Description

Synthetic environment-friendly refrigerator oil
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of special lubricating oil for synthetic environment-friendly refrigeration type compression devices, in particular to synthetic environment-friendly refrigerator oil for a refrigerator compression device using environment-friendly refrigerants (such as HFC).
Background
In recent years, continuous development of intelligent household appliances is driven by continuous updating of internet technology, household appliances such as air conditioners and refrigerators gradually develop towards intellectualization and light weight, the market continuously tests innovation of household appliance fields in China and simultaneously provides challenges for development of refrigeration type compression devices in China, and the refrigeration industry faces phenomena such as energy conservation, emission reduction and refrigerant replacement while the social subjects such as energy conservation and environmental protection are continuously deepened in China.
With the continual renewal of environmental regulations, refrigerant migration has also gone through multiple stages. The initial fluorochlorohydrocarbon and fluorochlorohydrocarbon refrigerant is widely used in refrigeration industry because of its excellent chemical stability, low toxicity, no combustion and other features. However, research in 1974 of professor rowland in the united states shows that the chlorofluorocarbon refrigerant is not easily decomposed in the air after being leaked in the use process, is easily enriched in the atmosphere, and can decompose chlorine radicals under the action of ultraviolet rays when entering an atmosphere stratosphere to damage an ozone layer, thereby causing irreversible loss to the environment and human health. The Montreal conference signed the Montreal agreement on ozone depleting substances in 1987, after which the law on chlorofluorocarbons was strengthened through several modifications, which made it clear that chlorofluorocarbons and hydrochlorofluorocarbons were completely eliminated in principle in 2020. China, which synthesizes domestic industrial situation and international environmental protection laws, approves national scheme for gradually eliminating ozone layer depletion substances in China in 1999, makes clear regulations for various enterprises in the refrigeration industry, and relates to industries comprising: industrial and commercial refrigeration industry, household appliance industry, automobile air conditioning industry and the like. With the international elimination of chlorofluorocarbon and hydrochlorofluorocarbon refrigerants, chlorine-free hydrofluorocarbons have attracted attention, and mixed refrigerants comprising 2-3 types of hydrofluorocarbons, such as R134a and R410a, have been developed through continued research and practice.
The gradual popularization of the environment-friendly refrigerant brings about the adjustment of refrigeration equipment and the technical innovation of the refrigerator oil. The traditional mineral refrigerator oil shows insolubility when facing a new green environment-friendly refrigerant, in view of the difference of a refrigeration compressor and a common compressor, the refrigerator oil has better intersolubility with the refrigerant, and is sprayed to a lubricating point together with the refrigerant in the using process for lubrication. The current international synthetic environment-friendly refrigerator oil mainly comprises two categories: AG (polyethers) and OE (polyol ester), the production companies of which mainly include Fuchs, Mobil, Carstrol, etc.
In order to adapt to continuous replacement of international refrigerants and industrial development of refrigeration compression equipment, research and development work for synthesizing environment-friendly refrigerating machine oil is started by various lubricating oil research and production manufacturers in China, in order to standardize the market of refrigerating machine oil in China, the national standard GB/T16630-.
At present, the high-performance synthetic environment-friendly refrigerator oil still mainly depends on import, and monopolizes the domestic high-end synthetic environment-friendly refrigerator oil market. The domestic market is mainly occupied by two manufacturers of great wall and Kunlun for a long time, for domestic small and medium-sized related enterprises of refrigeration, the selection surface for synthesizing the environment-friendly refrigerator oil is relatively narrow, similar products are high, and the sustainable development of the refrigeration industry of China and the development of related lubricating oil enterprises are not facilitated, so that the development of the synthesized environment-friendly refrigerator oil which has the advantages of good compatibility with the environment-friendly refrigerant, good low-temperature lubricity, good chemical stability and long service life is particularly necessary.
The refrigerating machine oil has the functions of lubrication, sealing, rust prevention, heat removal and the like in the refrigerating compressor device, lubricates a bearing, a compressor main body and a control system respectively, and is mixed with a refrigerant. In the actual use process, the refrigerating machine oil can work under the conditions that the refrigerating machine oil is in direct contact with a refrigerant, a small amount of the refrigerating machine oil can be substituted into a refrigerating pipeline to participate in a refrigerating cycle, is in contact with organic materials such as a motor sealing ring and the like, and is extremely low in temperature. Therefore, the development of the novel synthetic refrigerator oil should have the following performance indexes:
(1) viscosity and viscosity-temperature characteristics: the proper viscosity can ensure that the compressor always keeps a lubricating state in work, reduce abrasion and reduce energy consumption. The viscosity is too low, and the proper oil film thickness is difficult to form; too high a viscosity will increase the kinetic energy loss of the equipment. The lubricating oil has good viscosity-temperature performance, can still maintain proper viscosity under the condition of large temperature difference, and ensures good lubricity and fluidity.
(2) Thermochemical stability: when the refrigerator oil and the refrigerant coexist, a certain chemical reaction can be generated under the high-temperature condition and the metal catalysis effect to generate products such as acid, oil sludge and the like, so that the service life and the refrigeration efficiency of the oil product are influenced, and the system blockage, the material damage and the like can be caused in serious cases. The good thermochemical stability can prolong the service life of oil products, reduce the energy loss of equipment in the operation process, improve the refrigeration efficiency, reduce the cleaning times of the equipment and the like.
(3) Low temperature performance: the refrigerating machine oil is mixed with the refrigerant, part of the refrigerant even participates in the refrigerating cycle, and under the low-temperature condition, the oil product is required to have good low-temperature fluidity, so that the lubricating effect on equipment is ensured.
(4) Moisture content: the water content of the refrigerator oil is extremely strict. Because the environment temperature of the working of the refrigerating machine oil is low, the ice plug phenomenon or the flocculate of oil products can be generated in the throttling device due to the existence of a small amount of moisture, and the use of the product is influenced.
(5) Long-life work: the excellent performance of the synthetic environment-friendly refrigerator oil reduces the problems caused by the quality of oil products in the using process, greatly prolongs the service life and reduces the loss caused by oil change and the like.
(6) Energy conservation and consumption reduction: the improvement of the refrigerator oil is continuously carried out, and the development is towards energy conservation and environmental protection.
Therefore, the research and development of synthetic environment-friendly refrigerating machine oil with better thermochemical stability, longer service life and excellent low-temperature performance are urgently needed to overcome the defects of the existing mineral refrigerating machine oil and meet the requirements of the development of refrigerating compressor equipment in the refrigeration industry.
