Claims (12)

1. A method of automatically creating a working communication group, the method comprising:
receiving a group establishment application of a user, wherein the group establishment application carries an application scene of a working communication group to be established;
acquiring role labels of all members in the to-be-established working communication group according to the application scene;
acquiring employee IDs and full labels of all members matched with the role labels of all the members from an employee label library, wherein the employee IDs and the full labels of all the employees in the enterprise are stored in the employee label library;
determining the communication mode of each member in the enterprise address list according to the employee ID of each member;
and establishing a working communication group according to the communication mode of each member in the enterprise address book, and marking the total tags of each member in the established working communication group.
2. The method for automatically creating a working communication group according to claim 1,
the full-size label comprises: a skill tag, a post tag, a job level tag, a responsibility tag, a department tag and a superior tag;
the role label is one or more of the full-size labels.
3. The method for automatically creating a work correspondence group according to claim 1, further comprising:
for a member with a plurality of employee IDs, displaying the employee ID and the full-volume label of the member on a display interface for a user to select the employee ID of the member;
and determining the employee ID of the member according to the selection of the user.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the role label of each member of the working communication group according to the application scenario comprises:
acquiring role labels of all roles corresponding to the application scene from the corresponding relation between the application scene and the role labels according to the application scene;
and determining the role labels of the roles corresponding to the application scene as the role labels of the members.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the obtaining the role labels of the members of the working communication group according to the application scenario further comprises:
after determining role labels of all roles corresponding to the application scene from the corresponding relation between the application scene and the role labels according to the application scene, displaying the role labels of all roles corresponding to the application scene on a display interface so that a user can select the role labels of all members from the role labels of all roles corresponding to the application scene;
and determining the role labels of the members according to the selection of the user.
6. An apparatus for automatically creating a working communication group, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a sending module and a receiving module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a group establishment application of a user, and the group establishment application carries an application scene of a working communication group to be established;
the role label acquisition module is used for acquiring role labels of all members in the to-be-established working communication group according to the application scene;
the matching module is used for acquiring the employee ID and the full label of each member matched with the role label of each member from an employee label library, wherein the employee ID and the full label of each employee in the enterprise are stored in the employee label library;
the communication mode determining module is used for determining the communication mode of each member in the enterprise address book according to the employee ID of each member;
and the creating module is used for creating a working communication group according to the communication mode of each member in the enterprise address book and marking the total tags of each member in the created working communication group.
7. The apparatus for automatically creating a working communication group according to claim 6,
the full-size label comprises: a skill tag, a post tag, a job level tag, a responsibility tag, a department tag and a superior tag;
the role label is one or more of the full-size labels.
8. The apparatus for automatically creating a work correspondence group according to claim 6, further comprising:
the employee ID display module is used for displaying the employee ID and the full label of a member with a plurality of employee IDs on a display interface so that a user can select the employee ID of the member;
and the employee ID determining module is used for determining the employee ID of the member according to the selection of the user.
9. The apparatus for automatically creating a work correspondence group according to claim 6, wherein the role label determination module comprises:
the role label acquiring unit is used for acquiring role labels of all roles corresponding to the application scene from the corresponding relation between the application scene and the role labels according to the application scene;
and a first determining unit, configured to determine a role label of each role corresponding to the application scenario as the role label of each member.
10. The apparatus for automatically creating a work correspondence group according to claim 9, wherein the role label determination module further comprises:
the display unit is used for displaying the role labels of the roles corresponding to the application scene on a display interface after determining the role labels of the roles corresponding to the application scene from the corresponding relation between the application scene and the role labels according to the application scene, so that a user can select the role labels of the members from the role labels of the roles corresponding to the application scene;
and the second determining unit is used for determining the role labels of the members according to the selection of the user.
11. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions executable by a processor to perform the method for automatically creating a working communication group according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
12. A computer device, the device comprising:
a memory having a computer program stored thereon;
a processor for executing said computer program to implement the method for automatically creating a working communication group according to any of claims 1-5.
