Technical Field
The invention relates to a hair curler component and a hair drier applying the same.
Background
The conventional curling iron is generally shaped into different shapes by electrically heating and clamping hair or winding hair around a heating part, and the curling iron easily causes irreversible damage to the hair by changing the shape of the hair by using a high-temperature heating part, and the skin of a user is easily scalded because the heating part of the curling iron is exposed outside.
Disclosure of Invention
To overcome the deficiencies of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a curling iron assembly which avoids irreversible damage to the hair; the second purpose is to provide the hair drier applying the hair curler component.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a hair roller assembly comprising: the electric hair drier comprises a barrel, wherein a fluid channel is arranged in the barrel, an airflow inlet which is used for communicating an air outlet of the electric hair drier with the fluid channel is arranged on the barrel, a plurality of airflow outlets which are communicated with the fluid channel are arranged on the surface of the barrel, a plurality of guide plates which are in one-to-one correspondence with the airflow outlets are arranged on the barrel, an exhaust groove which is communicated with the outside is formed between the inner surface of each guide plate and the outer surface of the barrel, the exhaust groove is communicated with the fluid channel through the airflow outlet which is in one-to-one correspondence with the airflow outlets, and airflow discharged from an air outlet end of the exhaust groove can. The hair curler component of above structure receives the air current that the hairdryer blew off, the air current passes through the air current entry in proper order, fluid passage, discharge from the air discharge duct behind the air current export, the discharge air current can lie in and produce the effect of attaching to the wall on its relative guide plate, when the user places the hair near the hair curler component, the hair can be attached to the surface of guide plate under the effect of atmospheric pressure difference, and produce the curly hair effect under the effect of discharge air current, the function of realizing the curly hair through the hair curler component of above structure can avoid producing irreversible damage to the hair, and use method is simple, and the security is higher.
In order to prolong the time of the airflow discharged from the discharge groove attaching to the deflector, the inlet end of the discharge groove is larger than or equal to the outlet end of the discharge groove.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of plates are distributed on the cylinder around the circumference of the axis of the cylinder, the adjacent plates form the airflow outlet, one side edge of the flow guide plate abuts against one plate of the flow guide plate, the other side edge of the flow guide plate extends to the upper side of the other adjacent plate to form the exhaust slot, and the airflow in the flow channel can be exhausted from each airflow outlet toward the corresponding exhaust slot.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the deflector forms a deflection angle with respect to the axis of the barrel, the inner surface of the deflector is provided with a plurality of guide ribs, the guide ribs guide the air flow to be discharged to be attached to the outer surface of the deflector, and the direction in which the guide ribs guide the air flow to be discharged is orthogonal to the deflector, so that the curled hair forms a spiral shape.
The inner surface of the guide plate comprises a torsional curved surface, and the airflow passing through the torsional curved surface makes spiral motion relative to the axis of the cylinder when being discharged from the exhaust groove.
The hair curler is characterized in that one side of the outer surface of the guide plate, which is adjacent to the exhaust groove, is provided with an arc-shaped convex section so that airflow can form a wall attachment effect, and a plurality of groove positions for separating hair into a plurality of bundles are distributed at intervals on the other side of the outer surface of the guide plate along the extension direction of the guide plate, so that the using function of the hair curler component is enriched.
In some embodiments, to facilitate the installation and the removal of the guide plate, both ends of the guide plate are detachably installed on the cylinder body through a buckle structure.
The electric hair drier comprises a barrel, an air inlet, an end plate and a mounting structure, wherein the barrel is provided with a first end and a second end, the air inlet is formed in the first end of the barrel, the second end of the barrel is provided with the end plate, and the first end of the barrel is provided with the mounting structure which is detachably connected with the electric hair drier. The mounting structure can be in a threaded structure or a buckling structure and the like.
The invention also discloses the electric hair drier which comprises an electric hair drier main body, wherein the electric hair drier main body is detachably provided with the hair curler component in the technical scheme; the electric hair drier can be freely switched into two working modes of a common electric hair drier or an electric hair drier with a hair curling function.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the present preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to like elements throughout.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a curling iron assembly, comprising: the electric hair drier comprises a barrel body 1, wherein a fluid channel is arranged in the barrel body 1, an airflow inlet 2 for communicating an air outlet of the electric hair drier with the fluid channel is arranged on the barrel body 1, a plurality of airflow outlets 3 communicated with the fluid channel are formed in the surface of the barrel body 1, a plurality of guide plates 4 corresponding to the airflow outlets 3 one by one are arranged on the barrel body 1, an exhaust groove 5 communicated with the outside is formed between the inner surface of each guide plate 4 and the outer surface of the barrel body 1, the exhaust groove 5 is communicated with the fluid channel through the airflow outlet 3 corresponding to the exhaust groove 5, and airflow discharged from an air outlet end of the exhaust groove 5 can flow along the outer surface of the other guide plate 4 opposite to the. The hair curler component with the structure receives the airflow blown out by the hair drier, according to the use requirement, the airflow blown out by the hair drier can be hot airflow or airflow at normal temperature, the airflow sequentially passes through the airflow inlet 2, the fluid channel and the airflow outlet 3 and then is discharged from the exhaust groove 5, the discharged airflow can be generated on the opposite guide plate 4 to have the wall attaching effect, when a user places the hair near the hair curler component, the hair can be attached to the outer surface of the guide plate 4 under the action of the air pressure difference, and the hair curling effect is generated under the action of the discharged airflow, the hair curling function can be realized through the hair curler component with the structure, the irreversible damage to the hair can be avoided, the use method is simple, and the safety is higher.
Referring to fig. 2, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to extend the time period in which the air current discharged from the discharge grooves is attached to the baffle 4, the inlet end of the discharge groove 5 is equal to or greater than the outlet end of the discharge groove 5.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of plates 11 are distributed on the cylinder 1 around the circumference of the axial center thereof, the adjacent plates 11 form the airflow outlet 3 therebetween, one side edge of the flow guide plate 4 abuts against one plate 11 thereof, the other side edge of the flow guide plate 4 extends to the upper side of the adjacent plate 11 to form the exhaust slot 5, and the airflow in the flow channel can be exhausted from each airflow outlet 3 toward the corresponding exhaust slot 5.
Referring to fig. 3, in order to make the air flow discharged from a single air flow outlet 3 more uniform, a plurality of connecting ribs 12 are connected between two adjacent plates 11, the connecting ribs 12 divide the air flow outlet 3 into a plurality of air outlet areas, and in order to reduce the influence of the external force acting on the flow guide plate 4 to change the internal channel of the air discharge groove 5, the upper surface of the connecting ribs 12 or the lower surface of the flow guide plate 4 is provided with supporting protrusions 6 so that the air outlet areas are communicated with the air discharge groove 5.
Referring to fig. 1 or 5, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the deflector 4 forms a deflection angle with respect to the axis of the barrel 1, wherein the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 5 is the case that the deflector 4 deflects to the right and left with respect to the axis of the barrel 1, respectively, the inner surface of the deflector 4 is provided with a plurality of guide ribs 41, the guide ribs 41 guide the air flow to be discharged to be attached to the outer surface of the deflector 4, and the guide ribs 41 guide the air flow to be discharged in a direction orthogonal to the deflector 4, so that the curled hair forms a spiral shape.
Referring to fig. 4, the inner surface of the baffle 4 includes a twisted curved surface 42, and the air flow passing through the twisted curved surface 42 is spirally moved with respect to the axis of the cylinder 1 when being discharged from the discharge duct 5.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, an arc-shaped convex section 43 is provided on one side of the outer surface of the guide plate 4 adjacent to the air discharge slot 5 to allow the air flow to form a wall attachment effect, which is also called a coanda effect, that is, the air flow can move along the surface of the arc-shaped convex section 43 when meeting the arc-shaped convex section 43, and a plurality of slots 44 for dividing the hair into a plurality of bundles are distributed at intervals on the other side of the outer surface of the guide plate 4 along the extending direction of the guide plate 4, thereby enriching the use function of the hair curler assembly.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, to facilitate the installation and removal of the baffle 4, both ends of the baffle 4 are detachably mounted on the cylinder 1 through a snap structure.
Referring to fig. 1, the cylinder 1 has a first end and a second end, the airflow inlet 2 is opened at the first end of the cylinder 1, the second end of the cylinder 1 is provided with an end plate, and the first end of the cylinder 1 is provided with a mounting structure 7 for detachable connection with the hair dryer. The mounting structure 7 may be a threaded structure or a snap structure.
Referring to fig. 6, the invention also discloses a hair dryer, which comprises a hair dryer main body 8, wherein the hair dryer main body 8 is detachably provided with the hair curler component in the technical scheme; the electric hair drier can be freely switched into two working modes of a common electric hair drier or an electric hair drier with a hair curling function.
