The invention provides hydrophilic oil special for centrifugal pumps in outdoor and humid areas, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: the base oil comprises base oil and additives, wherein the addition amount of the additives is 3.075-6.52% of the base oil, and the base oil at least comprises three components: 75-85% of polyether, 10-15% of polyester, alcohol: 5% -10%, the additive comprises at least five components: 0.2 to 1 percent of ashless type anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-oxidation multifunctional additive, 2 to 5 percent of HLB value regulator, 0.02 to 0.8 percent of high anti-rust additive, 0.005 to 0.02 percent of high water-resistant composite anti-foaming agent and 0.05 to 0.5 percent of multifunctional anti-corrosion additive. The product of the invention can still well protect equipment under the condition of entering moisture, so that the equipment can maintain good lubrication and still normally run.

The polyether can adopt No. 50 polyether, the polyether is a polymer with hydroxyl as a terminal group, and the viscosity at 40 ℃ is 50cst.
The polyester is an ester-based olefin copolymer, so that the polyester has the comprehensive performance of IV-type and V-type base oil, and the unique characteristic ensures that the polyester has excellent solubility to additives, can greatly reduce abrasion, prevents foam from forming and can form a hard and durable lubricating film in various materials; preferred polyester No. 30: v40=332mm2/s, VI =159, flash point =290 ℃, pour point-40 ℃, acid number =0.02mgKOH/g;
the alcohol is glycol or polyglycol alcohol, preferably terylene grade glycol;
the HLB value regulator is used for regulating the HLB value of the final product so as to well disperse the water in the product.
A high-water-resistance composite anti-foaming agent is a No. 4 composite anti-foaming agent, and is formed by compounding a high-performance water-resistance organosilicon type anti-foaming agent and a three-dimensional synthetic hydrocarbon anti-foaming agent, so that the problems that a common lubricating oil anti-foaming agent is poor in water resistance, and is quickly inactivated, rapidly increased in foam and incapable of being inhibited in the presence of water are solved.
The method for preparing the hydrophilic oil special for the centrifugal pump in the outdoor and humid areas comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding polyether, polyester and alcohol into a reaction kettle, heating to 45-65 ℃, and stirring for 8-10 minutes;
(2) Sequentially adding an ashless anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-oxidation multifunctional additive, an HLB (hydrophile-lipophile balance) value regulator, a high anti-rust additive, a high water-resistance composite anti-foaming agent and a multifunctional anti-corrosion additive, stirring at the constant temperature of 60-70 ℃ for 60 minutes, and filtering by a filter bag of 1 mu m to obtain a finished product.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has the advantages of excellent water dispersibility, anti-bubble retention, high wear resistance, high rust resistance under the condition of moisture, excellent low-temperature performance, excellent oxidation resistance, excellent temperature control performance, long service cycle and long water-resistant decay time.

From the two tables, the hydrophilic oil special for the centrifugal pump in the outdoor and humid areas has little influence on the anti-foaming performance of the hydrophilic oil special for the centrifugal pump, has larger influence on anti-grinding hydraulic oil, greatly reduces the foaming tendency and the defoaming capability, can not form an effective lubricating film in the running process of the pump due to the existence of foam, can cause the oil to overflow from a mail box, and can damage the equipment of the centrifugal pump.
The hydrophilic oil special for the centrifugal pump in the outdoor and humid areas has small influence on the abrasion resistance, has larger influence on the anti-abrasion hydraulic oil, increases the diameter of the abrasion spot by times, greatly reduces the abrasion resistance, and can not effectively protect the bearing of the centrifugal pump, so that the equipment is abraded.
The invention has excellent low-temperature performance, excellent oxidation resistance, excellent temperature control performance, excellent water dispersibility, anti-bubble retentivity, high wear resistance retentivity, high rust resistance under the condition of moisture, high wear resistance retentivity and anti-bubble retentivity, so that the water-resistant pump has long water-resistant decay time and long service life and can meet the special requirements of the centrifugal pump in an outdoor or humid place.
