After the electrical equipment is installed, the electrical equipment is lifted to the flat car and fixed by using a crane in the base, the electrical equipment is transported to a base wharf, the tower is lifted to a special transport ship by using a crane on the wharf, the installation position is determined according to the installation position of the offshore complete machine of the wind turbine, the orientation of a tower door is ensured to be correct, and then the electrical equipment slowly falls to be in place correctly. And (5) installing the bolts, the gaskets and the nuts which are placed in advance, and fastening the high-strength bolts according to requirements. (2) Installing an upper hanging bracket: checking to confirm that the orientation of the tower door is correct, hoisting the upper hanging bracket to the lower tower cylinder by the wharf crane, and slowly dropping to be correctly positioned. Then a technical bolt is penetrated and tightened according to the technical requirement of a high-strength bolt. (3) Installing a middle tower cylinder: the middle tower drum is lifted to a flat trolley by a crane in the base, the flat trolley is transported to the front edge of a wharf, the main crane of the wharf crane is used, the truck crane assists in turning the flat trolley over and erecting the flat trolley, and then the flat trolley is lifted to the upper part of the lower tower drum by the wharf crane and installed. (4) And (3) mounting a balance beam and a steel wire rope: the balance beam is preassembled, then lifted to the upper side of the derrick by using a wharf crane and fixedly connected with a connecting point on the derrick. 4 main hoisting steel wire ropes are hoisted to a rest frame of the balance beam, and hoisting rings below the steel wire ropes are connected with lifting lugs on an upper hoisting frame through shackles. (5) Installing an upper tower drum: and (4) installing according to the steps of the tower drum.
The fans are transported by a special transportation barge to complete machine transportation, 2 fans are equipped for transportation barge in total, and two fans are transported at each voyage. The fan transportation barge deck is provided with a pier seat, a derrick structure and a balance beam for supporting the fan. The derrick is totally 4, and a fan is fixed by 2 derricks and arranged on the left side and the right side of the fan. The lower end of the derrick is connected with a base on a hull deck in a welding manner. The top of the derrick is provided with a platform on which a lower base seat connected with a balance beam structure is arranged. The transport barge is provided with 2 balance beams, and 1 balance beam is respectively arranged at the front and the rear. The balance beam is in a steel structure form. The balance beam is connected with the fan tower cylinder by 4 groups of hoop connectors. The two ends of the balance beam are provided with an upper seat connected with the derrick, and the upper seat and the lower seat are connected by a conical bolt.
The balance beam capable of being opened and closed at one side is mainly used for mounting a middle tower barrel. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a balance beam capable of being opened and closed at one side according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first body 1, a second body 2, a first opening and closing portion 3 installed on the first body 1, and a second opening and closing portion 4 installed on the second body 2, wherein the first body 1 and the first opening and closing portion 3 are inserted from one side of a tower 7, the second body 2 and the second opening and closing portion 4 are inserted from the other side of the tower 7, and the first opening and closing portion 3 and the second opening and closing portion 4 are fixed by a clamping portion.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, it is preferable that the first body 1 is connected to the first opening/closing portion 3 and supports the opening and closing locking action of the first opening/closing portion 3; the second body 2 is connected with the second opening and closing part 4 and supports the opening and closing locking actions of the second opening and closing part 4.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, preferably, the first opening and closing portion 3 includes a first turning structure and a first power member, the first power member provides power for opening and closing the first turning structure, and the first turning structure and the first power member are mounted on the first body 1; the second opening and closing part 4 comprises a second turning structure and a second power component, the second power component provides opening and closing power for the second turning structure, and the second turning structure and the second power component are installed on the second body 2.
In this embodiment, the first flip structure and the second flip structure open or close simultaneously.
The clamping part comprises a first clamping part 5 and a second clamping part 6, the first clamping part 5 is installed on the first body 1, the second clamping part 6 is installed on the second body 2, and the first clamping part 5 is connected with the second clamping part 6 so as to realize the relative fixation of the first opening and closing part 3 and the second opening and closing part 4.
The first body 1 is adjacent to the first clamping part 5 and can support the clamping action of the first clamping part 5; the second body 2 is adjacent to the second clamping portion 6 and can support the clamping action of the second clamping portion 6.
In this embodiment, the first grip portion 5 comprises a first shoe plate and a first power member, both of which are connected to the first body 1; the second clamping part 6 comprises a second shoe plate and a second power piece, and the second shoe plate and the second power piece are both connected with the second body 2; the first boot plate moves towards the second boot plate under the driving of the first power piece, the second boot plate moves towards the first boot plate under the driving of the second power piece, and the first boot plate is in contact with and fixedly connected with the second boot plate.
In practical application, the tower 7 is located between the first shoe plate and the second shoe plate, and the first shoe plate and the second shoe plate are fixedly connected with the tower 7 at the same time.
The balance beam capable of being opened and closed at one side of the embodiment of the invention realizes that the one side can be opened and closed, and the balance beam can be sleeved from the side without being sleeved into the tower tube 7 from the top of the tower tube 7. After the integral hoisting of the fan is completed, the balance beam does not need to descend to the top of the upper hoisting frame from the high altitude, but the opening and closing part is directly opened in the air, so that the balance beam is separated from the tower 7 from the side surface, the paint coating of the tower 7 is prevented from being scraped by the balance beam, the time for disassembling and assembling the balance beam is reduced, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and the operation safety is also improved.
It should be noted that the balance beam capable of being opened and closed on one side in the embodiment of the present invention further includes a controller, the first clamping portion 5 and the second clamping portion 6 are both provided with sensors, and the controller and the sensors transmit data to realize monitoring of the clamping force and the clamping state.
