Abstract
The application discloses a chair frame and a sauna cabin, wherein the chair frame can enable an arc guide rail of a seat on a base to do arc motion through arranging a seat underframe, and the height of the seat can be adjusted through a lifting frame so that the head or neck of a user on the seat can reach the circle center position of the arc guide rail. Therefore, users with different physique can adjust to a most comfortable posture in the sauna cabin, so that experience comfort is maximized, meanwhile, the universality of the sauna cabin is improved, in the using process of the sauna cabin, the heads of the consumers are always exposed outside, the stuffy problem can be effectively solved, and user experience is improved.

Saunas are popular as a new leisure mode for more and more people. Domestic saunas include dry and wet saunas, but saunas are usually referred to as dry saunas and wet saunas.

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present application provides a chair frame, which includes a base 1, a back push rod 2, a seat bottom frame 3, a seat 4, a driving device and a lifting frame 6, wherein an arc guide rail 11 is provided on the base 1, the seat bottom frame 3 is slidably provided on the arc guide rail 11, the lifting frame 6 is provided on the seat bottom frame 3, the lifting frame 6 is provided with the seat 4, one end of the back push rod 2 is hinged on the base 1, the other end is hinged on the seat bottom frame 3, and the driving device is connected with the lifting frame 6;
as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the driving device drives the lifting frame 6 to do lifting motion on the seat bottom frame 3, so as to adjust the head or neck height of the user on the seat 4 to the position of the circle center a of the arc-shaped guide rail 11, and the back push rod 2 stretches or contracts to push the seat bottom frame 3 to drive the seat 4 to do circular arc motion with the circle center a of the arc-shaped guide rail 11 as the circle center.
The existing sauna cabin can only realize single experience posture, has single function and influences the experience sense; moreover, the existing sauna cabin frame is limited in size setting, not applicable enough and limited in use for part of groups; in addition, the existing sauna cabin mostly adopts a totally-enclosed cabin body for dry steaming or wet steaming, and the sultry environment in the cabin is always subject to the spitting of a groove of a consumer. Therefore, the embodiment of the application designs the chair frame with adjustable posture, which can realize the functions of lifting and backing of the chair at the same time, so that partial groups with small build or too high build can reach the most comfortable posture in the sauna cabin by adjusting the height and backing angle of the chair frame; thereby maximizing experience comfort. The chair frame can meet the demands of consumers to the greatest extent in terms of usability, comfort and functionality. Meanwhile, the structural design of the whole sauna cabin is combined, and the head or the neck of a user is exposed outside in the using process of the sauna cabin, so that the problem of stuffiness can be effectively solved.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, in one example, the driving device may be a lifting push rod 5, one end of the lifting push rod 5 is hinged to the seat chassis 3, the other end of the lifting push rod is hinged to the lifting frame 6, the seat 4 is arranged on the lifting frame 6, the lifting push rod 5 stretches to push the lifting frame 6 to drive the seat 4 to descend, and the lifting push rod 5 contracts to enable the lifting frame 6 to drive the seat 4 to ascend, so that the height of the seat 4 is adjusted. The lifting push rod 5 may be an electric push rod or a pneumatic push rod, and the lifting frame 6 may be a fork-shaped lifting frame or a shrinkage lifting frame, which is not limited in any way in the embodiment of the application.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, a first roller 32 and a second roller 33 are disposed on both sides of the seat bottom frame 3, and the first roller 32 and the second roller 33 are disposed on the seat bottom frame 3 with a height difference therebetween, so that the top surface of the seat bottom frame 3 is disposed substantially horizontally in a sitting state. For comfort the top surface of the seat 4 may have some curvature so that the sitting position of the seat 4 on the seat pan 3 remains substantially horizontal to the ground.
As shown in fig. 6, the seat chassis 3 is designed as a cube, and the first roller 32 and the second roller 33 are respectively disposed at the upper edge and the lower edge of the side surface, and cooperate with the radian of the arc-shaped slide rail 11 of the base, so that the seat 4 is kept to be disposed approximately parallel to the ground in the initial sitting posture state. Specifically, in one example, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, the second roller 33 is disposed on the backrest side of the seat bottom frame 3 near the seat 4, and a linear distance between the first roller 32 and the second roller 33 is greater than one half of a length of the seat bottom frame 3, so as to ensure that a center of gravity of the seat 4 in a sitting state is intermediate between the first roller 32 and the second roller 33.
Specifically, in order to ensure the stress balance and the angle of back tilting of the entire seat 4, the difference in horizontal positions of the first roller 32 and the second roller 33 is about three fifths of the horizontal width of the seat bottom frame 3, and is as close to the backrest of the seat 4 as possible, so that the center of gravity of the human body sitting on the chair in the initial sitting posture state is ensured to be exactly located between the first roller 32 and the second roller 33, so that the entire seat 4 is ensured to be more stable. It should be noted that, in fig. 6, the first roller 32 setting position parameter and the second roller 33 setting position parameter are an example, which is not limited in any way in the embodiment of the present application.
For easier understanding, referring to fig. 7, in consideration of the difference of the neck positions of people sitting on the chairs in different height groups, a lifting frame 6 for lifting the chair is added between the base underframe 3 and the chair 4, and the translational lifting and lowering movement of the chair frame is realized through the action of the lifting push rod 5, so that the purpose of adjusting the height is achieved.

With reference to fig. 9 to 15, further, the embodiment of the present application provides a sauna cabin, which includes a housing 7, a cabin door 8 and a chair frame 9, wherein the cabin door 8 is configured on the housing 7 in an openable and closable manner, and the cabin door 8 and the housing 7 enclose a sauna cavity after being closed, an opening 10 is formed on the upper surface of the sauna cavity, in which the head or neck of a user extends out of the sauna cavity, the chair frame 9 is disposed in the sauna cavity, and the chair frame 9 can adjust the posture in the sauna cavity, and ensure that the head or neck of the user of the sauna cabin is kept outside the sauna cavity during the use process.
That is, the embodiment of the application provides a sauna cabin, the chair frame arranged in the sauna cabin can realize the functions of lifting and backing of the chair at the same time, so that a group with a small part of physique or an excessively high physique can achieve a most comfortable posture in the sauna cabin by adjusting the height and the backing angle of the chair frame; thereby maximizing experience comfort. The chair frame can meet the demands of consumers to the greatest extent in terms of usability, comfort and functionality.
