if the website domain name is registered, determining that the website domain name is valid; and if the website domain name is not registered, determining that the website domain name is invalid.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of validating the user identification number comprises:
acquiring a recorded certificate number corresponding to the website domain name from the appointed storage region;
if the user certificate number is consistent with the recorded certificate number, determining that the user certificate number is valid;
and if the user certificate number is inconsistent with the recorded certificate number, determining that the user certificate number is invalid.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of identifying the docket type corresponding to the docket application information based on the user certificate number and the user certificate type comprises:
judging whether a user record number corresponding to the user is stored in the designated storage area according to the certificate number;
