本发明涉及建材装修技术领域,具体的涉及一种防火玻璃纤维装饰毡及其制备方法。
背景技术
装饰建材的防火原理不仅在于燃烧时其可以吸收大部分热源热量,同时也要求材料在受到火的燃烧作用时,尽可能长时间的保持整体结构的完整性。现如今市场普通合成纤维薄毡及高分子防火材料遇明火燃烧时会释放可燃气体和其他有毒气体,且当其内的结晶水蒸发完后,毡就变酥变脆,最终破裂,使火焰穿透毡面,对建筑结构失去保护作用,限制了其应用。本发明中防火玻璃纤维装饰毡所用的面层材料是玻璃纤维,在干燥固化过程中,随着玻纤薄毡中水分的蒸发,粘结剂逐步渗透到面层,并与玻璃纤维牢固的粘合在一起。干燥后的薄毡遇火后,玻璃纤维本身具有一定的阻燃性,且玻纤薄毡内的粘结剂被燃烧炭化后阻燃,使薄毡中的纤维部分仍牢固地结合为整体,支撑着薄毡使其不被破坏。

本发明提供一种防火玻璃纤维装饰毡及其制备方法,将玻璃纤维和树脂的特性有机结合起来,具有防火、强度高、防腐性能好等优点。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种防火玻璃纤维装饰毡,其特征在于:按质量分数计其是由以下组分制成:无碱玻璃纤维短切纱33-80和粘结剂20-67,所述的玻璃纤维短切纱制成浆料后平铺到网袋上,所述的粘接剂浸淋在脱水后的浆料上。
进一步:所述的无碱玻璃纤维短切纱的长度为6-18mm、直径为8-15μm。
又进一步:所述的粘结剂为丙烯酸粘结剂、环氧粘结剂、聚酯粘结剂、聚乙酸乙烯酯粘结剂中的一种。
本发明还提供了一种防火玻璃纤维装饰毡的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:配白水:将一定量的自来水、增稠剂、表面活性剂以及消泡剂分别添加到搅拌罐内,通过搅拌罐内的搅拌机构进行混合形成白水;
S2:配制浆料:将玻璃纤维短切纱均匀分散到白水中形成浆料;
S3:湿毡坯成型:将步骤S2制得的浆料平铺在成型网上,使其在成型网上纤维成型制得湿毡坯,并对其进行脱水处理;
S4:浸淋粘结剂:把湿毡坯从成型网上转移到施胶机的施胶网上,通过施胶器在湿毡坯上均匀地浸淋粘结剂得到玻纤毡坯;
S5:干燥固化:浸淋后的玻纤毡坯被送入干燥固化炉中,进行干燥固化粘结剂,得到固化成品;
S6:收卷成品:固化成品由双工位自动卷取机上卷成定长的筒状,并通过切边装置对其进行切边,即得成品。
进一步:所述的步骤S1:配制浆料:是由以下步骤所组成:
A1:先在搅拌机中放入离子水,然后加入羟乙基纤维素,使水的粘度为9-20cp,再加入分散剂和消泡剂,分散剂含量为400-800ppm,消泡剂的含量为400-800ppm,其中分散剂是烷基二甲基苄基铵盐型,消泡剂是聚二甲基硅氧烷;
A2:然后将玻璃纤维短切纱加入搅拌机中搅拌分散30-120min,玻璃纤维短切纱投料量与搅拌机中离子水的重量比为1:3-1:10。
又进一步:所述的步骤S2中的浆料用白水进行稀释,再由喂料泵经白水过滤脱水器进入成型机流浆箱后,在成型网上纤维成型制得湿毡坯。

本发明提供了一种防火玻璃纤维装饰毡,按质量分数计其是由以下组分制成:无碱玻璃纤维短切纱33-80和粘结剂20-67,所述的玻璃纤维短切纱制成浆料后平铺到网袋上,所述的粘接剂浸淋在脱水后的浆料上。
上述的无碱玻璃纤维短切纱的长度为6-18mm、直径为8-15μm,上述的粘结剂为丙烯酸粘结剂、环氧粘结剂、聚酯粘结剂、聚乙酸乙烯酯粘结剂中的一种。
本发明还提供了一种防火玻璃纤维装饰毡的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:配白水:将一定量的自来水、增稠剂、表面活性剂以及消泡剂分别添加到搅拌罐内,通过搅拌罐内的搅拌机构进行混合形成白水;
S2:配制浆料:将玻璃纤维短切纱均匀分散到白水中形成浆料;

1.一种防火玻璃纤维装饰毡,其特征在于:按质量分数计其是由以下组分制成:无碱玻璃纤维短切纱33-80和粘结剂20-67,所述的玻璃纤维短切纱制成浆料后平铺到网袋上,所述的粘接剂浸淋在脱水后的浆料上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火玻璃纤维装饰毡,其特征在于:所述的无碱玻璃纤维短切纱的长度为6-18mm、直径为8-15μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火玻璃纤维装饰毡,其特征在于:所述的粘结剂为丙烯酸粘结剂、环氧粘结剂、聚酯粘结剂、聚乙酸乙烯酯粘结剂中的一种。
4.一种防火玻璃纤维装饰毡的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:配白水:将一定量的自来水、增稠剂、表面活性剂以及消泡剂分别添加到搅拌罐内,通过搅拌罐内的搅拌机构进行混合形成白水;
S2:配制浆料:将玻璃纤维短切纱均匀分散到白水中形成浆料;
S3:湿毡坯成型:将步骤S2制得的浆料平铺在成型网上,使其在成型网上纤维成型制得湿毡坯,并对其进行脱水处理;
S4:浸淋粘结剂:把湿毡坯从成型网上转移到施胶机的施胶网上,通过施胶器在湿毡坯上均匀地浸淋粘结剂得到玻纤毡坯;
S5:干燥固化:浸淋后的玻纤毡坯被送入干燥固化炉中,进行干燥固化粘结剂,得到固化成品;
S6:收卷成品:固化成品由双工位自动卷取机上卷成定长的筒状,并通过切边装置对其进行切边,即得成品。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种防火玻璃纤维装饰毡的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤S1:配制浆料:是由以下步骤所组成:
A1:先在搅拌机中放入离子水,然后加入羟乙基纤维素,使水的粘度为9-20cp,再加入分散剂和消泡剂,分散剂含量为400-800ppm,消泡剂的含量为400-800ppm,其中分散剂是烷基二甲基苄基铵盐型,消泡剂是聚二甲基硅氧烷;
A2:然后将玻璃纤维短切纱加入搅拌机中搅拌分散30-120min,玻璃纤维短切纱投料量与搅拌机中离子水的重量比为1:3-1:10。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种防火玻璃纤维装饰毡的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤S2中的浆料用白水进行稀释,再由喂料泵经白水过滤脱水器进入成型机流浆箱后,在成型网上纤维成型制得湿毡坯。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种防火玻璃纤维装饰毡的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤S6中进行切边的切边装置包括左支撑板(1)、右支撑板(2)、传送带(4)、U型切边导料罩(8),所述的左支撑板与右支撑板相对放置,所述的传送带位于左支撑板与右支撑板之间并分别套装在主动输送轮和从动输送轮上,所述的主动输送轮和从动输送轮又分别套装在一根转动轴(3)上,所述的转动轴转动连接在左支撑板与右支撑板之间,其中套装有主动输送轮的转动轴的一端与固定在右支撑板上的第一伺服电机相连,所述的U型切边导料罩设置有两个,两个U型切边导料罩分别通过位置调节机构与左支撑板和右支撑板相连,所述的U型切边导料罩倒置在传送带上并且其的前端固定有裁切刀(6)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种防火玻璃纤维装饰毡的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的位置调节机构包括电动缸(11)、安装座(15)、螺杆(12)和调节螺母,所述的左支撑板和右支撑板相对的一面上各竖直固定有一根螺杆,所述的螺杆穿过安装座,所述的安装座上下两侧的螺杆上各连接有一个调节螺母,所述的安装座通过上下两侧的调节螺母固定在螺杆上,所述的电动缸固定在安装座上,电动缸的出轴端与U型切边导料罩相连。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种防火玻璃纤维装饰毡的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的U型切边导料罩的后端伸出传送带,伸出传送带的U型切边导料罩一端的正下方设置有一个集料罩(10),所述的集料罩通过平移机构活动连接在左支撑板与右支撑板之间。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种防火玻璃纤维装饰毡的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的平移机构包括第二伺服电机(13)、丝杠(9)和活灵,所述的丝杠(9)转动连接在左支撑板与右支撑板之间并且其的一端与固定在右支撑板上的第二伺服电机相连,所述的集料罩通过活灵连接在丝杠上,所述的丝杠上连接有两个集料罩。
