The latex gloves are processed by latex, are mostly used as disposable gloves in the industries of families, industry, medical treatment, cosmetology and the like, and are necessary hand protection articles.
The hand mold is a necessary component in the production process of the plastic sterile gloves, in the preparation process of the gloves, the hand mold is immersed into liquid latex, then the hand mold is extracted, the latex is shaped through the working procedures of heating and the like to form the gloves, then the gloves are removed, and the hand mold is continuously recycled.

The bottom surface of the first horizontal plate 3 is fixedly connected with the top surface of the fixed plate 2, and the upper end of the first horizontal plate 3 is fixed with a slide block 301.
The supporting device 4 comprises a first vertical plate 401, a second horizontal plate 402 and a second vertical plate 403, wherein the first vertical plate 401 is fixed above one end of the inner side of the second horizontal plate 402, and the second vertical plate 403 is fixed below one end of the outer side of the second horizontal plate.
The first horizontal plate 3 is located below the second horizontal plate 402, a guide rail 4021 is fixed to the lower end surface of the second horizontal plate 402, and the slider 301 is slidably connected to the guide rail 4021.
The driving device 5 is fixedly connected with the end face of the inner side of the first vertical plate 401, the brush discs 6 are fixedly connected with the output shaft of the driving device 5, the diameter of each brush disc 6 is 100-250 mm, the two brush discs 6 belonging to each group of cleaning devices are oppositely arranged, the included angle between the two brush discs is 30-60 degrees, the shortest distance between the disc bodies of the two oppositely arranged brush discs 6 (namely the distance between the rearmost ends) is smaller than the diameter of the hand mold, and the longest distance between the disc bodies of the two oppositely arranged brush discs 6 (namely the length of the opening at the front end) is larger than the diameter of the hand mold.
The heights of the brush plates 6 contained in each group of cleaning devices are sequentially reduced from front to back, and the height difference between the brush plates 6 of two adjacent groups of cleaning devices is 60-120 mm.
The driving device 5 adopts a motor or an angle grinder with the power of 0.3 kW-0.8 kW. In the embodiment, the driving device 5 is an angle grinder, a motor of the angle grinder is a 0.35kW common motor or a 0.75kW servo motor, and the rotating speed of the angle grinder is more than 4000r/min.
The telescopic device 7 is fixed below the first horizontal plate 3, the elastic device 8 is arranged between the first horizontal plate 3 and the second vertical plate 403, and the end of the piston rod 701 of the telescopic device 7 is in contact with the second vertical plate 403 under the pulling of the elastic device 8.
The telescopic device 7 adopts an electric cylinder or an air cylinder. In the embodiment, the telescopic device 7 adopts an air cylinder, a separator 10 and a plurality of electromagnetic valves 11 are fixed outside the electric control cabinet 9, the number of the electromagnetic valves 11 is the same as that of the telescopic device 7,
an external high-pressure air source is connected with an inlet of the separator 10 through a pipeline, an outlet of the separator 10 is connected with each electromagnetic valve 11 through an air pipe, and the electromagnetic valves 11 are communicated with the corresponding telescopic devices 7 through air pipes. The separator 10 adopts an oil-gas separator or a gas-water separator, or two separators are simultaneously connected in series.
The elastic device 8 adopts a tension spring or a rubber band. When the tension spring is adopted, two ends of the tension spring are respectively fixedly connected with the first horizontal plate 3 and the second vertical plate 403; when the rubber band is adopted, the first fixing rod 302 is fixed on the side surface of the first horizontal plate 3, the second fixing rod 4031 is fixed on the side surface of the second vertical plate 403, which is the same as the side surface of the first horizontal plate 3 on which the first fixing rod 302 is fixed, and the rubber band is sleeved on the first fixing rod 302 and the second fixing rod 4031 together.
The driving device 5 and the electromagnetic valve 11 are respectively electrically connected with the electric control cabinet 9.
In use, the hand model moves from front to back, namely, enters from the end of the highest brush plate 6 and then leaves from the end of the shortest brush plate 6. When the hand mold is in contact with the brush plate 6, the highest brush plate 6 firstly turns the glove inlet downwards, and then the gloves are completely removed from the hand mold through the sequentially lowered brush plates 6.
When the hand mold moves backwards, the two brush disks 6 which are oppositely arranged are gradually extruded, and the two brush disks move outwards by overcoming the elasticity of the elastic device 8, so that the contact between the brushes on the brush disks 6 and the hand mold can be ensured, and the hand mold is prevented from being extruded and damaged under the condition that the brush disks cannot move.
