Referring to fig. 1 to 4B, a segmented neck pillow 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.
The sectional type neck pillow 1 includes a neck pillow body 10 and a fixing unit 20, wherein the fixing unit 20 is provided at both ends of the neck pillow body 10, wherein the neck pillow body 10 has a flexible structure to be conveniently adjusted to various angles to fit different sizes of necks of different users, while the neck pillow body 10 can support the necks, and the fixing unit 20 is provided at both sides of the neck pillow body 10 to assist the neck pillow body 10 to be fixed to the users. The neck pillow body 10 has a wearing channel 100, wherein the fixing unit 20 is used for fixing the size of the wearing channel 100.
Specifically, the neck pillow body 10 comprises a plurality of neck pillow sections 11, wherein each of the neck pillow sections 11 is connected to each other and at least one of the neck pillow sections 11 is connected to another adjacent neck pillow section 11 in a turnable manner, so that the whole neck pillow body 10 is a flexible structure, and the relative position of each of the neck pillow sections 11 is changed while the structure and shape of the whole segmented neck pillow 1 are adjusted, so that the segmented neck pillow 1 can meet different requirements.
For example, when the neck of the user is large in size, the included angle between one neck pillow section 11 and another adjacent neck pillow section 11 can be adjusted to a large angle to fit the size of the neck. It is worth noting that this adjustment is done by the segmented neck pillow 1 automatically adapting to the size of the neck of the user during wearing on the neck, based on the flexible structure of the segmented neck pillow 1.
In this example, the neck pillow body 10 includes three neck pillow sections 11, referred to herein as a first neck pillow section 11A, a second neck pillow section 11B, and a third neck pillow section 11C, wherein the third neck pillow section 11C and the first neck pillow section 11A are respectively located at two ends of the second neck pillow section 11B, and the third neck pillow section 11C and the first neck pillow section 11A are respectively connected to the second neck pillow section 11B in a reversible manner. The second neck pillow section 11B is located at a middle position. When the segmented neck pillow 1 is worn on the neck of the user, the second neck pillow segment 11B is supported at the rear side of the neck, and the first neck pillow segment 11A and the third neck pillow segment 11C are supported at both sides of the neck, respectively.
The first, second and third neck rest sections 11A, 11B, 11C may be the same, for example, the same length, the same thickness, and different materials. The first, second and third neck rest sections 11A, 11B, 11C may also be different. The first and third neck rest sections 11A and 11C may be symmetrically disposed at both ends of the second neck rest section 11B, respectively.
Further, the first neck pillow section 11A is connected to the second neck pillow section 11B to be able to turn almost 360 degrees, and the third neck pillow section 11C is connected to the second neck pillow section 11B to be able to turn almost 360 degrees. Based on user's demand, the neck pillow body 10 can be folded in order to conveniently accomodate, first neck pillow section 11A can overturn to overlap in second neck pillow section 11B one side, third neck pillow section 11C can overturn to overlap in second neck pillow section 11B's opposite side, thereby when the sectional type neck pillow is not in the user state, can be conveniently accomodate.
For the user, the segmented neck pillow 1 can be adjusted to a suitable shape according to the requirement for convenient use, for example, the segmented neck pillow 1 can be placed to a straight shape, the segmented neck pillow 1 can be surrounded to form the wearing channel 100, and then the wearing channel 100 is held by the fixing unit 20.
Further, the whole segmented neck pillow 1 can provide a non-fixed supporting angle by itself, and the structure of the segmented neck pillow 1 is designed to be a fluid structure, which can be conveniently adjusted, even adaptive to the requirements of users. For example, when the size of the neck of the user is large, the included angle between the first neck pillow section 11A and the second neck pillow section 11B and the included angle between the third neck pillow section 11C and the second neck pillow section 11B are adapted to the size of the neck. When user's neck size is less, first neck pillow section 11A with contained angle between second neck pillow section 11B with third neck pillow section 11C with contained angle between second neck pillow section 11B adapts to the neck size diminishes. It is worth mentioning that the position of the first and third neck pillow sections 11A and 11C, which can be connected to the second neck pillow section 11B, can be easily changed with almost 360 degrees turn-over, with less pressure from the segmented neck pillow 1 by the user during this adjustment.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment of the present invention, the neck pillow segments are connected to each other in a turning manner, so that the overall angle and the formed shape of the segmented neck pillow 1 can be flexibly adjusted, for example, when the first neck pillow segment 11A and the third neck pillow segment 11C are axially rotated, the size of the wearing channel 100 can be adjusted, and when the adjusted large angle is suitable, the size of the adjusted wearing channel can be determined by the fixing unit 20, thereby adapting to different necks; for example, when the user needs to support a certain body part rather than wearing the neck, the overall shape formed by the first, second and third neck pillow sections 11A, 11B and 11C can be adjusted, for example, when the user wants to support the waist, the user can adjust the overall shape to a linear structure or a micro-arc structure so as to surround or abut the waist. Preferably, the first neck pillow section 11A, the second neck pillow section 11B and the third neck pillow section 11C are flexibly and movably connected without manual adjustment, and the first neck pillow section 11A, the second neck pillow section 11B and the third neck pillow section 11C can be automatically adjusted according to the shape of the supporting position, that is, when the segmented neck pillow is worn on different body parts, the segmented neck pillow can be attached to the body parts to form corresponding shapes.
It is worth mentioning that the segmented neck pillow 1 has two sides, based on the neck, the inner side facing the neck and the outer side facing away from the neck, the segmented neck pillow 1 can be turned towards the neck to surround at least part of the neck, and the segmented neck pillow 1 can also be turned away from the neck to form another wearing channel 100. That is, the neck may contact an outer surface or an inner surface of the segmented neck pillow 1.
Further, the first, second and third neck pillow segments 11A, 11B, 11C are designed to have a certain elasticity to deform so that the segmented neck pillow 1 can fit the neck curve of the user during use.
The neck pillow body 10 has an inner surface adapted to directly conform to a user, wherein the inner surface may be contoured to better conform to the user such that the segmented neck pillow 1 conforms to ergonomically relevant designs during support such that a comfortable experience is obtained for the user. It is worth mentioning that the inner surface of the neck pillow body 10 is formed by integrally connecting the inner surfaces of the first, second and third neck pillow sections 11A, 11B and 11C, and since the first, second and third neck pillow sections 11A, 11B and 11C are rotatably connected, the inner surfaces of the first, second and third neck pillow sections 11A, 11B and 11C are rotatably connected, so that the degree of fit between each inner surface and the neck can be flexibly adjusted without being limited to an integral structure and difficult to adjust. For example, the conventional U-shaped pillow is formed by a U-shaped integral structure, so that when one part of the pillow is adjusted, the other part of the pillow is influenced, such as an elastic effect, so that each part of the inner side surface of the U-shaped pillow can not be well attached to different areas of the neck of the user, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the first neck pillow section 11A, the second neck pillow section 11B and the third neck pillow section 11C are movably connected, so that one part of the pillow can be adjusted freely without influencing other pillow sections, so that the inner side surface of each pillow section can be as close to the neck of the user as possible.
The neck pillow body 10 has an outer surface, wherein the outer surface faces outward, and the outer surface and the inner surface are connected to each other to constitute a surface of the neck pillow body 10.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the neck pillow body 1 includes an outer cover 12 and a plurality of inner cores 13, wherein the inner cores 13 are wrapped by the outer cover 12 so that the inner cores 13 are not visible from the outside.
In this example, the number of the inner cores 13 is three, and the inner core 13 may be divided into a first inner core 13A, a second inner core 13B, and a third inner core 13C, wherein the first inner core 13A and the third inner core 13C are respectively located at both sides of the second inner core 13B, and the first inner core 13A, the second inner core 13B, and the third inner core 13C are respectively independent of each other.
The outer jacket 12 includes three portions, a first outer jacket portion 12A, a second outer jacket portion 12B, and a third outer jacket portion 12C, wherein the first outer jacket portion 12A and the third outer jacket portion 12C extend on both sides of the second outer jacket portion 12B, respectively.
The first neck pillow section 11A includes the first inner core 13A and the first outer sheath portion 12A wrapped around the first inner core 13A. The second neck pillow section 11B includes the second inner core 13B and the second outer sheath portion 12B that wraps around the second inner core 13B. The third neck pillow section 11C includes the third inner core 13C and the third outer sheath portion 12C wrapped around the third inner core 13C.
The outer sheath 12 has a receiving cavity 120 for receiving the core 13.
Further, the neck pillow body 10 includes at least one partition 14, wherein the partition 14 is disposed on the outer casing 12 for dividing the accommodating chamber 120 into three portions for accommodating the first inner core 13A, the second inner core 13B and the third inner core 13C, respectively.
The partition 14 is located at the junction of the first casing section 12A and the second casing section 12B with the junction of the second casing section 12B and the third casing section 12C.
In this example, the divider 14 is a sewing thread. It will be appreciated that the divider 14 may also be of other types such as clips, drawstrings, velcro, buttons or glue.
The outer cover 12 comprises a first part of outer cover 121 and a second part of outer cover 122, the first part of outer cover 121 and the second part of outer cover 122 are butted to form the accommodating cavity 120, wherein the first part of outer cover 121 is positioned at the inner side and is attached to a user in use, and the second part of outer cover 122 is positioned at the outer side and is outward in use. The second portion of the outer shell 122 may be visible to other users during use of the segmented neck pillow 1.
The first partial cover 121 and the second partial cover 122 may be connected by at least one sewing thread. The materials of the first partial casing 121 and the second partial casing 122 may be the same or different. For example, in the present example, the first partial cover 121 is designed to be smooth to give a comfortable fit to the user, and the second partial cover 122 is designed to be rough to facilitate grasping by the user.
The first outer jacket portion 12A of the first neck pillow section 11A includes at least a portion of the first partial jacket 121 and at least a portion of the second partial jacket 122. The second outer shell portion 12B of the second neck pillow section 11B comprises at least a portion of the second partial shell 122 and at least a portion of the first partial shell 121. The third outer jacket portion 12C of the third neck pillow section 11C comprises at least a portion of the first partial jacket 121 and at least a portion of the second partial jacket 122.
That is, the outer sheath 12 is a two-layered structure divided into three chambers by the sewing thread for respectively accommodating the cores 13. In this example, the first partial jacket 12A and the second partial jacket 12B of the jacket 12 are each a one-piece structure, and the peripheral edge of the first partial jacket 12A and the peripheral edge of the second partial jacket 12B are connected to each other to form the accommodation chamber 120. Alternatively, the entire outer jacket 12 is a one-piece structure, and the outer jacket 12 is then folded over to form the receiving cavity 120.
Further, the outer jacket 12 has an opening 1200, and preferably, the opening 1200 is formed between the first partial jacket 121 and the second partial jacket 122 and is located below, so that the opening 1200 is not easily visible to the user from the outside. The lower side here means a side close to the ground when the neck pillow body 10 is worn on the user.
The neck pillow body 10 further comprises a locking element 15, wherein the locking element 15 is disposed on the first outer cover 12 or the second partial outer cover 122 or the first partial outer cover 121 and the second partial outer cover 122, respectively. The locking element 15 is used to close or open the opening 1200.
In this example, the locking element 15 is a zipper. In other embodiments of the present invention, the locking element 15 may be a drawstring, a hook and loop fastener, a button, a snap, or other device capable of repeatedly closing the opening 1200.
It is worth mentioning that in the present example, the locking element 15 extends from the first neck rest segment 11A, through the second neck rest segment 11B and then to the third neck rest segment 11C.
The first outer casing portion 12A has a first sub-accommodating cavity 120A, the second outer casing portion 12B has a second sub-accommodating cavity 120B, and the third outer casing portion 12C has a third sub-accommodating cavity 120C, wherein the opening 1200 communicates with the first sub-accommodating cavity 120A and the outside, the second sub-accommodating cavity 120B and the outside and the third sub-accommodating cavity 120C and the outside, and at the same time, the locking member 15 is located near the opening 1200, and extends from the first neck pillow section 11A through the second neck pillow section 11B to the third neck pillow section 11C.
In this way, the first inner core 13A located in the first sub-receiving cavity 120A, the second inner core 13B located in the second sub-receiving cavity 120B, and the third inner core 13C located in the third sub-receiving cavity 120C, respectively, can be replaced. That is, the openings 1200 are respectively communicated with the sub-receiving cavities, so that the inner cores can be placed or removed through the openings. When the locking element 15 exposes the entire opening 1200, the three inner cores 13A, 13B, and 13C located in the receiving cavity 120 can be removed for replacement or disposal, respectively. That is, by the arrangement of the partition 14, the outer cover 12 forms a plurality of independent accommodating cavities, such as three in the present embodiment, on one hand, the segmented neck pillow can form a movable segmented structure, i.e., a fixed structure which is not an integral body, and on the other hand, the first sub-accommodating cavity 120A, the second sub-accommodating cavity 120B and the third sub-accommodating cavity 120C can be independent from each other without affecting, i.e., different functions or different shapes of filling members, such as different shapes or different functions of the inner cores 13A, 13B and 13C, can be independently arranged in each accommodating cavity, thereby providing different supporting conditions. In addition, the volume of each accommodating cavity is reduced due to the segmentation of the accommodating cavities, namely each segment can correspond to the support of a small area, so that when some special support or auxiliary conditioning effect is needed, the adjustment is only needed to be carried out in a small area, and the support or auxiliary conditioning effect is more accurately corresponding to the position.
Further, in this example, the first partial cover 121 is integrally formed, the second partial cover 122 is integrally formed, one side of the first partial cover 121 is connected to one side of the second partial cover 122 by the sewing thread, and the other side of the first partial cover 121 is connected to the other side of the second partial cover 122 by the zipper. That is, at least a portion of the first partial cover 121 of the support portion 12 and at least a portion of the second partial cover 122 of the functional portion 11 are integrally formed. At least a portion of the first outer sheath portion 12A of the first neck pillow section 11A, at least a portion of the second outer sheath portion 12B of the second neck pillow section 11B, and at least a portion of the third outer sheath portion 12C of the third neck pillow section 11C are integrally formed.
The outer cover 12 may be made of cloth, such as cotton or silk. In this example, the first, second and third neck rest sections 11A, 11B, 11C have a certain elasticity, respectively, giving a certain soft feeling to the user when in use.
Through the locking element 15, the user can respectively replace the inner cores 13A, 13B and 13C of the neck pillow body 10 according to the needs of the user, or can separately disassemble the outer casing 12 of the neck pillow body 10 for convenient cleaning.
It is worth mentioning that the detachment of the entire neck pillow body 10 can be completed at a single time by operating the locking member 15. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, one of the locking pieces 15 is provided corresponding to each of the single first, second and third neck pillow sections 11A, 11B and 11C, so that the first core 13A of the first neck pillow section 11A, the second core 13B of the second neck pillow section 11B and the third core 13C of the third neck pillow section 11C can be independently operated.
That is, the segments of the segmented neck pillow 1 can be operated separately by means of the locking elements 15.
Further, in another embodiment of the present invention, one of the neck pillow sections 11 may be connected to another of the adjacent neck pillow sections 11 by one of the zippers, so that one of the neck pillow sections 11 may be separately replaced with respect to the remaining neck pillow sections 11.
It is worth mentioning that a plurality of the neck pillow sections 11 can be combined according to the needs of the user, so that on one hand, the length of the whole neck pillow body 10 is adjusted, and on the other hand, the structure of the whole neck pillow body 10 is adjusted, so that the final whole neck pillow body 10 meets the personalized needs of the user.
In this example, the thickness of the second neck rest section 11B is slightly smaller than the thickness of the first neck rest section 11A and the third neck rest section 11C, and in other examples of the present invention, the thickness of the second neck rest section 11B may be the same as the thickness of the first neck rest section 11A and the thickness of the third neck rest section 11C, or may be larger than the thickness of the first neck rest section 11A and the thickness of the third neck rest section 11C.
The neck pillow body 10 can be worn on a human body to play a role of auxiliary support, for example, when the neck pillow body 10 is worn on a user, the neck pillow body 10 can assist the neck to support the head of the user, so as to relieve the pressure of the head on the neck and alleviate the strain of the cervical vertebrae.
Further, the neck pillow body 10 can also be adapted to different positions of the human body to perform different functions.
The present embodiment provides the sectional type neck pillow 1 corresponding to a three-section type supporting device, and the second neck pillow section 11B is located at the middle position. Taking the second neck pillow section 11B as an example, the second neck pillow section 11B may be configured to have various functions, so as to perform different functions, such as supporting function, or other functions, for the neck of the user. In this example, the second neck rest segment 11B may provide a different support for the user relative to the first and third neck rest segments 11A, 11C.
More specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, the second neck rest section 11B is made of a foam particle material, and the first neck rest section 11A and the third neck rest section 11C are made of a latex material or a slow-rebound material, respectively. When first neck pillow section 11A third neck pillow section 11C with second neck pillow section 11B supports respectively in the user when the different positions of neck, second neck pillow section 11B support in the both sides of neck, first neck pillow section 11A with third neck pillow section 11C supports in the rear side of neck, and second neck pillow section 11B foam material for first neck pillow section 11A with third neck pillow section 11C the latex material is said, can adapt to better the curve of neck.
The shape of the second neck pillow section 11B can be adjusted to fit the shape of the supporting position and will not deform automatically under the action of elastic force after adjustment, for example, when the distance between the neck of the user and the chair back or the wall is small, the foam particles can be pushed to both sides to thin the thickness of the second neck pillow section 11B, so that the second neck pillow section 11B can be supported at an ergonomic position on the neck, and the deformed second neck pillow section 11B will not automatically recover under the action of elastic force, and can be returned to the adjusted position for reuse without adjustment after the user temporarily leaves the segmented neck pillow 1 and then reuses the segmented neck pillow 1, and the granular foam can also massage the neck of the user.
It is also worth mentioning that when the segmented neck pillow 1 is worn, the first and third neck pillow segments 11A and 11C are located at the shoulder region of the user, i.e. for supporting the corresponding neck region of the shoulder, the second neck pillow segment is located at the back of the user, i.e. for supporting the corresponding neck region of the back of the user, in other words, when the segmented neck pillow 1 is worn for use, the first and third neck pillow segments 11A and 11C are clamped between the head and the shoulder of the user to support the pulling force applied to the outside or the pressure applied to the inside when the neck of the user is bent sideways, and the second neck pillow segment 11B is supported between the back side of the neck of the user and a supported object, such as the neck and the back of the chair, thereby providing support for the back side of the neck of the user. It can be seen that the first and third neck pillow sections 11A, 11C are supported differently from the second neck pillow section 11B, it being understood that when the user is in a resting or sleeping state, it is usual to rely on a support, such as the head resting on a chair back, i.e. the chair back provides a basic support for the back of the user's head, which is easily tilted to both sides, such as to the left or right, and therefore more fixedly required on both sides with respect to the back support, whereas for the back supported by a support such as a chair back, it is more required to be a flexible or fluid support, so that the neck pillow can better fill the space between the back of the neck and the chair back, so that the back of the neck and head can be supported more evenly, acting like a pillow, whereas according to this embodiment of the invention, the first and third neck pillow sections 11A, 13A and 11C have a third inner core 13C is made of a slow-rebound material such as latex material or memory cotton material, and the second inner core 13B of the second neck pillow section 11B is made of a foam particle material of a smaller size, thereby enabling the first neck pillow section 11A and the third neck pillow section 11C to provide a relatively large rigid support for both sides of the neck, so that the neck of the user is kept as middle as possible rather than deflected to one side, and the second neck pillow section 11B provides a better fluid support, i.e., when the head of the user is seated on the back of the chair, the second neck pillow section 11B is filled between the neck rear side and the head rear side regions of the user and the back of the chair in a flowing manner along with the movement of the particles, so that the head rear side and the neck rear side of the user are supported more smoothly and snugly. Thereby, each pillow section of the segmented neck pillow 1 is adapted to the support requirements, providing different support conditions.
It will of course be appreciated that by providing different types of inner cores 13A, 13B and 13C, the segments of the segmented neck pillow 1 can be made to perform different functions. The position of the inner core 13 made of the foam material is not limited to the middle position, and may be located on both sides.
The type of the inner core 13 is not limited to the above-mentioned foam material. Each neck pillow segment 11 of the segmented neck pillow 1 can also perform other functions besides the supporting function, for example, one neck pillow segment 11 can be implemented as a heating device, and the neck pillow segment 11 can also emit certain heat during the use process, so as to perform the heat treatment function on the human body. The neck pillow section 11 can also be implemented as a magnetic therapy device, and generates a certain magnetic field in the use process so as to play a role of magnetic therapy on the human body. The inner core 13 of the neck pillow section 11 may also be made of other materials, such as mung bean, silkworm excrement, rush, peach tree branch (pulverized), cassia seed, lavender, mugwort leaf, negundo chastetree fruit, etc. The inner core 13 of the neck pillow section 11 may be water and the outer shell 12 is a waterproof material. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above examples of the neck pillow section 11 of the segmented neck pillow 1 are not limiting to the present invention.
It is understood that the number of the segments of the segmented neck pillow 1 is not limited to three, and may be more or two, and the functions of the segments of the segmented neck pillow 1 may be the same or different, and the neck pillow segments 11 functioning as different functions may be disposed at intervals or may be disposed continuously.
Further, after the segmented neck pillow 1 is worn by the user, the fixing unit 20 can help the segmented neck pillow 1 to be fixed to the user, so as to prevent the segmented neck pillow 1 from falling off the user.
Further, the sectional type neck pillow 1 is reduced in height inward from the first neck pillow section 11A and the third neck pillow section 11C, that is, the first neck pillow section 11A and the third neck pillow section 11C of the sectional type neck pillow 1 are contracted toward the second neck pillow section 11B, thereby forming a micro-arc shape depressed toward the center at both the top and the bottom. It is worth mentioning that when the segmented neck pillow 1 is worn, the top and bottom of the segmented neck pillow 1 are used to approach the shoulder area and the underside area of the head of the user, respectively, and the arc structure formed by the top and bottom of the segmented neck pillow 1 is adapted to the shoulder curve change and the head curve change of the user, so that the top and bottom of the segmented neck pillow 1 are more fitted to the body part.
Further, the height of the first neck pillow section 11A and the third neck pillow section 11C gradually decreases from outside to inside, and the thickness of the first neck pillow section 11A and the third neck pillow section 11C in the horizontal direction gradually decreases from outside to inside. The outer direction is the direction close to the end of the segmented neck pillow 1, and the inner direction is the direction close to the second neck pillow segment 11C.
Further, the fixing unit 20 includes a first fixing member 21 and a second fixing member 22, wherein the first fixing member 21 and the second fixing member 22 are respectively connected to the ends of the cervical pillow body 10. Specifically, the neck pillow body 10 has a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is located at one of the supporting portions 12, the second end is located at the other of the supporting portions 12, a first fixing member 21 is connected to the first end of the neck pillow body 10, each second fixing member 22 is connected to the second end of the neck pillow body 10, and the first fixing member 21 can be fixed to any one of the second fixing members 22 so as to form the segmented neck pillow 1 into a ring shape. The wearing channel 100 may be fixed to different sizes depending on the position of the second fixing member 22 combined with the first fixing member 21. It is worth mentioning that the first fixing member 21 can be automatically fixed to the second fixing member 22, so that the user can fix the first fixing member 21 and the second fixing member 22 without aligning the first fixing member 21 and the second fixing member 22.
More specifically, the first fixing member 21 includes a first fixing base 211 and a first connecting arm 212, wherein the first connecting arm 212 extends from the first fixing base 211, wherein the first fixing base 211 is connected to the first end of the cervical pillow body 10, and the first connecting arm 212 is used for connecting to the second fixing member 22. The second fixing member 22 includes a second fixing base 221 and a second connecting arm 222, wherein the second connecting arm 222 extends from the second fixing base 221, wherein the second fixing base 221 is connected to the second end of the cervical pillow body 10, and wherein the first connecting arm 212 is detachably connected to the second connecting arm 222.
That is, the first connecting arm 212 has a free end and a connecting end, wherein the connecting end of the first connecting arm 212 is connected to the first end of the neck pillow body 10, and the free end of the first connecting arm 212 is adapted to be connected to the second connecting arm 222. Accordingly, the second connecting arm 222 has a free end and a connecting end, wherein the connecting end of the second connecting arm 222 is connected to the second end of the neck pillow body 10, and the connecting end of the second connecting arm 222 is adapted to be connected to the first connecting arm 212.
In this example, the fixing unit 20 and the neck pillow body 10 are made of different materials, and the first fixing member 21 and the second fixing member 22 of the fixing unit 20 may be fixed to the neck pillow body 10 by at least one sewing thread.
Further, the fixing unit 20 includes a magnetic component 23, wherein the magnetic component 23 includes a first magnetic component 231 and a second magnetic component 232, and the first magnetic component 231 is adapted to be magnetically attracted to the second magnetic component 232. It is understood that the first magnetic member 231 may be made of a magnetic material, and the second magnetic member 232 may be a metal capable of being attracted to the magnetic material. The second magnetic member 232 may be made of a magnetic material, and the first magnetic member 231 may be a metal capable of being attracted to the magnetic material. For example, the first magnetic member 231 may be a magnet, and the second magnetic member 232 may be iron, cobalt or nickel; or the first magnetic member 231 may be iron, cobalt or nickel, and the second magnetic member 232 may be a magnet; alternatively, the first magnetic member 231 and the second magnetic member 232 may be both magnets.
The first magnetic member 231 and the second magnetic member 232 are respectively disposed on the first connecting arm 212 and the second connecting arm 222. The first magnetic attraction 231 may be disposed on the first connection arm 212, and the second magnetic attraction 232 is connected to the second connection arm 222, or the first magnetic attraction 231 may be disposed on the second connection arm 222, and the second magnetic attraction 232 may be disposed on the first connection arm 212.
The first connecting arm 212 and the second connecting arm 222 have a predetermined length, respectively, so that the relative position between the first connecting arm 212 and the second connecting arm 222 has a margin for adjustment.
Further, the first magnetic member 231 can be smoothly attached to the second magnetic member 232, so as to facilitate the connection strength between the first magnetic member 231 and the second magnetic member 232.
Specifically, in this example, the first connecting arm 212 is covered on the first magnetic member 231, and the second connecting arm 222 is covered on the second magnetic member 232, wherein the first connecting arm 212 and the second connecting arm 222 are respectively configured as a flat structure to enable the first connecting arm 212 to be smoothly attached to the second connecting arm 222.
The first connecting arm 212 includes a first upper connecting arm portion 2121 and a first lower connecting arm portion 2122, wherein the first upper connecting arm portion 2121 is attached to the first lower connecting arm portion 2122, and the first magnetic attraction 231 is located between the first upper connecting arm portion 2121 and the first lower connecting arm portion 2122, so that the first magnetic attraction 231 is not exposed to the outside.
The second connecting arm 222 comprises a second upper connecting arm portion 2221 and a second lower connecting arm portion 2222, wherein the second upper connecting arm portion 2221 is attached to the second lower connecting arm portion 2222, and the second magnetic attraction 232 is located between the second upper connecting arm portion 2221 and the second lower connecting arm portion 2222, so that the second magnetic attraction 232 is not exposed.
The first magnetic member 231 and the second magnetic member 232 are respectively a flat structure, so that when the first connecting arm 212 is attached to the second connecting arm 222, the magnetic force acting area of the first connecting arm 212 and the second connecting arm 222 is larger, thereby facilitating the bonding strength of the two.
Further, the first connecting arm 212 is connected to the occipital body 10 through the first fixing base 211, and the second connecting arm 222 is connected to the occipital body 10 through the second fixing base 221. The first connecting arm 212 and the first fixing base 211 may be made of the same material, and the second connecting arm 222 and the second fixing base 221 may be made of the same material.
The first connecting arm 212 can be fabricated by first forming the first lower connecting arm portion 2122, then placing the first magnetic attraction 231 on the first lower connecting arm portion 2122, and then forming the first upper connecting arm portion 2121 on the first magnetic attraction 231 and the first lower connecting arm portion 2122. Similarly, the second connecting arm 222 can be fabricated by first forming a second lower connecting arm portion 2222, then placing the second magnetic member 232 on the second lower connecting arm portion 2222, and then forming a second upper connecting arm portion 2221 on the second magnetic member 232 and the second lower connecting arm portion 2222.
Alternatively, the first magnetic member 231 is fixed, and then the first connecting arm 212 is formed around the first magnetic member 231 to cover the periphery of the first magnetic member 231. For example, the first magnetic member 231 may be clamped at two sides of the first magnetic member 231 in a mold, then the material of the first connecting arm 212 is formed by injection molding towards the mold, and then the molded portion may be clamped, and the remaining portion of the first connecting arm 212 is formed around the first magnetic member 231 which is not clamped, so that the first connecting arm 212 covers the periphery of the first magnetic member 231. Similarly, the second magnetic element 232 is fixed, and then the second connecting arm 222 is formed around the second magnetic element 232 to cover the periphery of the second magnetic element 232. For example, the second magnetic member 232 may be clamped at two sides of the second magnetic member 232 in a mold, then the material of the second connecting arm 222 is formed by injection molding towards the mold, and then the molded part may be clamped, and the remaining part of the second connecting arm 222 is formed around the second magnetic member 232 without being clamped, so that the second connecting wall covers the periphery of the second magnetic member 232.
In other words, the first connection arm 212 and the second connection arm 222 may be formed by multiple injection molding.
In an embodiment of the invention, the first connecting arm 212 and the second connecting arm 222 may be formed by one-step molding, that is, the first fixing part 21 and the second fixing part 22 of the fixing unit 20 are formed by one-step molding, for example, the first magnetic attraction element 231 and the second magnetic attraction element 232 are respectively supported in a molding die, and then a molding material is filled into the molding die to cover the first magnetic attraction element 231 and the second magnetic attraction element 232 so as to form the first fixing base 211 and the connecting arm 212 and the second fixing base 221 and the second connecting arm 222. The first connecting arm 212 and the second connecting arm 222 may have supporting holes communicated to the first magnetic attraction element 231 and the second magnetic attraction element 232, and the supporting holes are formed by the forming mold supporting the first magnetic attraction element 231 and the second magnetic attraction element 232.
In this example, the material of the first connection arm 212 and the second connection arm 222 may be a silicone material.
Further, the first fixing base 211 includes a first upper fixing base portion 2111 and a first lower fixing base portion 2112, wherein the first upper fixing base portion 2111 may be integrally formed with the first upper connection arm portion 2121, and the first lower fixing base portion 2112 may be integrally formed with the first lower connection arm portion 2122. The second fixing base 221 includes a second upper fixing base portion 2211 and a second lower fixing base portion 2212, wherein the second upper fixing base portion 2211 may be integrally formed with the second upper connection arm portion 2221, and the second lower fixing base portion 2212 may be integrally formed with the second lower connection arm portion 2222.
The first fixing member 21 has a first groove 210. Specifically, the first recess 210 is formed at the first fixing base 211 of the first fixing piece 21, wherein the first recess 210 is an arc-shaped groove, and the sewing thread is received in the first recess 210, by which the sewing thread can be closely attached to the first fixing base 211 and the neck pillow body 10 in a small area.
The second fixing member 22 has a second groove 220. Specifically, the second recess 220 is formed at the second fixing base 221 of the second fixing piece 22, wherein the second recess 220 is an arc-shaped groove, and the sewing thread is received in the second recess 220, by which the sewing thread can be closely connected to the second fixing base 221 and the neck pillow body 10 in a small area.
The fixing unit 20 further includes a reinforcing member 24, wherein the reinforcing member 24 is used to reinforce the strength of the first fixing member 21 and the second fixing member 22, and wherein the reinforcing member 24 includes a first reinforcing member 241 and a second reinforcing member 242.
Further, the first reinforcing member 241 is provided to the first fixing member 21, and the second reinforcing member 242 is provided to the second fixing member 22. The first reinforcement 241 and the second reinforcement 242 serve to reinforce the structural strength of the first fixing member 21 and the second fixing member 22, respectively.
In this example, the first fixing base 211 and the second fixing base 221 are respectively provided as an annular structure in which the first reinforcement 241 is provided to the first fixing base 211, the second reinforcement 242 is provided to the second fixing base 221, and the first reinforcement 241 and the second reinforcement 242 are respectively provided to a front surface of the first fixing base 211 and a front surface of the second fixing base 221. The front face herein refers to a side facing away from the user when the neck pillow body 10 is worn on the user.
It should be noted that when there is a certain distance between the first connecting arm 212 and the second connecting arm 222, the first connecting arm 212 and the second connecting arm 222 can be automatically connected due to the magnetic force of the first magnetic attraction piece 231 and the second magnetic attraction piece 232, so that the user does not need to align the first connecting arm 212 and the second connecting arm 222, and even the user does not need to hold the first connecting arm 212 and the second connecting arm 222 to complete the connection between the first connecting arm 212 and the second connecting arm 222.
The first connecting arm 212 and the second connecting arm 222 need to be separated from each other so as to facilitate a user to take down the neck pillow body 10, the first fixing base 211 for fixing the first connecting arm 212 on the neck pillow body 10 and the second fixing base 221 for fixing the second connecting arm 222 on the neck pillow body 10 bear a large acting force to overcome the magnetic action between the first magnetic attraction piece 231 and the second magnetic attraction piece 232, and the first reinforcing piece 241 and the second reinforcing piece 242 are provided to facilitate the strength of the first fixing base 211 of the first fixing piece 21 and the second fixing base 221 of the second fixing piece 22, so as to ensure that the first fixing piece 21 and the second fixing piece 22 can be reused.
Further, the first reinforcing member 241 may be integrally formed with the first upper connecting arm portion 2121 of the first connecting arm 212, and the second reinforcing member 242 may be integrally formed with the second upper connecting arm portion 2221 of the second connecting arm 222. The first stiffener 241 and the second stiffener 242 may be made of silicone. The first reinforcement 241 and the second reinforcement 242 may have a ring shape.
Of course, it is understood that the first and second fixing bases 211 and 221 may have a triangular, rectangular or polygonal structure. The first reinforcement 241 and the second reinforcement 242 may have a triangular, rectangular, or polygonal structure. It is to be understood that the shapes of the first fixing base 211, the second fixing base 221, the first reinforcing member 241 and the second reinforcing member 242 are illustrated herein and not limited to the present invention.
Further, the first fixing member 21 has a first upper surface and a first lower surface, wherein the first upper surface and the first lower surface are oppositely disposed. It is understood that upper and lower herein refer to the outward side and the inward side, respectively.
The second fixing member 22 has a second upper surface and a second lower surface, wherein the second upper surface and the second lower surface are oppositely disposed. It is understood that upper and lower herein refer to the outward side and the inward side, respectively.
Optionally, the first upper surface and the first lower surface of the first fixing member 21 are respectively a plane. Optionally, the second upper surface and the second lower surface of the second fixing member 22 are respectively a plane. When the first fixing member 21 is connected to the second fixing member 22, the first upper surface of the first fixing member 21 may be attached to the second lower surface of the second fixing member 22, or the first lower surface of the first fixing member 21 may be attached to the second upper surface of the second fixing member 22.
