The vibrating groove type conveyor comprises a conveying groove, a cover body arranged above the conveying groove and a polarization motor; a material inlet (1) and a material outlet (7) are respectively arranged at two ends of the conveying groove; more than one spray head (3) is arranged at the top in the cover body; the polarization motor is used for enabling the materials to form eddy currents perpendicular to the conveying direction in the conveying groove. The vibrating trough conveyor and the catalyst particle treatment method have the advantages of simplicity, easiness in implementation and low loss.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of catalyst preparation, in particular to a vibration groove type conveyor, a treatment method of catalyst particles and application of the treatment method.
Background
The water content of the solid particles after high-temperature roasting is generally below 5 percent, and if the subsequent treatment process involving the aqueous solution is carried out, a pre-wetting measure is needed to be adopted, so that the solid particles firstly and gently absorb part of water, the water content is increased to be above 20 percent, and the particles can be prevented from directly entering water and being exploded due to over violent heat release.
The pre-wetting method adopted in the past is to uniformly put quantitative solid particles into circulating water, and the heat released by water absorption is taken away by the circulating water. However, this method is relatively complicated and requires control of the feeding speed; at the same time, a small part of the particles will be cracked, resulting in loss. Another method is to stand still for moisture absorption, tray the solid particles, and place in a closed humid cabin for more than 20 hours. During the period, the moisture absorption is uniform, and manual material turning is needed. The method has the disadvantages of high labor intensity, and certain loss due to the problems of throwing and dust raising on site during tray loading and material dumping. In addition, there are methods of placing solid particles in a rotating apparatus (e.g., a sugar-coating pan, a tumbler, etc.) while rotating and spraying water. Due to the continuous rotation, the solid particles and the wall of the container rub against each other, and about 15% of the loss is caused.
CN208300916U discloses an aquatic products fodder granulation machine with humidification function, adopts extrusion mechanism, in transportation process, sprays water to the fodder granule, carries out the humidification. This method causes some attrition of the particles. CN109420535A discloses a grain humidifying device and a grain humidifying method, which still adopt a screw pushing mechanism to spray and humidify in the conveying process. The propeller blade can cause the abrasion of the materials due to the extrusion effect in the process of pushing the materials.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of large material loss, complicated process, high labor intensity, poor operation environment and the like in the prior art, and provides a vibrating trough conveyor and a catalyst particle processing method.
In order to achieve the above object, an aspect of the present invention provides a vibrating trough conveyor, including a conveying trough, a cover disposed above the conveying trough, and a polarization motor; wherein, both ends of the conveying groove are respectively provided with a material inlet and a material outlet; more than one spray head is arranged at the top in the cover body; the polarization motor is used for enabling the materials to form eddy currents perpendicular to the conveying direction in the conveying groove.
Preferably, the vibrating trough conveyor further comprises a support spring, and the conveying trough is connected with the conveyor base through the support spring.
Preferably, the polarization motor is disposed below the conveying trough.
Preferably, the material outlet end of the conveying trough is provided with an adjustable weir plate.
Preferably, the spray head is a high pressure spray head and/or a two fluid spray head.
Preferably, the top of the cover body is provided with a vent hole for exhausting water vapor inside the cover body.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for treating catalyst particles, wherein the vibrating trough conveyor of the present invention is used for conveying the catalyst particles, and the catalyst particles are pre-wetted or impregnated by using a spray head while being conveyed.
Preferably, the bed thickness of the catalyst particles is from 5 to 40cm, preferably from 20 to 35cm, more preferably from 25 to 32 cm.
Preferably, the residence time of the catalyst particles is from 30 to 90 min.
Preferably, the attrition rate of the treated catalyst particles is 0.3 wt% or less.
A third aspect of the present invention provides the use of a vibrating trough conveyor according to the invention as described above for the pre-wetting of particulate material.
Through the technical scheme, the vibration groove type conveyor and the catalyst particle treatment method are simple and easy to operate, and the vibration eddy current is formed through the vibration groove type conveying equipment, so that the conveying and the pre-wetting of materials can be realized simultaneously; the treatment process is closed, the operation is automatic and continuous, the discharged water vapor is pumped away by the air suction cover, and the operation environment is clean and tidy. Because the vibration conveying adopts the micro-throwing principle, namely a certain exciting force is generated by the polarization motor (6), the material overcomes the self gravity and moves forward in a vortex state towards the preset direction. The conveying process is mild, the materials are not extruded, and the loss is very low. With the device of the invention, water or impregnation solution can be sprayed, so that the device can be used for pre-wetting or impregnation processes of materials.

In the present invention, the use of directional terms such as "upper, lower, left, right" generally means the corresponding directions in the drawings, unless otherwise specified.
The invention provides a vibration groove type conveyor, as shown in fig. 1, the vibration groove type conveyor comprises a conveying groove, a cover body arranged above the conveying groove, and a polarization motor 6; wherein, both ends of the conveying groove are respectively provided with a material inlet and a material outlet; more than one spray head is arranged at the top in the cover body; the polarizing motor 6 is used to form a vortex of the material in the trough perpendicular to the conveying direction.
In the invention, the spray head 3 is used for spraying water, impregnation liquid and other spray liquid, so that the materials can be uniformly mixed with the spray liquid by utilizing the vibration of the materials in the process of conveying the materials by the vibration groove type conveyor, and the spraying and conveying processes can be simultaneously completed.
According to the invention, the vibrating trough conveyor preferably also comprises support springs 5, the conveyor trough being connected to the conveyor base by means of the support springs 5.
In the present invention, the conveying chute of the vibrating chute conveyor, the polarization motor 6, and the support spring 5 may be provided according to a conventional vibrating chute conveyor, and are not particularly limited. The polarization motor 6 is used for providing power for conveying materials, and preferably, the polarization motor 6 is arranged below the conveying trough. For example, two polarizing motors 6 may be fixed to both sides below the conveying trough and symmetrically arranged with respect to the conveying direction of the conveying trough.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the material outlet 7 end of the trough is provided with an adjustable weir plate 4. By arranging the adjustable weir plate 4, the thickness and the residence time of the material layer in the conveying trough can be controlled as required.
According to the present invention, the spray head 3 is not particularly limited as long as it can uniformly atomize the spray liquid. The number of the spray heads 3 can be set according to the length of the conveying trough, and can be more than 2, for example, 3-8, 5-6, etc. In particular, the spray head 3 may be a high-pressure spray head, a two-fluid spray head or other type of spray head.
According to the invention, by arranging the cover body, the conveying groove is formed in a closed form, and the inner part of the conveying groove is a cavity, so that the cleaning is convenient. Also, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the top of the cover is provided with a gas discharge hole 2, and the gas discharge hole 2 is used to discharge moisture generated inside the cover due to spraying. The air vent 2 can be arranged at one end of the material outlet 7 and/or one end of the material inlet 1 on the cover body, and can be matched with an air pump to exhaust moisture.
The second aspect of the present invention provides a method for treating catalyst particles, which uses the above-mentioned vibrating trough conveyor of the present invention to transport the catalyst particles while pre-wetting or impregnating the catalyst particles with the spray heads 3.
In the process of conveying by using the vibrating trough conveyor, the spray liquid such as water or impregnating liquid is sprayed by the spray head 3, so that the materials and the spray liquid can be uniformly mixed by using the material vibration generated in the conveying process of the vibrating trough conveyor, and the purposes of simultaneously conveying the materials and pre-wetting/impregnating the materials are achieved. As the impregnation liquid, an active component solution required in the impregnation of the catalyst, for example, an active component solution containing a metal, whose composition and concentration are set as required, may be used as required.
According to the invention, the catalyst particles preferably have an initial water content of from 1 to 8% by weight, preferably from 2 to 4% by weight. The spraying speed of the spraying liquid is preferably 100-200L/h, and more preferably 120-150L/h.
In order to improve the mixing effect of the material and the spray liquid, the thickness of the material layer of the catalyst particles is preferably 5-40cm, preferably 20-35cm, more preferably 25-32cm, even more preferably 25-30cm, and even more preferably 28-30 cm.
In order to further improve the mixing effect of the material and the spray liquid, the residence time of the catalyst particles is preferably 30-90min, more preferably 45-60 min.
The method for treating the catalyst particles can reduce the loss of the catalyst particles in the pre-wetting/impregnating process to the maximum extent, and particularly, the loss rate of the treated catalyst particles is less than 0.3 weight percent, preferably 0 to 0.2 weight percent; the treatment capacity can reach more than 440 kg/h; the water content after pre-wetting is up to 15 wt% or more, preferably 20-30 wt%. The method realizes automatic, continuous and stable production, has small loss and normal product quality, and can meet the process requirements.
A third aspect of the present invention provides the use of a vibrating trough conveyor according to the invention as described above for the pre-wetting of particulate material. The vibrating groove type conveyor can be used for simultaneously pre-wetting and conveying granular materials, so that the vibrating groove type conveyor is convenient to be matched with other processes in the whole process flow and is convenient for integrated production.
The present invention will be described in detail below by way of examples. In the following examples, the catalyst particles were 4A molecular sieve beads, and the catalyst from Nanjing division of China petrochemical Co., Ltd is a commercially available NWA.
Example 1
The impregnation of catalyst particles was performed using the vibrating trough conveyor of the present invention, which, as shown in fig. 1, comprised a conveying trough, a cover body disposed above the conveying trough, a polarization motor 6, a support spring 5, and a conveyor base; the two ends of the conveying groove are respectively provided with a material inlet 1 and a material outlet 7, and the material outlet 7 is provided with an adjustable weir plate 4; 3 two-fluid atomizing nozzles 3 for atomizing water are dispersedly arranged at the top in the cover body at equal intervals, one end of the top of the cover body, which is close to the material outlet 7, is provided with an exhaust hole 2, and water vapor generated by prewetting is exhausted by an air extractor; the polarization motors 6 are used for enabling materials to form eddy currents perpendicular to the conveying direction in the conveying groove, the two polarization motors 6 are fixed on two sides below the conveying groove and are symmetrically arranged relative to the conveying direction of the conveying groove, and the conveying groove is connected with the conveyor base through the supporting springs 5.
The initial water content of the catalyst particles is 3 wt%, the spraying speed is 150L/h, the material layer thickness of the catalyst particles is controlled to be 30cm by adjusting the adjustable weir plate 4, the retention time is 50min, the treatment capacity is 440Kg/h, and the loss is 0.1 wt%.
Examples 2 to 7
Impregnation of the catalyst particles was carried out using the method of example 1, except that the bed thickness of the catalyst particles was as in table 1 and the attrition of the final catalyst particles is as in table 1.
In tables 1 to 3, the water content after the pre-wetting was good and not good.

As shown in table 2, although the catalyst particle loss can be controlled by selecting a lower spray rate, it may result in a pre-wet moisture content at the completion of the transfer that does not meet the pre-wet requirement.

Impregnation of the catalyst particles was carried out using the method of example 1 except that the residence time was as in table 3 and the attrition of the final catalyst particles is as in table 3.

8. A process according to claim 7, wherein the bed of catalyst particles has a thickness of from 5 to 40cm, preferably from 20 to 35cm, more preferably from 25 to 32 cm;

9. The method according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the attrition rate of the treated catalyst particles is 0.3 wt% or less.
