the data management and comparison processing unit selects a rating scale according to the condition of the patient and performs primary rating to obtain primary rating data;
the data management and comparison processing unit selects a rating scale according to the second physiological information data of the patient and carries out last rating to obtain a last rating score;
the data management and comparison processing unit compares the primary evaluation data with the last evaluation score to obtain evaluation improvement data;
the data management and comparison processing unit compares the clinical reference data with the evaluation improvement data, if the evaluation improvement data is larger than or equal to the clinical reference data, the patient rehabilitation evaluation recording unit is called to record that the rehabilitation therapy of the patient is effective, and if the evaluation improvement data is smaller than the clinical reference data, the patient rehabilitation evaluation recording unit is called to record that the rehabilitation therapy of the patient is ineffective.
3. The digital rehabilitation assessment system according to claim 1, wherein the data receiving module and the data output module transmit data by using WiFi wireless or/and ethernet or/and bluetooth or/and mobile communication network.
4. The digital rehabilitation assessment system of claim 1,
the user terminal and the rehabilitation evaluation system server adopt WiFi wireless or/and Ethernet or/and Bluetooth or/and a mobile communication network to transmit data;
the user terminal is a desktop computer or/and a notebook computer or/and mobile intelligent equipment.

The digital rehabilitation assessment system according to claim 1, wherein the rehabilitation assessment data comprises basic patient information or/and acquisition time of the first physiological information data or/and comparison conclusion of the second physiological information data with clinical reference data or/and graphic annotation of the rehabilitation assessment conclusion.
6. The digital rehabilitation assessment system of claim 1,
the user terminal responds to the user operation and sends an operation instruction to the rehabilitation evaluation system server;
the data management and comparison processing unit responds to an operation instruction sent by the user terminal and is connected with a printer to print the rehabilitation evaluation data;
the data management and comparison processing unit responds to an operation instruction sent by the user terminal, connects the Internet and sends the rehabilitation evaluation data to an electronic mail address designated by the operation instruction;
the data management and comparison processing unit responds to an operation instruction sent by the user terminal, is connected with the Internet and sends the rehabilitation evaluation data to the social network address specified by the operation instruction.

The digital rehabilitation assessment system according to claim 1, wherein the data management and comparison processing unit obtains the rehabilitation assistant treatment suggestion data and the attention data according to the rehabilitation assessment data, and stores the rehabilitation assistant treatment suggestion data and the attention data in the patient rehabilitation file database unit, and the patient accesses the patient rehabilitation file database unit through the user terminal to view the rehabilitation assistant treatment suggestion data and the attention data.
8. The digital rehabilitation assessment system according to claim 1, wherein the patient data acquisition module comprises a gait sensor or/and a grip strength sensor or/and a joint activity sensor or/and a digital camera motion capture sensor.
9. The digital rehabilitation assessment system of claim 1, further comprising a social networking element;
the data management and comparison processing unit merges the patient information with the similar rehabilitation assessment conclusion into the social network unit according to the rehabilitation assessment data and sends the patient information to the social network unit;
the social network element provides social services for the patients with similar rehabilitation assessment conclusions.
10. The digital rehabilitation assessment system according to claim 1, wherein the data management and comparison processing unit compares the rehabilitation assessment data with a preset value, and gives an alarm to a doctor to whom the patient belongs if the rehabilitation assessment data is out of a preset range.
