to the housing 11 along a direction consistent with the axial direction of the suction motor 20, the water tank 40 includes a water containing portion 41 and a neck portion 42 extending upward from the water containing portion 41, the neck portion 42 is provided with a first opening 43 and a second opening 44, the filter assembly 30 extends into the water tank 40 from the first opening 43, the second opening 44 is communicated with the suction port 121, the first opening 43 and the second opening 44 are disposed on adjacent or opposite surfaces of the neck portion 42, the air duct 50 is inserted into the suction port 121 and is communicated with the water tank 40 through the second opening 44, so that the particles or the sewage and the like entering through the suction port 121 are filtered by the filter assembly 30 and fall into the water tank 40, the clean air enters the suction motor 20, the axial direction of the suction motor 20 is at an angle to the air inlet and outlet direction of the air duct 50, preferably perpendicular to be discharged from the rear end of the suction motor 20 far from the filter, the clean air can also radiate heat to the motor, and is exhausted from the first exhaust port 133 or the second exhaust port 134 through the exhaust air duct. In the present embodiment, it is preferable that the neck portion 42 includes a top surface and a side surface connected between the top surface and the water containing portion 41, the first opening 43 is disposed on the top surface, and the second opening 44 is disposed on the side surface, so that the air flow entering from the suction inlet enters the suction motor 20 after being bent by 90 degrees, and it is easier to filter the sucked substance, thereby increasing the service life of the filter assembly, and the main body 10 is structurally more compact, thereby realizing miniaturization.
In order to enhance the stability of the air duct 50 connected to the cabinet 11 and the sealing performance of the whole air duct, no matter the first air duct 51 or the second air duct 52, the duct of the air duct 50 is inserted into the suction inlet, a sealing ring 151 is installed on the cabinet 11 at a position close to the filter assembly 30, a portion of the sealing ring 151 abuts against the neck 42 of the water tank for sealing the periphery of the second opening 44 of the neck 42, and the duct portion of the air duct 50 is inserted into the sealing ring 151 to seal the air path from the air duct 50 to the filter assembly 30, and meanwhile, a portion of the air duct 50 contacts with the sealing ring 151, which also enhances the stability of the air duct 50 installed on the cabinet 11.
The cabinet 11 is formed with a handle 15 and a closed holding space 16 adjacent to the handle 15, and a second air discharge opening 134 and a discharge cover 136 may be provided at a position between the handle 15 and the air duct 50 on the cabinet 11, so that a user is not affected by the discharge of air when operating. The suction motor 20 and the filter assembly 30 are disposed between the handle 15 and the air duct 50, the axial direction of the suction motor 20 is disposed at an angle to the length direction of the handle 15, and the water tank 40 is detachably connected to the cabinet 11 along the axial direction of the suction motor 20. When the user needs to use the drying and cleaning mode, the exhaust cover 136 is operated to close the exhaust opening 135, the first air duct 51 is connected to the cabinet 11, the drying and cleaning mode is selected through the operation panel 80, the heating element 60 is activated, and external air enters the main body 10 from the second air duct 512 of the first air duct 51, passes through the filter assembly 30 and the suction motor 20, and is exhausted from the first air duct 511, as shown by the arrow in fig. 2. The casing 11 is formed with a handle 15 and a closed holding space 16 adjacent to the handle 15, the suction motor 20 and the filter assembly 30 are located between the handle 15 and the air duct 50, the axial direction of the suction motor 20 is disposed at an angle to the length direction of the handle 15, and the axial direction of the suction motor 20 is consistent with the air inlet and outlet direction of the air duct 50, or consistent with the air inlet direction of the second air duct 512, different from the first embodiment, the axial direction of the suction motor 20 is substantially horizontal, and the water tank 40 is detachably connected to the casing 11 along the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the suction motor 20. Specifically, the handle 15 may be formed to have a length direction substantially at an angle of 30 to 60 degrees with respect to the axial direction of the suction motor 20 so as to be more comfortable for a user to hold, and the water tank 40 may be formed to be detachably coupled to the housing 11 in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the suction motor 20, for example, the top of the neck of the water tank 40 is open, and opposite sides are respectively formed with semicircular openings to facilitate connection and sealing of both ends.

The power supply accommodating space 17 is formed in the machine case 11, the power supply module 70 is detachably inserted into the power supply accommodating space 17 along a direction consistent with the axial direction of the suction motor 20, the power supply module 70 is provided with an elastic buckle, the power supply module 70 is releasably locked on the machine case 11 through the elastic buckle, and the water tank 40 and the power supply module 70 can be arranged back and forth along the axial direction of the suction motor 20. The cleaning device can select different cleaning modes according to whether the heating element is started or not, and can also switch different cleaning modes based on the replacement of the air pipe or the selection of the air outlet, so that the cleaning device is convenient for users to use in different cleaning environments, the replacement of different cleaning devices is not needed, the cost of the users is saved, and the cleaning device has compact structural design, is miniaturized as a whole, and is very portable to use.

Claims (22)

1. A cleaning device, comprising:
a main body;
a suction motor installed in the main body;
a filter assembly located on an upstream side of the suction motor;
the cleaning device is characterized in that the main machine body comprises a machine shell, a water tank and an air pipe, the water tank is connected to the upstream side of the filtering assembly, a suction air duct and an exhaust air duct are formed on the main machine body, the suction air duct is located on the upstream side of the filtering assembly, the exhaust air duct is located on the downstream side of the suction motor, the air pipe is communicated with the suction channel and/or the exhaust air duct, the cleaning device further comprises a heating element, the heating element is communicated with the exhaust air duct, and the cleaning device can be switched between a drying cleaning mode by starting the heating element and a suction cleaning mode by closing the heating element.
2. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 1, wherein the air duct includes a first air duct and a second air duct disposed side-by-side, the first air duct being in selectable communication with the exhaust air duct, the second air duct being in communication with the suction passage, the first air duct being disconnected from the exhaust air duct in the suction cleaning mode.
3. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein an axial direction of the suction motor is arranged to coincide with an air intake direction of the second air passage.
4. The cleaning device of claim 2, wherein the exhaust duct comprises an elbow duct fixed in the housing, one end of the elbow duct is connected to the air outlet end of the suction motor, and the other end of the elbow duct is fixed in the housing and communicated with the first duct.
5. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the suction duct has a suction inlet, the exhaust duct includes a first exhaust duct and a second exhaust duct, the first exhaust duct and the second exhaust duct have a first exhaust opening and a second exhaust opening, respectively, the suction inlet is adjacent to the first exhaust opening, the second exhaust opening is disposed at a side portion of the housing and has an air outlet direction different from an air outlet direction of the first exhaust opening, and the air duct selectively communicates with the suction inlet and the first exhaust opening or communicates with the suction inlet to close the first exhaust opening to allow the cleaning apparatus to switch between the drying cleaning mode and the suction cleaning mode.
6. The cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 5, wherein the air conduit comprises a first air conduit and a second air conduit, each of the first air conduit and the second air conduit being removably connected to the housing, the first air conduit being capable of communicating with the suction opening and the first exhaust opening, the second air conduit being capable of communicating with the suction opening and closing the first exhaust opening, the first air conduit being connected to the housing, the cleaning apparatus being operable to activate the heating element to select the dry cleaning mode; the second air duct is connected to the housing, and the cleaning device is operable to select a suction cleaning mode.
7. The cleaning device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the heating element is disposed in the first air duct and extends within a predetermined range along an air outlet direction of the first air duct, a first terminal electrically connected to the heating element is disposed at an end of the first air duct, a second terminal is disposed on the housing at a position close to the first air outlet, the first air duct is connected to the housing, and the first terminal is electrically connected to the second terminal.
8. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water tank includes a water containing portion and a neck portion extending upwardly from the water containing portion, the neck portion having a first opening and a second opening, the filter assembly extending at least partially into the water tank from the first opening, the second opening communicating with the suction inlet, the air duct being inserted into the suction inlet and communicating with the water tank through the second opening, the first opening and the second opening being disposed on adjacent or opposite sides of the neck portion.
9. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing is formed with a handle and a closed holding space adjacent to the handle, the suction motor and the filter assembly are located between the handle and the air duct, an axial direction of the suction motor is disposed at an angle to a length direction of the handle, and the water tank is detachably connected to the housing along the axial direction of the suction motor or a direction perpendicular to the axial direction.
10. The cleaning device as claimed in claim 9, wherein a slot is provided on the water tank, a clamping block is movably connected to the housing, the clamping block is clamped with the slot under the action of elastic force to lock the water tank to the housing, a release button is provided on the housing, the release button is operable to act on the clamping block to unlock the water tank, an eject button is further provided in the housing to press the water tank, and the release button, the clamping block and the eject button are sequentially arranged in the housing along a direction axially consistent with the direction of the suction motor.
11. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 9, wherein the suction duct has a suction inlet, the exhaust duct includes a first exhaust duct and a second exhaust duct, the first exhaust duct and the second exhaust duct have a first exhaust opening and a second exhaust opening, respectively, the suction inlet is arranged side by side with the first exhaust opening, the housing is connected with an exhaust cover, the exhaust cover is located between the handle and the air duct, and the exhaust cover is operable to open or close the second exhaust opening.

The cleaning device as claimed in claim 9, wherein an operation panel is disposed above the handle, at least two function buttons and at least three display lamps are disposed on the operation panel, and the at least three display lamps perform corresponding light-emitting display according to the triggering of the at least two function buttons.

The cleaning device as claimed in claim 9, further comprising a power module for supplying power to the suction motor, wherein a power receiving space is provided in the housing, the power module is detachably inserted into the power receiving space along an axial direction of the suction motor or a direction perpendicular to the axial direction, the power module is provided with an elastic clip, the power module is releasably locked to the housing by the elastic clip, the water tank is provided on a side of the power module away from the handle along the axial direction of the suction motor, and a projection of the water tank along the axial direction of the suction motor overlaps with the power module and the filter assembly.
14. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 13, wherein the housing includes a first end connected to the air conduit and an opposite second end to which a cover is movably connected, the cover being operable to close or open the power supply receiving space, a portion of the cover abutting the housing and another portion of the cover abutting the water tank.
15. A cleaning device, comprising:
a main body;
a suction motor installed in the main body;
a filter assembly located on an upstream side of the suction motor;

The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 17, wherein the housing defines a handle and an enclosed gripping space adjacent the handle, the suction motor and filter assembly being positioned between the handle and the air hose, the suction motor having an axial direction that is angled with respect to a length of the handle.

The cleaning device as claimed in claim 17, wherein a slot is provided on the water tank, a clamping block is movably connected to the housing, the clamping block is clamped with the slot under the action of elastic force to lock the water tank to the housing, a release button is provided on the housing, the release button is operable to act on the clamping block to unlock the water tank, an eject button is further provided in the housing to press the water tank, and the release button, the clamping block and the eject button are all disposed on one side of the filter assembly away from the air pipe and are sequentially disposed in the housing along a direction consistent with the axial direction of the suction motor.
21. The cleaning device of claim 15, further comprising a heating element disposed in the air duct and extending within a predetermined range along an air outlet direction of the air duct, wherein the air duct and the housing are electrically connected through a quick-connect terminal, and the blowing cleaning mode can selectively activate the heating element for drying cleaning.

The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 15, wherein the water tank includes a water containing portion and a neck portion extending upward from the water containing portion, the neck portion is provided with a first opening and a second opening, the filter assembly extends into the water tank from the first opening at least partially, the second opening is communicated with the suction inlet, a sealing ring is provided in the housing at a position adjacent to the neck portion, a portion of the sealing ring abuts against a periphery of the second opening, and a portion of the air duct is inserted into the sealing ring.
