The embodiment of the invention provides a rehabilitation therapy system, as shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of the rehabilitation therapy system provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the system mainly comprises: a first evaluation terminal 101, a first data platform 102, a first bedside terminal 103, a first wireless therapy terminal 104, a first mobile terminal 105, a second wireless therapy terminal 106 and a first query terminal 107.
Before describing the system, in order to facilitate understanding of the related processing of the terminal call data platform in the following description, first, description will be made on the first data platform 102, especially the content of three databases of the data platform.
As shown in fig. 1, the first data platform 102 includes a first platform processing unit 1021, a first user diagnosis and treatment database 1022, a first bedside terminal database 1023, and a first mobile terminal database 1024; the first platform processing unit 1021 is respectively connected with the first user diagnosis and treatment database 1022, the first bedside terminal database 1023 and the first mobile terminal database 1024; the first user diagnosis and treatment database 1022 is used for storing diagnosis and treatment information related to a treatment object; the first bedside terminal database 1023 is used for storing terminal information related to bedside terminals; the first mobile terminal database 1024 is used for storing terminal information related to mobile terminals;

Here, the three databases of the first data platform 102 are the first user diagnosis and treatment database 1022, the first bedside terminal database 1023, and the first mobile terminal database 1024, respectively.
Here, in the first user diagnosis and treatment database 1022, each first user diagnosis and treatment data file corresponds to one treatment object; the first user identification data is a unique identification code allocated to the treatment object by the system; the first user basic data stores basic information of a treatment object, such as basic information of name, gender, age, identity card information and the like; the first user evaluation data stores evaluation information obtained after the doctor detects and evaluates the treatment object; the first user plan data stores rehabilitation treatment plan information customized by a doctor for a treatment object according to evaluation information, wherein the plan information comprises, but is not limited to, total treatment course times of the treatment object, specific treatment measures, specific treatment course duration, specific configuration parameters of a wireless treatment terminal and the like; the first treatment data set is initially empty, and after each treatment, one first treatment result data is generated, where the first treatment result data is treatment result information returned by the first bedside terminal 103 or the first mobile terminal 105 after completing a single treatment, and the information includes, but is not limited to, treatment configuration parameters, treatment duration, treatment experience effect, user feedback information, and the like.
Here, in the first bedside terminal database 1023, each first bedside terminal data record corresponds to one first bedside terminal 103; the first bedside terminal identification data is a unique identification code assigned by the system to the first bedside terminal 103; the first bedside terminal allocation data set stores reservation information of each first bedside terminal 103; all the first use period data in the first bedside terminal allocation data set is preset, for example, the first bedside terminal data record stores only a period of 1 day, each day is divided into 5 periods from 9 a in the morning to 6 a in the evening, each period is 1 hour, and equipment is maintained for 1 hour between every two periods, so that the first bedside terminal allocation data set comprises 5 first bedside terminal allocation data, and the first use period data of the 5 first bedside terminal allocation data are respectively: 9:00-10:00, 11:00-12:00, 13:00-14:00, 15:00-16:00, and 17:00-18:00; the first user identification data in the first bedside terminal allocation data set is a unique identification code of the treatment object reserved in the corresponding time period, for example, the first user identification data of the third treatment object is 001, the first user identification data of the fourth third treatment object is 002, the third treatment object is about 9:00-10:00, 11:00-12:00, 13:00-14:00, and the fourth third treatment object is about 15:00-16:00 and 17:00-18:00 in 5 time periods, and then the 5 first bedside terminal allocation data in the first bedside terminal allocation data set are: (9:00-10:00, 001), (11:00-12:00, 001), (13:00-14:00, 001), (15:00-16:00, 002), (17:00-18:00, 002), if the first user identification data in a certain first usage period data is empty, indicating that this period the bedside terminal is idle.
Here, in the first mobile terminal database 1024, each first mobile terminal data record corresponds to one first mobile terminal 105; the first mobile terminal identification data is a unique identification code assigned by the system to the first mobile terminal 105.
The first evaluation terminal 101 is connected to a first platform processing unit 1021 of the first data platform 102; the first evaluation terminal 101 is configured to obtain basic information of a user, and generate first user data; and carrying out comprehensive evaluation processing on the user; and invoking a first platform processing unit 1021 to perform user profiling processing according to the first user data and the comprehensive evaluation result; and if the user profiling processing is successful, the first platform processing unit 1021 is called to perform bedside terminal allocation processing.
Here, the first evaluation terminal 101 is connected to the first platform processing unit 1021 of the first data platform 102 through a wireless network or a wired network; the first platform processing unit 1021 may be simultaneously connected with a plurality of first evaluation terminals 101.
Here, the first evaluation terminal 101 is a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a computer-integrated machine, a custom terminal device, or a server with myoelectricity detection evaluation, stress detection evaluation, or emotion detection evaluation functions; the first user data includes, but is not limited to, basic information of the name, sex, age, identification card information, etc. of the subject.
In a specific implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the first evaluation terminal 101 is specifically configured to perform myoelectricity detection evaluation processing, or pressure detection evaluation processing, or emotion detection evaluation processing on a user during comprehensive evaluation processing, and display a detection evaluation result as first evaluation data to a doctor; after the treatment plan information corresponding to the first evaluation data input by the doctor is acquired, generating first plan data according to the input treatment plan information; and taking the first evaluation data and the first scheme data as comprehensive evaluation results.
Here, myoelectric detection evaluation refers to detecting myoelectric parameters of a treatment object, and evaluating the activity state of muscles according to the myoelectric parameters; the pressure detection evaluation or emotion detection evaluation refers to the quantitative evaluation of bioelectrical information of a treatment object to obtain the activity state of a nervous system related to rehabilitation treatment; all single item evaluation information is contained in the first evaluation data; after browsing the first evaluation data, the doctor can customize a corresponding rehabilitation therapy scheme, namely first scheme data, for the therapeutic object according to the first evaluation data, wherein the first scheme data comprises, but is not limited to, specific therapeutic measures for the therapeutic object, specific duration of treatment course, specific configuration parameters of a wireless therapeutic terminal which is required to be used, and the like.
In another specific implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the first evaluation terminal 101 is specifically configured to perform, during user profiling processing, user profiling instruction packaging processing according to the first user data, the first evaluation data, and the first scheme data, and generate first instruction data; and transmits the first instruction data to the first platform processing unit 1021; and receives the first user identification data sent back from the first platform processing unit 1021; when the first user identification data is not empty, the user profiling process is successful.
Here, the first evaluation terminal 101 is an initiating terminal for user profiling, after the doctor obtains the basic information of the treatment object, performs detection evaluation on the basic information and makes a rehabilitation treatment scheme, the doctor needs to profile the basic information, evaluation data and scheme data in the first user diagnosis and treatment database 1022 through the first platform processing unit 1021 of the first data platform 102 at the back end; after the back end completes profiling, the returned first user identification data is the unique identification code allocated by the system for the current profiling user.
In another specific implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the first evaluation terminal 101 is specifically configured to perform packaging processing of an idle bedside terminal query instruction during bedside terminal allocation processing, and generate second instruction data; and transmits the second instruction data to the first platform processing unit 1021; and receiving a first free bedside terminal list sent back from the first platform processing unit 1021, the first free bedside terminal list including a plurality of first free bedside terminal records, the first free bedside terminal records including first free bedside terminal identification data and a plurality of first free time period data; submitting a first free bedside terminal list to a user corresponding to the first user identification data for bed selection processing; after an idle bedside terminal selection result and an idle time period selection result returned by a user are obtained, the idle bedside terminal selection result is used as first selection data, and the idle time period selection result is used as second selection data; according to the first user identification data, the first selection data and the second selection data, packaging the idle bedside terminal selection instruction, and generating third instruction data; and transmits the third instruction data to the first platform processing unit 1021; and receives the first instruction status data sent back from the first platform processing unit 1021; and when the first instruction state data is successful in selection, submitting the first user identification data, the first selection data and the second selection data to the user as a bedside terminal distribution processing result.
Here, after the completion of profiling, the doctor initiates reservation of the first intra-hospital rehabilitation treatment for the treatment subject through the first evaluation terminal 101; because the reserved object is the first bedside terminal 103, the first platform processing unit 1021 is firstly required to query the first bedside terminal database 1023 at the back end to obtain the idle time periods of all the first bedside terminals 103; in the first free bedside terminal list returned by the back-end first platform processing unit 1021, each first free bedside terminal record corresponds to a first bedside terminal 103 with a free time period, the first free bedside terminal identification data in each first free bedside terminal record is the unique identification code of the bedside terminal, and a plurality of first free time period data are the free time period sets of the bedside terminal; after acquiring a first free bedside terminal list, a doctor displays information to a treatment object, the treatment object selects bedside terminals and time periods from the list according to the actual situation of the doctor, and finally, the doctor can acquire certain bedside terminal identification data, namely first selection data and certain time period data, namely second selection data; the purpose of sending the first user identification data and the first and second selection data to the back end is to set, by the first platform processing unit 1021, the first user identification data that is originally empty in the first bedside terminal allocation data corresponding to the second selection data in the first bedside terminal data record corresponding to the first selection data in the first bedside terminal database 1023, as the first user identification data of the current treatment object, which indicates that the time period of the bedside terminal has been reserved by the treatment object.
The first bedside terminal 103 is connected with the first platform processing unit 1021 and the first wireless treatment terminal 104, respectively; the first bedside terminal 103 is used for acquiring first identity identification data input by a user; according to the first identity identification data, a first platform processing unit 1021 is called to perform first treatment scheme query processing; and according to the query result, performing a first treatment terminal configuration process on the first wireless treatment terminal 104; if the first treatment terminal configuration processing is successful, the first wireless treatment terminal 104 is called to perform first treatment processing on the user; and invokes the first stage processing unit 1021 to perform a first treatment result update process.
Here, the first wireless therapy terminal 104 is a wireless device or a wireless terminal apparatus having a muscle electrical stimulation therapy function, and/or a muscle electrical triggering electrical stimulation therapy function, and/or a cyclic electrical stimulation function; the first wireless treatment terminal 104 is connected with the first bedside terminal 103 through a wireless network, a Bluetooth communication channel or a short-range wireless communication channel; the first bedside terminal 103 may be connected to the plurality of first wireless therapy terminals 104 on the one hand, and may be connected to the first platform processing unit 1021 of the first data platform 102 through a wireless network or a wired network on the other hand; the first platform processing unit 1021 may be simultaneously connected with a plurality of first bedside terminals 103.
In another specific implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the first bedside terminal 103 is specifically configured to perform, when performing query processing of the first treatment plan, packaging processing of a query instruction of the treatment plan of the bedside terminal according to the first identity identification data, and generate fourth instruction data; and transmits the fourth instruction data to the first platform processing unit 1021; and receives the first user base data and the first user scheme data sent back from the first platform processing unit 1021; when the first user basic data and the first user proposal data are not empty, the first treatment proposal inquiry processing is successful, and the first user basic data and the first user proposal data are used as inquiry results of the first treatment proposal inquiry processing.
Here, after the treatment object finds the corresponding bedside terminal according to the bedside terminal identification data provided by the doctor, the own user identification data, that is, the first identification data, is input to the first bedside terminal 103, the first bedside terminal 103 transmits the data to the back end, and the first platform processing unit 1021 queries the corresponding first user diagnosis and treatment data file in the first user diagnosis and treatment database 1022 according to the first identification data, and returns the first user base data and the first user plan data in the queried first user diagnosis and treatment data file of the current treatment object to the current first bedside terminal 103.
Then, the identity of the treatment object or a rehabilitation technician accompanying the treatment object is confirmed again through the first user basic data, after the identity is confirmed without errors, specific treatment measures, specific treatment period duration and specific configuration parameters of the wireless treatment terminal are extracted from the first user scheme data, the specific configuration parameters of the wireless treatment terminal are used for configuring the first wireless treatment terminal 104, the treatment mode of the first wireless treatment terminal 104, such as a muscle electric stimulation treatment mode, a muscle electric triggering electric stimulation treatment mode, a circulating electric stimulation mode and the like, is selected according to the specific treatment measures, the working duration of the first wireless treatment terminal 104 is set according to the specific treatment period duration, and finally the rehabilitation treatment is carried out on the treatment object by using the first wireless treatment terminal 104.
In another specific implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the first bedside terminal 103 is specifically configured to generate first result data according to a treatment result of the first treatment process when the first treatment result is updated; according to the first identity identification data and the first result data, carrying out bedside terminal treatment result updating instruction packaging processing to generate fifth instruction data; and transmits the fifth instruction data to the first platform processing unit 1021; and receives the first update status data returned from the first platform processing unit 1021; when the first updating state data is successful in updating, the first treatment result updating process is successful.
Here, after the treatment object completes the current rehabilitation treatment, the first bedside terminal 103 counts information related to the current treatment, for example, configuration parameter information, treatment duration information, treatment experience effect information of the first wireless treatment terminal 104, feedback information recorded by the treatment object or a rehabilitation technician accompanying the treatment object, and the like, and sends the information as treatment result data, that is, first result data to the back end, and the first platform processing unit 1021 adds the result data to the first treatment data set of the first user diagnosis and treatment data file corresponding to the current treatment object in the first user diagnosis and treatment database 1022 as an archive of treatment results.
The first mobile terminal 105 is connected to the first platform processing unit 1021 and the second wireless treatment terminal 106, respectively; the first mobile terminal 105 is configured to obtain second identification data input by a user; according to the second identity data, the first platform processing unit 1021 is called to perform the query processing of the second treatment scheme; and according to the query result, performing a second treatment terminal configuration process on the second wireless treatment terminal 106; if the second treatment terminal configuration processing is successful, the second wireless treatment terminal 106 is called to perform second treatment processing on the user; and invokes the first stage processing unit 1021 to perform a second treatment result update process.
Here, the first mobile terminal 105 is a mobile terminal device loaded with a rehabilitation therapy mobile terminal application; the second wireless therapy terminal 106 is similar to the first wireless therapy terminal 104, and is a wireless device or wireless terminal equipment having a muscle electrical stimulation therapy function, and/or a myoelectric triggering electrical stimulation therapy function, and/or a cyclic electrical stimulation function; the second wireless treatment terminal 106 is connected to the first mobile terminal 105 through a wireless network, or a bluetooth communication channel, or a short-range wireless communication channel; the first mobile terminal 105 may be connected to the plurality of second wireless therapy terminals 106 on the one hand, and the first platform processing unit 1021 of the first data platform 102 via a wireless network on the other hand; the first platform processing unit 1021 may be simultaneously connected with a plurality of first mobile terminals 105.
In another specific implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the first mobile terminal 105 is specifically configured to perform, when performing query processing of the second treatment plan, package processing of a query instruction of the treatment plan of the mobile terminal according to the second identification data and a preset mobile terminal identification code, and generate sixth instruction data; and transmits the sixth instruction data to the first stage processing unit 1021; and receives the first user base data and the first user scheme data sent back from the first platform processing unit 1021; when the first user basic data and the first user scheme data are not empty, the second treatment scheme query processing is successful, and the first user basic data and the first user scheme data are used as query results of the second treatment scheme query processing.
Here, after the first treatment in the hospital is completed, the treatment object can continue the subsequent treatment at home through the first mobile terminal 105 and the second wireless treatment terminal 106, so as to achieve the purpose of continuous treatment; when a therapeutic object uses the first mobile terminal 105 and the second wireless therapeutic terminal 106 to perform rehabilitation therapy, firstly, user identification data, namely second identification data, of the therapeutic object needs to be input on the first mobile terminal 105, the data is transmitted to the first data platform 102 at the rear end through the first mobile terminal 105, the first platform processing unit 1021 of the first data platform 102 queries a corresponding first user diagnosis and treatment data file in the first user diagnosis and treatment database 1022 according to the second identification data, and the first user basic data and the first user scheme data in the queried first user diagnosis and treatment data file of the current therapeutic object are returned to the current first mobile terminal 105; the difference from the use of the first bedside terminal 103 to obtain the protocol data is that in order to identify that the first mobile terminal 105 is an external network device that is allowed to be accessed, it is necessary to upload the identification data of the first mobile terminal 105, that is, the mobile terminal identification code preset on the first mobile terminal 105, in addition to the second identification data of the treatment object when uploading the data.
And then, the identity of the treatment object is confirmed again through the first user basic data, after the identity confirmation is completed, specific treatment measures, specific treatment period duration and specific configuration parameters of the wireless treatment terminal are extracted from the first user scheme data, the specific configuration parameters of the wireless treatment terminal are used for configuring the second wireless treatment terminal 106, the treatment mode of the second wireless treatment terminal 106, such as a muscle electric stimulation treatment mode, a cyclic electric stimulation mode and the like, is selected according to the specific treatment measures, the working duration of the second wireless treatment terminal 106 is set according to the specific treatment period duration, and finally rehabilitation treatment is carried out by using the second wireless treatment terminal 106.
In another specific implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the first mobile terminal 105 is specifically configured to generate, when the second treatment result is updated, second result data according to the treatment result of the second treatment process; according to the mobile terminal identification code, the second identification data and the second result data, the mobile terminal treatment result updating instruction packaging processing is carried out, and seventh instruction data is generated; and transmits the seventh instruction data to the first stage processing unit 1021; and receives second update status data returned from the first platform processing unit 1021; and when the second updating state data is successful in updating, the second treatment result updating process is successful.
Here, after the current rehabilitation therapy is completed, the first mobile terminal 105 counts information related to the current therapy, for example, configuration parameter information of the second wireless therapy terminal 106, therapy duration information, therapy experience effect information, feedback information recorded by the therapy object, and the like, and sends the information as therapy result data, that is, second result data, to the back end, and the first platform processing unit 1021 adds the result data to the first therapy data set of the first user diagnosis and treatment data file corresponding to the current therapy object in the first user diagnosis and treatment database 1022 as an archive of the therapy result.
The first inquiry terminal 107 is connected to the first platform processing unit 1021; the first query terminal 107 is configured to obtain third identification data input by a user; and according to the third identification data, the first platform processing unit 1021 is called to perform user information query processing.
Here, the first inquiry terminal 107 is connected to the first platform processing unit 1021 of the first data platform 102 through a wireless network or a wired network; the first platform processing unit 1021 may be simultaneously connected with a plurality of first inquiry terminals 107.
In another specific implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the first query terminal 107 is specifically configured to perform, when performing the user information query processing, user information query instruction packaging processing according to the third identification data, to generate eighth instruction data; and transmits the eighth instruction data to the first stage processing unit 1021; and receives a first user diagnosis and treatment data file returned from the first platform processing unit 1021; and displaying and processing the user information on the first user diagnosis and treatment data file.
Here, the first query terminal 107 is a device or terminal equipment with an information entry component and an information display component; the first query terminal 107 uses the unique identification code input by the user as the third identification data, and sends the third identification data to the first platform processing unit 1021 of the first data platform 102 at the back end; the first platform processing unit 1021 extracts the content of the first user diagnosis and treatment data file corresponding to the first user diagnosis and treatment data file in the first user diagnosis and treatment database 1022 and returns the content to the first query terminal 107; the first query terminal 107 extracts information such as first user identification data and first user basic data from the received first user diagnosis and treatment data file for basic information display, extracts first user evaluation data for evaluation information display, extracts first user plan data for plan information display, and extracts first treatment data set for treatment process information display.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the first data platform 102 is a core platform of the system according to the embodiment of the invention, and the first platform processing unit 1021 is a core unit of the first data platform 102; the first platform processing unit 1021 is not only used for matching with the first evaluation terminal 101 to complete user profiling processing and bedside terminal distribution processing; the first bedside terminal 103 is also used for completing the inquiry processing of the first treatment scheme and the updating processing of the first treatment result; the second mobile terminal 105 is further configured to complete a second treatment plan query process and a second treatment result update process; and is further configured to complete the user information query processing in cooperation with the first query terminal 107. In order to better understand the functional characteristics of the first platform processing unit 1021, the steps of each processing flow thereof will be described below.
In another specific implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the first platform processing unit 1021 is specifically configured to perform instruction identification when receiving the first instruction data sent from the first evaluation terminal 101; when the first instruction data is identified as a user profiling instruction, extracting first user data, first evaluation data and first scheme data from the first instruction data; according to the first user data, all first user diagnosis and treatment data files of the first user diagnosis and treatment database 1022 are polled; when all the first user basic data of the polled first user diagnosis and treatment data files cannot be matched with the first user data, creating a first user diagnosis and treatment data file in the first user diagnosis and treatment database 1022 as a first current file; initializing a first current file, allocating a unique identifier as first user identification data for the user, setting first user basic data as first user data, setting first user evaluation data as first evaluation data, setting first user scheme data as first scheme data, and setting a first treatment data set as null; and returns the first user identification data to the first evaluation terminal 101.
Here, the description of the current specific implementation manner is that the first platform processing unit 1021 cooperates with the first evaluation terminal 101 to complete the flow steps of the user profiling process; the first platform processing unit 1021, after receiving the first instruction data, extracts first user data, first evaluation data, and first pattern data therefrom; then checking whether there is a first user diagnosis and treat data file, such as name, gender, age, identity card information, etc., in which the first user basic data matches with the first user data by polling the first user diagnosis and treat database 1022; if the data file does not exist as a result of the polling, the first platform processing unit 1021 creates a first user diagnosis and treatment data file corresponding to the current treatment object in the first user diagnosis and treatment database 1022; when creating a first user diagnosis and treatment data file, the first platform processing unit 1021 firstly allocates a unique identification code for the current treatment object to be used as first user identification data of the new file, then uses the received first user data as first user basic data of the new file, uses the received first evaluation data as first user evaluation data of the new file, and uses the received first scheme data as first user scheme data of the new file; because no treatment is currently occurring, the first treatment data set in the new archive for storing treatment results is initialized to empty; after completing the setting of the new file, the first platform processing unit 1021 returns the newly allocated first user identification data to the first evaluation terminal 101, so that the above-mentioned process flow of the user profiling process is completed.
In another specific implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the first platform processing unit 1021 is specifically configured to perform instruction identification when receiving the second instruction data sent from the first evaluation terminal 101; when the second instruction data is identified as an idle bedside terminal inquiry instruction, in the first bedside terminal database 1023, marking all first bedside terminal allocation data for which the first user identification data is empty as first mark allocation data, marking first use period data of the first mark allocation data as first mark period data, and marking first bedside terminal data records containing the first mark allocation data as first mark records; sequentially extracting first mark records from a first bedside terminal database 1023 as current mark records, extracting first bedside terminal identification data of the current mark records as first idle bedside terminal identification data, extracting all first mark time period data of the current mark records as a plurality of first idle time period data, forming first idle bedside terminal records corresponding to the current mark records by the first idle bedside terminal identification data and the plurality of first idle time period data, and finally forming a first idle bedside terminal list by all the first idle bedside terminal records; and returns the first free bedside list to the first evaluation terminal 101; and performs instruction recognition on the third instruction data transmitted from the first evaluation terminal 101 when it is received; when the third instruction data is identified as an idle bedside terminal selection instruction, extracting first user identification data, first selection data and second selection data from the third instruction data; and in the first bedside terminal database 1023, marking the first bedside terminal data record matching the first bedside terminal identification data with the first selection data as a first selection record; in the first selection record, the first bedside terminal distribution data matched with the first using time period data and the second selection data is marked as first selection distribution data; setting first user identification data of the first selection allocation data as first user identification data; after the setting is successful, the first instruction status data is set as the selection success, and is sent to the first evaluation terminal 101.
