the goods blocking piece is rotatably arranged in the installation frame around the horizontal axis and is provided with a blocking surface, and the blocking surface can be turned to a position protruding out of the upper side frame surface of the installation frame so as to block goods and can also be turned to a position not higher than the upper side frame surface of the installation frame;
and the rotation limiting structure is provided with an upturning limiting surface which is matched with the goods blocking piece in a blocking way and prevents the goods blocking piece from continuously rotating when the blocking surface rotates to the position for blocking the goods.
2. The cargo securing device according to claim 1, wherein the rotation limiting structure further comprises a downward-turning limiting surface which engages with the cargo stopping member to stop the cargo stopping member from further rotating when the stop surface is turned to the position for blocking the opening of the mounting frame.

The cargo fixing device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the cargo blocking member is an L-shaped member including a first side and a second side perpendicular to each other, the rotation axis is located at a position where the two sides are connected and is parallel to the two sides, a side surface of the first side of the L-shaped member is the blocking surface, and when the L-shaped member is turned to a position where the first side is located at the upper side of the mounting frame and is perpendicular to the frame surface at the upper side of the mounting frame, the first side blocks the cargo, the second side blocks the frame opening of the mounting frame, and when the L-shaped member is turned to a position where the first side is flush with the mounting frame, the first side blocks the frame opening of the mounting frame.
4. The cargo securing device according to claim 3 wherein the edge of the second edge is provided with an extension, and the upturned stop surface is a lower frame edge of the mounting frame for abutment with the extension.
5. A cargo securing device according to claim 3, wherein the first edge is provided at an edge position with an extension portion, and the downturn limiting surface is an upper frame edge of the mounting frame for abutment with the extension portion.
6. A cargo securing device according to claim 3, wherein the side of the first edge adjacent the second edge constitutes said stop surface.
7. The cargo securing device according to claim 1 or 2 wherein the frame of the mounting frame is a rectangular frame, the cargo blocking member is elongate extending along the length of the frame, and the axis of rotation of the cargo blocking member extends along the length of the frame.
8. A cargo securing device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a crash cushion is provided on the stop face.
9. The cargo securing device according to claim 1 or 2 wherein said cargo retaining members are further provided with hook loops, and the hook loops of two adjacent cargo retaining members are adapted to be tied with pull cords for tightening the cargo.
10. A freight vehicle comprising a cargo compartment and a cargo fixture provided on a floor of the cargo compartment, wherein the floor of the cargo compartment is provided with mounting holes in which the cargo fixture is mounted, the cargo fixture being as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
