When the sharing exchange function module determines the authority of the applicant, the sharing exchange module transmits the address and the block information to the government affair block chain resource service module.
Fourth, government affair block chain resource service function module
And finally, after receiving the relevant information, the government affair block chain resource service function module generates an asymmetric encrypted service URL address according to the address information of the resource application node and the resource providing node, transmits the service URL address to the resource application party point to point, and the application party obtains the requested decrypted source data through the link address.

the block chain data sharing and exchanging function module is connected with the block chain resource management function module and used for initiating a sharing application and monitoring and verifying requests sent by other nodes, and after verification, a requester is allowed to obtain data exchange rights, so that a data interface is generated through the block chain data service function module, and broadcasting and management of the sharing request are realized;
the block chain consensus algorithm maintenance storage function module is connected with the block chain data sharing exchange function module and used for verifying whether the government affair data meet the consistency and effectiveness of standard constraints or not by constructing a data model, and stimulating the miners' nodes to participate in the creation and addition of government affair resource blocks so as to realize the maintenance and storage of the consensus algorithm; and
and the block chain data service function module is connected with the block chain consensus algorithm maintenance storage function module and used for generating an asymmetric encrypted service URL address from government affair information on a government affair chain after receiving the verified request and transmitting the service URL address to the resource applicant point to point.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the blockchain consensus algorithm maintains the government resource blocks in the storage function module, including resource directory and resources.
3. The system for implementing government information resource sharing and exchange based on blockchain technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blockchain resource management function module comprises:
the resource registration management unit is used for realizing the unified registration of all the resources participating in the government affair block chain service; and
and the resource management unit is used for realizing the unified management of all the resources participating in the government affair block chain service.
4. The system according to claim 3, wherein the resource registration management unit comprises:
the user registration processing subunit is used for realizing miner registration;
the data directory registration processing subunit is used for realizing data resource registration; and
and the application system resource registration processing subunit is used for realizing the application system resource registration.
5. The system according to claim 4, wherein the resource registration management unit performs the following operations:
after the miners are successfully registered, the system automatically allocates an account number, a private key and a public key, and generates an address on the government affair chain through the public key, wherein the address is an identifier when the users participate in the government affair block chain business; the miners register a data resource catalog on the government affair chain, register data resources and mount the resources on the data resource catalog, and after the data resources are successfully mounted, the system writes the relevant identification into a government affair block chain address.
6. The system according to claim 5, wherein the resource management unit comprises a user resource management subunit and a service resource management subunit, and specifically comprises:
the user resource management subunit comprises user information maintenance and user state management and control and is used for managing all users participating in government affair data exchange;
the service resource management subunit comprises resource management and resource authorization management and is used for realizing management of cross-domain service resources and maintenance of the data resource catalog, the data resources and related systems.

10. The system according to claim 1, wherein the blockchain data services function module performs the following operations:
after receiving the relevant information, the block chain resource service module generates an asymmetric encrypted service URL address from the government affair information on the government affair chain according to the address information of the resource application node and the resource providing node and transmits the service URL address to the resource application party point to point, and the application party obtains the requested decrypted source data through the link address.
11. A method for realizing government affairs information resource sharing and exchange control based on block chain technology by using the system of any one of claims 1-10, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
(1) the user logs in the block chain resource management function module to register resources;
(2) the system automatically allocates an account number, a private key and a public key to the user;
(3) the system sends the private key of the user to the block chain data sharing exchange function module and initiates a sharing request;
(4) the system signs the sharing request by using the private key of the user to form an intelligent contract;
(5) the block chain data sharing exchange function module broadcasts the intelligent contract to each core node;
(6) the core nodes inquire and verify according to the conditions of the intelligent contract and call the data standard consensus algorithm model for consistency and validity verification;
(7) the system transmits the block information verified by the data standard consensus algorithm model to the block chain resource service module;
(8) the block chain resource service module generates an asymmetric encrypted service URL address from the government affair information on the government affair chain according to the acquired block information and transmits the service URL address to the resource application party point to point;
(9) and the resource application party obtains the requested decrypted source data through the link address.
12. An apparatus for implementing resource sharing and exchange control of government affairs information based on block chain technology, the apparatus comprising:
a processor configured to execute computer-executable instructions;
a memory storing one or more computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, perform the steps of the method of implementing resource sharing and exchange control of government information based on blockchain technology of claim 11.

A processor for implementing resource sharing and exchange control of block chain technology-based government information, wherein the processor is configured to execute computer-executable instructions which, when executed by the processor, implement the steps of the method of claim 11 for implementing resource sharing and exchange control of block chain technology-based government information.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon, a computer program executable by a processor to perform the steps of the method of claim 11 for resource sharing and exchange control of government information based on blockchain technology.
