From the data in tables 4 and 5 above, it can be seen that: after the products of examples 1-5, comparison 1-3, example 2 and example 3 are continuously eaten for 4 weeks, the test person can inhibit the production of relevant proinflammatory factors such as interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor (TNF-alpha), C-reactive protein and the like to a certain extent, reduce the level of the proinflammatory factors, and synchronously improve the level of the anti-inflammatory factor IL-10, so that the inflammatory reaction of the body is slowed down. From the data in table 6 above, it can be seen that: after 60 days of administration of the test product containing a higher content of EPA and DHA, the Omega-3 concentration in the blood can be increased more effectively than with the lower content of the test product. Wherein the example 1 group, the example 3 group, the example 4 group and the example 3 group increase by 4 and above and reach or approach the target range (8-11%) of index adjustment. While the other groups had an amplification of 4 or less and did not reach the target range.
