2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of verifying the validity of the website filing application information and determining the website filing type according to the website filing application information when the website filing application information is valid comprises:
carrying out validity verification on the website domain name, and judging whether a website record number corresponding to the website domain name is stored in an appointed storage area when the website domain name is valid;
if yes, carrying out validity verification on the user certificate number, and determining the website record type as a new access type when the user certificate number is valid;
and if not, identifying the website record type corresponding to the website record application information according to the user certificate number and the user certificate type.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of validating the website domain name comprises:
judging whether the website domain name is recorded;
if the website domain name is already recorded, determining that the website domain name is invalid; if the website domain name is not recorded, judging whether the website domain name is registered;
if the website domain name is registered, determining that the website domain name is valid; and if the website domain name is not registered, determining that the website domain name is invalid.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of validating the user credential number comprises:
acquiring a recorded certificate number corresponding to the website domain name from the specified storage area;
if the user certificate number is consistent with the recorded certificate number, determining that the user certificate number is valid;
and if the user certificate number is inconsistent with the recorded certificate number, determining that the user certificate number is invalid.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of identifying the website record type corresponding to the website record application information according to the user certificate number and the user certificate type comprises:
judging whether a user record number corresponding to the user is stored in the appointed storage area or not according to the certificate number;
if the user record number corresponding to the user is stored in the designated storage area, determining the website record type as a newly added website type;
and if the user record number corresponding to the user is not stored in the designated storage area, verifying the authenticity of the user certificate number according to the user certificate type, and determining the website record type as a newly added record type in real time of the user certificate number.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-5, further comprising:
and when the website filing application information is invalid, generating error prompt information according to the invalid website filing application information so as to prompt the user to modify the invalid website filing application information based on the error prompt information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of determining a website docket type from the website docket application information, the method further comprises:
and determining a filing material to be supplemented according to the website filing type, and prompting the user to supplement the filing material.
8. An apparatus for determining a website record type, comprising:
the information receiving module is used for receiving website filing application information sent by a user; the website filing application information comprises one or more of a website domain name, a user certificate type and a user certificate number;
