Abstract
The invention discloses cigarette paper, wherein a combustion improver is non-uniformly distributed on the cigarette paper. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the cigarette paper and application of the cigarette paper in adjusting the combustion rate of cigarettes. The cigarette paper disclosed by the invention is used in cigarettes, and can regulate the matching degree of the burning rate of the cigarette paper and the burning rate of tobacco shreds, so that different smoking experiences are provided for consumers at different stages of smoking of the cigarettes.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco production, and relates to cigarette paper, a preparation method thereof and application of the cigarette paper for adjusting the burning rate of cigarettes.
Background
As a favorite product, besides the satisfaction of consumers after taking nicotine from cigarettes, the special aroma of cigarette smoke is a main source for the consumers to obtain the pleasure from the cigarette smoking process. The special aroma of cigarette smoke, namely the smoking taste, is generated by burning the cigarette, but the burning state of the cigarette, particularly the thermal cracking temperature of a burning cone directly determines the type and the content of the thermal cracking products of the cigarette, thereby influencing the smoking taste of the cigarette. The thermal cracking temperature of the cigarette combustion cone is mainly influenced by the types of tobacco shreds, the filling structure of the tobacco shreds, the oxygen content in the thermal cracking process and other factors. The reduction of oxygen content in the thermal cracking process caused by the reduction of ventilation rate of the cigarette body along with the continuous consumption of the cigarette body in the smoking process is the main reason for influencing the change of the smoking taste of the cigarette. Therefore, the change of the ventilation rate of the cigarette body can be effectively controlled by changing the burning rate of the cigarette paper, so that the thermal cracking temperature of the burning cone of the cigarette is controlled, and the purposes of adjusting smoke and meeting the required mouth-to-mouth smoking requirement are achieved.
At present, few reports exist on the research of accurately controlling the burning rate of the cigarette paper by processing and improving the cigarette paper. CN106592337A discloses a cigarette paper for a fine cigarette, which is characterized in that additives such as guar gum, magnesium hydroxide whiskers and aluminum hydroxide whiskers with specific contents are added into the cigarette paper, so that the burning rate of the cigarette paper can be better matched with the burning rate of a cigarette burning cone, and the purposes of reducing the turning probability of the cigarette burning cone and improving the ash holding length of the cigarette during burning and smoking the fine cigarette are achieved.
So far, no research has focused on controlling the adjustment of the burning rate of the cigarette paper in the burning process of the cigarette, and no report has been reported on adjusting the smoking taste of each puff of the cigarette by adjusting the burning rate of the cigarette paper.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides cigarette paper capable of adjusting the burning rate of cigarettes, which effectively solves the problem of unstable smoking taste in the smoking process of cigarettes through the non-uniform addition of combustion improver in the cigarette paper.
The technical solution of the present application is detailed as follows.
The invention discloses cigarette paper in a first aspect, and combustion improver is distributed on the cigarette paper in a non-uniform distribution mode.
Preferably, the distribution of the burn-supporting agent on the cigarette paper is a linearly decreasing or linearly increasing distribution from the tobacco end to the filter end.
Preferably, the distribution of the combustion improver on the cigarette paper is a distribution in which the content is linearly decreased or linearly increased in a partial region from the tobacco shred end to the filter tip end.
Preferably, the distribution of the combustion improver on the cigarette paper is more in the end section of the tobacco shred and less in the middle section.
Preferably, the distribution of the combustion improver on the cigarette paper is less in the end section of the tobacco shred and more in the middle section.
Preferably, the distribution of the combustion improver on the cigarette paper is that the combustion improver accounts for the linear increase of the cigarette paper from 0 wt% to 3 wt% from the tobacco shred end to the filter tip end.
Preferably, the distribution of the combustion improver on the cigarette paper is that the combustion improver accounts for 2 wt% of the cigarette paper mass and is linearly reduced by 1 wt%, then the combustion improver accounts for 1 wt% of the cigarette paper mass, and then the combustion improver accounts for 1 wt% of the cigarette paper mass and is linearly increased to 2.5 wt% of the cigarette paper mass and is connected with the filter tip.
Preferably, the combustion improver is a citrate salt.
The invention discloses a preparation method of the cigarette paper in a second aspect, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, determining the length of cigarette paper according to the cigarette specification requirement;
dividing the length of the cigarette paper into a plurality of different sections;
thirdly, spraying different amounts of spraying liquid containing the combustion improver to different sections of the cigarette paper obtained in the second step according to the distribution requirement of the combustion improver on the cigarette paper; the combustion improver is citrate;
and fourthly, drying to obtain the cigarette paper.
In a third aspect of the invention, the use of the cigarette paper for adjusting the burn rate of a cigarette is disclosed.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the combustion improver in the cigarette paper is non-uniformly distributed on the cigarette paper, so that the combustion rate of the cigarette paper can be adjusted along with the smoking process of the cigarette in the smoking process, and the aim of controlling the smoke concentration of the cigarette in different smoking stages is fulfilled, so that the effect of providing different smoking experiences for consumers in different smoking stages of the cigarette is realized; the consistency of the smoking experience in the smoking process of the cigarette and the performance of cigarette ash wrapping is effectively improved, and the smoking quality of the cigarette is improved.
2. The combustion rate of the cigarette at the early stage, the middle stage or the later stage of the smoking of the cigarette can be purposefully accelerated or reduced by the non-uniform distribution of the combustion improver on the cigarette paper, so that the purpose of strengthening or weakening the smoking taste of the cigarette at a certain smoking stage is achieved, the purpose of strengthening or weakening the smoking experience of the first or last smoking of the cigarette is realized, and the purpose of enriching the smoking experience of a consumer in the smoking process of the cigarette is realized.
3. Generally, the tobacco shreds are filled in the cigarette in a non-uniform manner, wherein the two ends of the tobacco shreds are dense and the middle of the tobacco shreds is loose, so that the combustion rate of the cigarette paper can be matched with the combustion rate of the tobacco shreds through the non-uniform distribution of the combustion improver on the cigarette paper, the combustion state of the cigarette paper and the combustion state of the tobacco shreds in the whole cigarette smoking process are consistent, and the smoking experience consistency in the cigarette smoking process is realized.
