According to the automatic replacing equipment for the tightening sleeve, the non-standard extension rod is connected with the sleeves of different machine types, and the support for fixing the non-standard extension rod and the sleeves of different machine types is designed, so that when the machine types of the assembly line mixed production are switched, the tightening sleeve at the tightening station is automatically replaced, the automation degree is improved, the time and the danger for manually switching the tightening sleeve are reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.

the non-standard extension rod sequentially comprises a connecting part, a fixing part, an extension part and a sleeve mounting part from top to bottom, the tightening shaft is connected with the connecting part, and the sleeve mounting part is used for mounting sleeves of different specifications;
the support comprises a bottom plate, a fixed plate is arranged above the bottom plate in parallel, the fixed plate is connected with the bottom plate through a first baffle, through holes are formed in the corresponding positions of the fixed plate and the bottom plate, non-standard extension rod guide cylinders are fixed on the through holes, and limiting assemblies are arranged on the non-standard extension rod guide cylinders;
the non-standard extension rod fixing part is matched with the limiting component for use and is used for fixing the non-standard extension rod;
the tightening shaft is connected with the connecting part of the non-standard extension rod through an elastic device, the upper end of the elastic device is provided with a tightening shaft mounting part, the lower end of the elastic device is provided with a mounting hole extending towards the inside of the elastic device, the outside of the elastic device is provided with an elastic quick clamp, and the elastic quick clamp moves up and down along with the entering of the connecting part into the mounting hole;
a fixed steel ball is arranged inside the side wall of the mounting hole, the spherical surface of the fixed steel ball protrudes out of the inner wall of the mounting hole, and an elastic chuck is arranged at the lower end of the mounting hole;
a butt joint platform and a hexagonal fixing platform are arranged on the fixing part of the non-standard extension rod from top to bottom, the butt joint platform is matched with the elastic chuck for use, and the hexagonal fixing platform is matched with the limiting assembly for use;
the limiting assembly comprises a moving clamping sleeve, a cover plate, a fixed column and a limiting plate which are matched with each other, and the moving clamping sleeve is sleeved on the upper part of the non-standard extension rod guide cylinder;
the movable cutting sleeve is a disc structure provided with a hexagonal through hole in the middle, a U-shaped bulge extends outwards from one side of the disc structure, and the hexagonal through hole is matched with the hexagonal fixing platform for use;
the cover plate is provided with a first fixing hole and a second fixing hole, the U-shaped bulge is connected with the first fixing hole through a pin, the second fixing hole is sleeved on the fixing column,
the limiting plate limits the position of the cover plate;
the cover plate is provided with a first semicircular structure, the limiting plate is provided with a second semicircular structure, and in the rotating process of the cover plate, when the first semicircular structure and the second semicircular structure form a circle, the cover plate stops moving.
