(2) preparation of the R component: and (2) putting the amine chain extender, the hydroxyl-terminated polyether B and the environment-friendly plasticizer B into a dispersion kettle according to the parts by weight, dispersing the components uniformly, and storing the components for later use, wherein the dispersion rotating speed is 400-600r/min, and the dispersion time is 40-60 min.
