Background
At present, most of air nozzles used for being matched with the electric hair drier in the market are independent air channels; a small number of nozzles having a plurality of air passages are divided into a plurality of individual ducts by a partition surface extending along a center line of the nozzle. The structure principle is that the wind speed is improved by reducing the sectional area to promote the dispersion of wet hair, so that the contact surface area of the hair is increased to rapidly dry the hair. However, in the scheme, the separation surface radially penetrates through the inner space of the air nozzle, so that the separation effect on wind can be generated, wind resistance is generated, and the wind quantity loss is caused; how to increase the flow rate of the air flow blown out through the air nozzle and minimize the pressure loss is a problem to be solved.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a tuyere 1 for a hair dryer comprises an outer cylinder 101; the tub 101 has an air inlet 102 for receiving air flow from the hair dryer; an air outlet 103 for releasing the air flow; and a mounting part 104 which is matched and connected with the electric hair drier; a plurality of partition plates 105 extending along the radial direction of the outer cylinder 101 are arranged in the outer cylinder 101, the inner space of the outer cylinder 101 is divided into a central air duct 107 and a plurality of main air ducts 106 by the partition plates 105, and the plurality of main air ducts 106 are arranged around the central air duct 107; the air nozzle 1 splits the air flow received from the hair dryer into the central air duct 107 and the main air duct 106. The central air duct 107 and the main air duct 106 may or may not communicate with each other. The number of the main air ducts 106 is 3 in this example. It is understood that the number of primary air ducts 106 is two, four, five, etc.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the partition plates 105 have free ends 1051, and the free ends 1051 of two adjacent partition plates 105 define a central air passage 107 communicating with the main air passage 106. On the same cross section, a virtual separation line is formed by connecting two adjacent free ends 1051, a virtual separation surface 108 is formed by a plurality of virtual separation lines along the central line direction of the outer cylinder 101, and the central air duct 106 and the main air duct 107 are communicated at the virtual separation surface 109. The virtual partition line may be a curved line or a straight line, and the virtual partition surface 108 may be a plane or a curved surface. In this example, the outer cylinder 101 is tapered, the virtual partition surface 108 is a curved surface, the central air passage 107 defined by the virtual partition surface 108 and the free end 1051 of the partition plate 105 is also tapered, and the curvature of the virtual partition surface 108 is the same as the curvature of the side wall of the outer cylinder 101.
The central duct 107 has an inlet and an outlet, the area of the inlet being larger than the area of the outlet. The central air duct 107 is a space that penetrates from the first inlet to the outlet, and a part of the air flow received by the air nozzle 1 enters the central air duct from the first inlet and is blown out from the outlet. In this example, the cross-sectional area of the center duct 107 gradually decreases in the direction of the center line of the outer cylinder 101.
The main duct 106 has a second inlet and a second outlet, and the area of the second inlet is larger than that of the second outlet. The air inlet has the advantages that the area of the second inlet is larger, so that more air flow can enter the main air duct, and the air quantity in the main air duct is increased; the area of the second outlet is reduced, the sectional area of the main air duct is changed, the speed of air flow blown out from the main air duct is improved, the strength of the air flow blown out is improved, wet hair is scattered, the contact area of warm air and the wet hair is increased, and the drying efficiency is improved. In this example, the cross-sectional area of the main duct 106 gradually decreases along the center line of the outer cylinder 101.
At the air inlet 102, the partition plate 105 has an end wall 1054 extending from the inner wall of the outer cylinder 101 toward the center line thereof, and a tangent line of the intersection of the end wall 1054 and the side wall of the outer cylinder 101 forms an acute angle with the end wall 1054. The end wall 1054 has a first end connected to the side wall of the outer barrel 101 and a second end remote from the first end, the line joining the first and second ends forming an acute angle with a tangent to the intersection.
An inner concave part 109 is arranged on the outer cylinder 101, and the inner concave part 109 is formed by radially inwards concave outer side wall of the outer cylinder 101. The inner concave portion 109 is the same as the center line of the partition plate 105 in the radial direction, that is, the partition plate 105 is provided on the inner side wall of the outer cylinder 101 and extends from the inner side wall of the outer cylinder 101 to the center line, and the inner concave portion 109 is recessed from the outer side wall of the outer cylinder 101 at the corresponding position. In this example, the partition plate 105 is formed by radially inwardly recessing the side wall of the outer cylinder 101, and the side wall of the outer cylinder 101 is formed with an inward recess 109, and the inward recess 109 partitions the partition plate 105 into a first partition plate and a second partition plate.
The slope of the partition plate 105 becomes smaller along the direction of the center line of the outer cylinder 101, and the structure enables the partition plate 105 to be in a streamline shape, so that the wind resistance is reduced, and the wind loss is reduced. The partition 105 includes a first side 1052 and a second side 1053, the first side 1052 or the second side 1053 includes a first surface 5 and a second surface 6 having different slopes, the slope of the first surface 5 is greater than that of the second surface 6, the first surface 5 is close to the air inlet 102, which has the advantage that the first surface 5 guides more air into the main air duct 106, and the second surface 6 changes the direction of the air flow, so that the air flow is blown out from the air outlet 103 according to a preset angle, thereby increasing the air flow of the air flow blown out from the main air duct 106, facilitating the wet hair spreading and drying the hair quickly. In this example, the first side 1052 and the second side 1053 each have a first face 5 and a second face 6. It will be appreciated that the sides of the divider plate 105 may be comprised of a plurality of surfaces having different slopes, with the slope of the surface adjacent the air inlet 102 being the greatest and the slope of the surface adjacent the air outlet 103 being the least.
In this example, the first side 1052 and the second side 1053 are the surfaces of the first partition plate and the second partition plate near the main air duct 106.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the electric hair drier comprises a handle 2; a housing 3 including an air outlet 301; the fan unit is used for generating air flow passing through the electric hair drier, and the air flow enters the electric hair drier from the air inlet 302 and is blown out from the air outlet 301; a heater for heating the air flow sucked from the air inlet 302 and blown out from the air outlet 301; (the heater and fan unit are not shown in the figure).
The electric hair drier comprises the air nozzle 1, the matching part 7 is arranged on the inner wall of the shell 3, and the installation part 104 is connected with the matching part 7 to realize the connection of the air nozzle 1 and the shell 3. In this example, the matching portion 7 is a sliding groove circumferentially arranged along the inner wall, the mounting portion 104 is a sliding rail arranged on the outer wall of the outer cylinder 101, the mounting of the air nozzle 1 and the hair dryer is realized through the matching of the sliding rail and the sliding groove, the number of the sliding grooves is three, the number of the sliding rails is also three, the mounting structure of the air nozzle 1 and the hair dryer is a foolproof structure, that is, at least one sliding groove is different from the other sliding grooves, and the corresponding sliding rail is also the same, so that the air nozzle 1 is prevented from rotating, the positioning is convenient when the air nozzle 1 is mounted, and the air nozzle 1 can only be mounted. There is the air current to pass through in the installation department 104, more specifically, the spout degree of depth is less than the height of slide rail, and the gap between the slide rail that makes has the air current to pass through.
The outer cylinder 101 is at least partially positioned inside the outer shell 3, in this example, the outer cylinder 101 is positioned inside the outer shell 3, and the air outlet 103 of the outer cylinder 101 and the air outlet 301 of the outer shell 3 are positioned on the same horizontal plane, so that on one hand, the length of the hair dryer is reduced, the hair dryer is smaller and smaller, and the occupied storage space is small; on the other hand, the tuyere 1 is not easy to contact the skin, preventing scald. In addition, the tuyere 1 is not detachable, preventing the tuyere 1 from being lost.
The space between the outer casing 3 and the outer tub 101 is formed as an auxiliary duct 4, and the flow rate of fluid passing through the auxiliary duct 4 is smaller than the flow rate of fluid passing through the main duct 106. In this embodiment, the outer casing 3 is conical, the outer cylinder 101 is conical, the side walls of the outer casing 3 and the outer cylinder 101 have the same conicity, the auxiliary air duct 4 is annular, the sectional area of the auxiliary air duct 4 is gradually reduced along the direction of the center line of the outer casing 3, the air speed when air flow is blown out through the auxiliary air duct 4 is increased, wet hair is blown away, and the drying efficiency is improved.
The flow velocity of the auxiliary air duct 4 is greater than that of the central air duct 107, that is, the air velocity of the air flow passing through the main air duct 106, the auxiliary air duct 4 and the central air duct 107 is sequentially reduced, the force applied to the scalp when the air flow reaches the head surface is weak, strong and weak, wet hair is easily scattered, the contact area between hot air and the hair is increased, the drying efficiency is improved, and the scalp can be massaged. The air flow velocity of the annular auxiliary air channel 4 is low, so that the air flow can generate heat transfer with the air when reaching the head surface, the temperature of the air flow reaching the head surface of the auxiliary air channel 4 is reduced, and by analogy, the temperature of the air flow reaching the surface of the hair is stepped, the generation of hot spots is avoided, and the scalp scalding feeling is avoided. The minimum speed of the air flow through the central air duct 107 is because the temperature of the central air flow is the highest, and the heat exchange time can be prolonged after the hair dryer is released to the external environment, so that the temperature reaching the surface of the scalp is reduced, and the scalp is prevented from being scalded.
The electric hair drier also comprises an air net 8 which is arranged behind the air nozzle 1. Prevent that the user from being close the heater from air outlet 301 department, avoid scalding.

In this example, the extension 110 is an arc plate, a plurality of arc plates are spliced together to define a tapered central air duct 107, and the central air duct 107 is not communicated with the main air duct 106. That is, the main duct 106 and the central duct 107 are not spatially communicated with each other, and the air flow received by the air nozzle 1 is divided into the main duct 106 and the central duct 107 and then blown out from the outlets of the ducts independently. It is understood that the end of the partition plate 105 away from the side wall of the outer tub 101 may have other shapes as long as they can be mutually spliced together to form the central air duct 107 which is not communicated with the main air duct 106.
