Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The online technology is the basis of the digital transformation in the chemical industry, the big data analysis is the most important technology in the digital transformation process in the petroleum and petrochemical industry, and the digital technology is mainly applied in the scenes of safe production, supply chain optimization and energy consumption optimization.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an abnormal order processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method is applied to an order processing server of a supply chain. The execution subject of the method may be a server having a computing function. As shown in fig. 1, the method mainly comprises the following steps:
step 110, order information is obtained.
The order information comprises cargo type information, cargo quantity information, consignee information, order issuing time information, required delivery time information and required carrier information. The cargo type information may be a category to which the cargo to be transported belongs, the cargo quantity information may be the number or weight of the cargo, the required delivery time information may be the time required for the delivery of the cargo, and the required vehicle information may be the vehicle required by the shipper.
Specifically, before obtaining the order information, the present application further includes: receiving a login request message sent by a user terminal; and verifying the login request message, and acquiring order information after the verification is passed.
The user terminal may be a user terminal on which the shipper logs in, including but not limited to a mobile phone, a desktop computer, and a tablet computer. The user can execute input operation on the user terminal, so that a user name and a password are input, the user terminal can send a login request message to the server after a login button is clicked, if the server verifies that the user is an authorized user, login is successful, if the user is an unauthorized user, a login failure prompt message is generated and sent to the user terminal, and after the user terminal displays the login failure prompt message, the user terminal can replace the user name and/or the password to log in again.
And step 120, judging whether the order information is abnormal order information.
Specifically, the abnormal order information may be determined according to the following steps.
In one example, whether the carrier confirms order receiving information exists within a preset time length can be determined according to order sending time information; and when the order receiving information is confirmed by the carrier, determining that the order information is abnormal order information.
For example, but not limited to, the preset time period may be 24 hours, if the order is received within 24 hours of order issuing, the order information may be determined to be normal order information, and if the order is not received after exceeding 24 hours, the order information may be determined to be abnormal order information.
In another example, it may be determined whether a consignee corresponding to the consignee information receives goods matching the goods type information and the goods quantity information according to the consignee information, the goods type information, and the goods quantity information, and when one or more of the goods type information and the goods quantity information do not match, the order information is determined to be abnormal order information.
One of the consignee information, the cargo type information and the cargo quantity information is not corresponding to the other, and the order information can be determined to be abnormal order information. For example, the order information may be determined to be abnormal order information if the receiver required in the order information is a, but the final receiver is B, or the goods type is C, the final goods type is D, or the goods quantity is E, and the final goods quantity is F. It should be noted that, in the consignee information mismatch, if the B consignee is the consignee specified by the a consignee, the order information may be regarded as non-abnormal order information, i.e., normal order information.
In yet another example, the delivery time information of the current good and the required delivery time information may be compared, and when the delivery time information of the current good and the required delivery time do not match, the order information may be determined to be abnormal order information.
When the required delivery time is x days, x hours and x minutes before, if the delivery time information of the goods is x days, x hours and x minutes after, the goods can be determined as abnormal order information. The required delivery time may be a specific time or a time period, which is not limited in the present application.
In yet another example, the vehicle information of the current cargo may be compared with the required vehicle information, and when the vehicle information of the current cargo and the required vehicle information do not match, the order information may be determined to be abnormal order information.
For example, if the drug carrier information of the cargo is a vehicle, but the current carrier of the cargo is a ship, it can be determined that the order is abnormal order information.
And step 130, when the order information is abnormal order information, determining the type information of the abnormal order information.
Wherein, for the abnormal order information, further processing can be performed to determine the type of the abnormal order information.
Specifically, an abnormal order database may be preset, in which abnormal orders are already classified, for example, the abnormal orders may be classified into abnormal orders that need to be re-assigned and abnormal orders that do not need to be re-assigned, and under each type, there are multiple standards of abnormal order information, so that the abnormal order information of the present application corresponds to the standards, and thus, which type of abnormal order the abnormal order is.
Specifically, in one example, when there is no carrier confirmation order taking information, it is determined that the abnormal order information is the first type of abnormal order information; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
when one or more of the goods type information and the goods quantity information do not match, determining that the abnormal order information is first abnormal order information.
In another example, when the delivery time information of the current goods and the required delivery time do not match, determining the abnormal order information as second abnormal order information; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and when the current cargo carrier information does not match the required carrier information, determining the abnormal order information as second abnormal order information.
And 140, performing corresponding processing according to the type information of the abnormal order information.
In the application, a corresponding processing method is provided for each type of abnormal order information.
In one example, when the abnormal order information is the first abnormal order information, the order information is re-dispatched.
For the first abnormal order information, a processing method corresponding to the first abnormal order information may be queried, so as to perform processing according to a preset processing method, such as re-dispatching orders.
In another example, the to-be-paid order information is generated according to the abnormal order type information. And when the abnormal order information is the second abnormal order information, determining a punishment coefficient of the carrier, and calculating the transportation amount of the time according to the punishment coefficient so as to generate the order to be paid.
For the second abnormal order information, a processing method corresponding to the second abnormal order information may be queried, for example, a penalty coefficient of the carrier, for example, 0.1, is determined, so that the penalty for the carrier is subtracted from the estimated transportation amount to obtain the amount to be paid. The penalty coefficient of the carrier may be set according to actual experience, and the specific value is not limited in the present application.
According to the abnormal order processing method, after the abnormal order information is judged, the type of the abnormal order information can be determined, so that corresponding operations such as re-dispatching orders or continuously completing transportation can be performed according to the type of the abnormal order, different processing for different abnormal orders is achieved, and user experience on a supply chain is improved.
