Abstract
The invention provides a method for freezing and disassembling a battery of an electronic product, which comprises the following steps: putting the semi-finished product of the electronic product into a preset freezing environment; after the freezing meets the conditions, taking out the product; separating the battery from the housing assembly. According to the method for freezing and disassembling the battery of the electronic product, the semi-finished product of the mobile phone containing the battery is frozen, so that the gum loses viscosity, and the battery is disassembled by external force.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for disassembling a battery after freezing a semi-finished product of an electronic product containing the battery, belonging to the field of production and manufacturing of the electronic product.
Background
Taking a mobile phone as an example, in the production and manufacturing process of the existing mobile phone product, a semi-finished mobile phone (mainly including a face shell component and a battery) needs to be disassembled during maintenance, so that the disassembled mobile phone face shell component is reused continuously to save the production cost, but the existing method for disassembling the battery is as follows:
1. the easy-pulling glue at the bottom of the battery is torn, the method is easy to tear the easy-pulling glue, and the production efficiency is low;
2. the back glue of the battery in some projects uses double-faced glue, the battery can not be disassembled by pulling the back glue, the back glue at the bottom of the battery is heated by using a heating method, and then the battery is disassembled.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a method for freezing and disassembling a battery of an electronic product, which can well improve the disassembling efficiency and the disassembling yield and reduce the production cost.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a method for freezing and disassembling a battery of an electronic product, which comprises the following steps:
putting the semi-finished product of the electronic product into a preset freezing environment;
after the freezing meets the conditions, taking out the product;
separating the battery from the housing assembly.
The method for freezing and disassembling the battery of the electronic product has the advantages that: through freezing the semi-manufactured goods of cell-phone that will contain the battery, make the gum lose the stickness, give external force and disassemble the battery, this method will improve well and disassemble efficiency and disassemble the yield, reduction in production cost.

Drawings
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for freezing and disassembling a battery of an electronic product according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
The first embodiment,
The invention provides a method for freezing and disassembling a battery of an electronic product, which comprises the following steps:
s101, placing the semi-finished product of the electronic product in a preset freezing environment;
preferably, the freezing environment is in a freezer cabinet of a refrigerator.
Preferably, a desiccant is placed in the freezer of the refrigerator. Preferably, the desiccant is calcium sulfate.
S102, taking out the product after the freezing meets the conditions;
preferably, the freezing conditions include a freezing ambient temperature of-20 to-25 ℃.
Preferably, the freezing conditions include a freezing time of 15 ± 5 minutes.
S103, separating the battery from the shell assembly.
Preferably, after the electronic product is taken out of the freezing environment, the tray is knocked to separate the battery from the shell assembly.
Preferably, the tray is a foam tray.
Preferably, the shell assembly is an electronic product face shell assembly.
S103, after the separation is finished, collecting the batteries and processing the batteries according to the safety standard of the batteries; and (5) checking the appearance of the electronic product face shell assembly and assembling.
According to the method for freezing and disassembling the battery of the electronic product, the semi-finished product of the mobile phone containing the battery is frozen, so that the gum loses viscosity, and the battery is disassembled by external force.
As shown in fig. 1, the invention uses a refrigerator as a device, and freezes and cools the battery back adhesive in the semi-finished product of the electronic product (mainly comprising a face shell component and a battery) to lose viscosity, and meanwhile, a drying agent is added in the freezing process to absorb water in the freezing process, so that the freezing environment is kept dry, and the disassembly yield of the face shell component is improved.
The electronic product includes but is not limited to a mobile phone, and the electronic product can be various electronic products such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer.
The process of freezing and disassembling the battery of the electronic product according to the present invention is described in detail in the process of fig. 1.
The specific embodiments are briefly described as follows:
1. putting the semi-finished product of the electronic product into a refrigerator freezer, putting a drying agent (calcium sulfate and the like) into the refrigerator freezer, wherein the freezing temperature is as follows: -20 to-25 ℃, freezing time: 15 plus or minus 5 minutes;
2. after the freezing condition is met, taking out the product from the refrigerator, preparing a foam tray, and slightly knocking the product on the tray to separate the battery from the face shell component;
3. after the separation is finished, the batteries are collected and processed according to the safety standard of the batteries;
4. and (5) checking the appearance of the face shell assembly and assembling.
By the scheme, the efficiency and the yield of the battery disassembly of electronic products such as mobile phones and flat plates can be effectively improved, the investment cost is low, multiple items of equipment can be commonly used, the method is introduced, the disassembly yield is up to more than 95% after verification and disassembly, the disassembly efficiency is improved by 40%, and the production cost is greatly saved.
