The zipper is a connecting piece for combining or separating articles by means of continuously arranged zipper teeth, and is widely used on daily articles such as clothes, bags, tents and the like.
The existing slide fastener includes various types such as a single open-end slide fastener and a double open-end slide fastener. The single-pull closed-end zipper is the most common zipper and is widely applied to places such as coverlets, pockets of clothes, trouser stops and the like; the single-open-end zipper is a zipper with an upper stop and a lower stop, a pull head is generally arranged on the single-open-end zipper, when the single-open-end zipper is pulled, the pull head moves from one end of the lower stop to one end of the upper stop, so that the two parallel cloth belts with zipper teeth can be folded, and when the single-open-end zipper is separated, the pull head is pulled reversely to separate the two parallel cloth belts.
And the other zipper, namely the zipper with two ends capable of being opened and closed through the movement of the sliders, is provided with at least two sliders (for the convenience of distinguishing, the two sliders are respectively called as a forward slider and a reverse slider in the application), when the two sliders move along the same direction, one slider is used for realizing the splicing of the two cloth belts on the zipper, and the other slider is used for realizing the separation of the two cloth belts, namely the two sliders are used for realizing the opposite directions of the splicing and the separation of the cloth belts. Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a back-to-back double-zipper-head mounting device, so that the mounting difficulty of double zipper heads is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
Therefore, the invention provides a mounting device of back-to-back double zipper sliders, which comprises: the sliding guide rail is arranged on the base, and a sliding block is arranged on the sliding guide rail; a mounting guide positioned at an upper side of a front portion of the slide rail, and the front portion of the mounting guide having a slider placing guide groove for loading a slider; the mounting bracket is arranged on the sliding block and connected with the sliding block, the rear end of the mounting bracket is provided with a linear cylinder II for driving the sliding block to move back and forth, the L-shaped baffle is arranged at the front end of the mounting bracket, and the front part of the L-shaped baffle extends to the right upper side of the puller placing guide groove; the movable clamp is positioned on two sides of the L-shaped baffle and is rotationally connected with the mounting bracket, and a linear cylinder I for driving the movable clamp to rotate is arranged at the rear end of the movable clamp; the linear cylinder I drives the movable clamp and is used for clamping a pair of cloth belts between the L-shaped baffle and the two clamping arms of the movable clamp, the linear cylinder II drives the mounting bracket to move and further drives the cloth belts to move backwards, so that the zipper teeth on the cloth belts wholly penetrate into the double-pull heads to complete the assembly of the double-pull-head zipper.
Further, the lower end of the mounting bracket is provided with a lower guide plate which is arranged in a forward inclining mode, and the lower side of the lower guide plate is provided with a roller.
Furthermore, the front end of the mounting bracket is provided with a U-shaped opening for mounting and placing the movable clamp.
Further, the foremost end of the slider placing guide groove has a flare chamfer so that the slider can be quickly inserted into the slider placing guide groove, wherein the slider is placed upside down in the slider placing guide groove.
Furthermore, the two clamping arms of the movable clamp are movably connected with the cylinder rod of the first linear cylinder through a pair of connecting rods.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, a base 1 is used as a base of the whole device and fixed on a workbench, and a sliding guide rail 2 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the base 1; the slider 10 is disposed on the slide rail 2 and slidably connected to the slide rail 2.
The mounting guide plate 3 is fixed on the upper side of the front part of the sliding guide rail 2 through bolts, the front part of the mounting guide plate 3 is provided with a slider placing guide groove 31, so that a slider 20 of the zipper can penetrate through the mounting guide plate 3, and the inner side of the foremost end of the slider placing guide groove 31 is provided with a flaring chamfer; when an operator prepares to mount the slider 20 on the mounting guide 3, the slider can be quickly inserted into the slider placing guide groove 31, which can improve the working efficiency; wherein the slider is placed upside down in the slider placing guide groove 31. .
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the L-shaped shutter 5 is L-shaped as a whole and fixed to the front end of the mounting bracket 6, and a vertically extending portion 51 of the front end of the L-shaped shutter 5 extends to a position just above the slider placing guide groove 31. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the front end of the mounting bracket 6 has a U-shaped opening for mounting and placing the movable clamp 4, and the rear end of the mounting bracket 6 has a rectangular hole for avoiding the rod of the linear cylinder one 8 and the connecting rod 7, so that the rod of the linear cylinder one 8 can penetrate through the mounting bracket 6 and is hinged to the clamping arm of the movable clamp 4 through the connecting rod 7.
In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the lower end of the mounting bracket 6 is provided with a lower guide plate 61, the lower guide plate 61 is arranged in a forward inclination way, and the lower side of the lower guide plate 61 is provided with a roller 11, and the roller 11 is mounted on a guide rail; when the slider 10 moves along the slide rail 2, the lower guide plate 61 contacts the roller 11 and lifts the front end of the mounting bracket 6 upward, so that the object clamped between the movable clamp 4 and the L-shaped fence 5 moves upward by a certain distance.

Then, an operator presses the control switch to extend the first linear cylinder 8 and contract the second linear cylinder 9, in the process, the first linear cylinder 8 extends to drive the movable clamp 4 to rotate, the front end of the movable clamp 4 is close to the L-shaped baffle 5, the cloth belt 21 between the first linear cylinder and the second linear cylinder is clamped (as shown in fig. 5), meanwhile, the second linear cylinder 9 contracts to drive the mounting bracket 6 to move backwards, and the mounting bracket 6 moves upwards for a certain distance under the pushing of the roller 11, so that the movable clamp 4, the L-shaped baffle 5 and the cloth belt between the first linear cylinder and the second linear cylinder are driven to move backwards and upwards; wherein, the slider is restricted by the slider placing guide groove 31 and can not move backwards, so that the zipper teeth on the cloth belt are inserted into the slider 20 at the rear end, thereby completing the assembly of the double-slider zipper.
And finally, releasing the control switch, contracting the linear cylinder I8 to loosen the cloth belt, extending the linear cylinder II 9 to push the movable clamp 4 and the L-shaped baffle 5 to the upper part of the installation guide plate 3 to prepare for the next assembly cycle, and taking down the assembled zipper from the installation guide plate 3 by an operator to carry out the next assembly work cycle.
