Description

Control method, device and system for automatic slow turning of large diesel engine
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of diesel engines, and particularly relates to a control method, device and system for automatic slow turning of a large diesel engine.
Background
When a large diesel engine is started for the first time in a day (a two-stroke diesel engine is usually stopped for 30 min), the indicator valve is usually required to be opened and the diesel engine is required to be slowly rotated so as to enable lubricating oil to enter a friction surface, confirm whether water enters a combustion chamber or not (such as water leakage from a cylinder cover to the combustion chamber), and check the flexibility of a moving part of a main engine and the state of a starting system.
The existing marine two-stroke diesel engine can be independently provided with a slow-turning starting system which is controlled by a pneumatic electromagnetic valve, a main starting valve is provided with a slow-turning valve, the main starting valve is closed when the marine two-stroke diesel engine is started, starting air enters a cylinder cover starting valve through a slow-turning valve bypass, and slow turning of the marine diesel engine is realized.
The marine four-stroke diesel engine generally adopts a manual slow turning mode, which comprises the following steps: manually opening all cylinder cover indicator valves; manually turning on an electric lubricating oil pump or a standby pump to lubricate the diesel engine; pressing down an emergency stop button to prevent fuel oil from being sprayed into the cylinder during slow rotation; manually activating an emergency starting valve of a starting system, slowly rotating the diesel engine, releasing the emergency starting valve, and stopping slowly rotating; closing the indicator valve; the emergency stop settings are reset.
The manual slow turning mode not only consumes time and manpower, but also has complex steps, easily omits the steps, and causes damage to the diesel engine and even safety accidents.
