The following describes embodiments of the present invention in detail.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a photographing control method according to an embodiment of the invention is shown. The shooting control method comprises the following steps:
in step 100, the current shooting mode of the camera unit and the current use state of the electronic equipment are identified.
In the present embodiment, the shooting modes of the image pickup unit include a first shooting mode and a second shooting mode; in a first shooting mode, an image is obtained by an image pickup unit in a first direction relative to a user; in the second photographing mode, the image pickup unit acquires an image in a second direction with respect to the user. The first direction and the second direction are opposite directions relative to the user, for example, the first shooting mode is a self-shooting mode, the second shooting mode is a self-shooting mode, the first direction is a direction toward the user, and the second direction is a direction away from the user.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view showing a three-dimensional structure of an electronic device according to a first embodiment of the invention. The electronic device 50 includes a main body 570 and two display screens, such as a first display screen 560 and a second display screen 562, disposed on the main body 570. The first display screen 560 is disposed on the first face 572 of the body 570, and the second display screen 562 is disposed on the second face 574 of the body 570, wherein the first face 572 and the second face 574 are disposed opposite to each other. In one embodiment, the first side 572 is a front side of the electronic device 50 and the second side 574 is a back side of the electronic device 50. The usage state of the electronic device includes a first usage state and a second usage state. In the first use state, the first side 572 of the electronic device 50 faces the user; in the second use state, the second side 574 of the electronic device 50 faces the user.
The electronic device 50 also includes a camera unit 580. In this embodiment, the camera unit 580 includes two cameras, such as a first camera 582 and a second camera 584. The first camera 582 is provided on the first surface 572 of the main body 570, and the imaging direction of the first camera 582 is a direction in which the first surface 572 faces, for example, a direction perpendicular to the first surface 572 and directed forward of the first surface 572. Second camera 584 is disposed on second surface 574 of body 570, and a shooting direction of second camera 584 is a direction toward second surface 574, for example, a direction perpendicular to second surface 574 and toward the front of second surface 574. That is, when the user faces the first display screen 560, the photographing direction of the first camera 582 is a direction toward the user, i.e., a first direction with respect to the user, and the photographing direction of the second camera 584 is a direction away from the user, i.e., a second direction with respect to the user.
The first camera 582 and the second camera 584 may be fixedly disposed at a top end position of the body 570. In one embodiment, the first camera 582 and the second camera 584 can be lift cameras and are housed in the body 570. When the camera needs to be shot, the lifting type camera can be controlled to lift up to complete the corresponding shooting action.
In the present embodiment, the first display screen 560 and the second display screen 562 are both touch display screens. When a user holds the electronic device 50, different touch areas can be formed on the first display screen 560 and the second display screen 562. For example, when the user holds the electronic device 50 with the left hand, the thumb of the left hand touches the first touch screen to form a first touch area, and the other four fingers of the left hand touches the second touch screen to form a second touch area, so that the electronic device 50 can determine the current usage status of the electronic device 50 according to the touch areas formed on the first display screen 560 and the second display screen 562.
For example, if the first touch area is smaller than the second touch area, it may be determined that the first display screen 560 is facing the user, indicating that the first side 572 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, that is, the electronic device 50 is currently in the first use state; if the first touch area is larger than the second touch area, it can be determined that the second display 562 is facing the user, indicating that the second side 574 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, i.e., the electronic device 50 is currently in the second use state.
In the present embodiment, a photographing mode in which the photographing direction points to the user is defined as a self-photographing mode, that is, a mode in which the user holds the electronic device 50 to photograph himself; the shooting mode that the shooting direction faces away from the user is defined as the shooting mode of the user, namely the mode that the user holds the electronic equipment to shoot surrounding scenes or other people. The display screen of the electronic device 50 may display a shooting interface of the camera application, and the user may select a corresponding shooting mode, such as a self-timer mode or other shooting mode, by clicking a corresponding function icon in the shooting interface, and further, the electronic device 50 may obtain a setting in the shooting interface to identify the current shooting mode, and control the shooting direction of the camera unit 580 according to the current shooting mode.
Step 102, judging whether the use state of the electronic equipment is changed; if yes, go to step 104; if not, the process is ended.
In this embodiment, the electronic device 50 may determine whether the usage state of the electronic device changes by determining whether the face facing the user changes.
In one embodiment, whether the use state of the electronic device changes or not can be judged according to the holding posture of the user. The electronic equipment can judge whether a first touch area on a first touch surface of the electronic equipment and a second touch area on a second touch surface of the electronic equipment change synchronously within preset time; if yes, the use state of the electronic equipment can be determined to be changed.
For example, at a first time, the user touches the first touch surface with the thumb of the left hand, and the other four fingers of the left hand of the user touch the second touch surface, at this time, a first value of a first contact area formed on the first touch surface is smaller than a second value of a second contact area formed on the second touch surface, and at this time, the first surface of the electronic device faces the user, and the electronic device is in the first use state. And at the second time, the user touches the second touch surface by the thumb of the left hand, and the other four fingers of the left hand of the user touch the first touch surface, wherein the third value of the first contact area formed on the first touch surface is larger than the fourth value of the second contact area formed on the second touch surface. Therefore, the variation value of the first contact area on the first touch surface (the difference between the first value and the third value) and the variation value of the second contact area on the second touch surface (the difference between the second value and the fourth value) are substantially the same or consistent, that is, the first touch area on the first touch surface of the electronic device and the second touch area on the second touch surface of the electronic device are synchronously changed, and at this time, the second surface of the electronic device faces the user, the electronic device is in the second use state, and since the surface of the electronic device facing the user is changed from the first surface of the electronic device to the second surface of the electronic device, the use state of the electronic device can be determined to be changed. In other embodiments, the electronic device 50 may determine whether the usage status changes according to a sensor provided.
And 104, controlling the camera unit to keep acquiring the image in the identified shooting mode.
For example, when the first side 572 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, i.e., is in the first use state, if it is recognized that the current shooting mode is the self-timer shooting mode, the electronic device 50 controls the first camera 582 to capture an image, and since the shooting direction of the first camera 582 at this time is a direction facing the user, the current shooting mode of the electronic device 50 is the self-timer shooting mode. When the usage status of the electronic device 50 changes, if the electronic device 50 is in the second usage status, that is, the second side 572 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, the electronic device 50 selects to turn on the second camera 584 to capture an image and turn off the first camera 582, that is, the electronic device 50 remains in the self-timer mode. As such, the image capturing unit 580 is in the same shooting mode regardless of whether the electronic apparatus 50 is in the first use state or the second use state.
When the first side 572 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, that is, is in the first use state, if it is recognized that the current shooting mode is the other shooting mode, the electronic device 50 controls the second camera 584 to acquire an image, and since the shooting direction of the second camera 584 is a direction away from the user, the current shooting mode of the electronic device 50 is the other shooting mode. When the usage state of the electronic device 50 changes, for example, the electronic device 50 is in the second usage state, that is, the second side 572 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, at this time, the electronic device 50 selects to turn on the first camera 582 to capture an image and turn off the second camera 584, that is, the electronic device 50 remains in the other shooting mode. As such, the image capturing unit 580 remains in the same shooting mode regardless of whether the electronic apparatus 50 is in the first use state or the second use state.
For another example, when the second surface 574 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, i.e., is in the second usage state, if it is recognized that the current shooting mode is the self-timer shooting mode, the electronic device 50 controls the second camera 584 to acquire an image, and since the shooting direction of the second camera 584 faces the user at this time, the current shooting mode of the electronic device 50 is the self-timer shooting mode. When the usage status of the electronic device 50 changes, if the electronic device 50 is in the first usage status, that is, the first side 572 of the electronic device faces the user, the electronic device 50 selects to turn on the first camera 582 to capture an image and turn off the second camera 584, that is, the electronic device 50 remains in the self-timer mode. As such, the image capturing unit 580 is in the same shooting mode regardless of whether the electronic apparatus 50 is in the first use state or the second use state.
When the second surface 574 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, that is, is in the second usage state, if the current shooting mode is recognized as the other shooting mode, the electronic device 50 controls the first camera 582 to acquire an image, and since the shooting direction of the first camera 582 is a direction away from the user at this time, it indicates that the current shooting mode of the electronic device 50 is the other shooting mode. When the usage status of the electronic device 50 changes, for example, the electronic device 50 is in the first usage status, that is, the first side 572 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, the electronic device 50 selects to turn on the second camera 584 to capture an image and turn off the first camera 582, that is, the electronic device 50 remains in the mode of taking a picture. As such, the image capturing unit 580 is in the same shooting mode regardless of whether the electronic apparatus 50 is in the first use state or the second use state.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of an electronic device according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The electronic device 50 includes a display screen 564, and the display screen 564 is disposed on the first side 572 of the body 570 of the electronic device 50. The electronic device 50 in this embodiment includes one camera 586, wherein the camera 586 may be a rotating camera.
When the first surface 572 of the electronic apparatus 50 faces the user, if it is recognized that the current shooting mode is the self-timer shooting mode, the electronic apparatus 50 controls the shooting direction of the camera 586 to be the direction in which the first surface 572 faces, that is, controls the shooting direction of the camera 586 to be in the direction perpendicular to the first surface 572 and toward the front of the first surface 572. When the usage status of the electronic device 50 changes, for example, the electronic device 50 is in the second usage status, the second side 572 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, and the electronic device 50 controls the camera 586 to rotate 180 ° to acquire an image, that is, the electronic device 50 remains in the self-photographing mode. As such, the image capturing unit 580 is in the same shooting mode regardless of whether the electronic apparatus 50 is in the first use state or the second use state. Other things are similar, and therefore, are not described herein.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of an electronic device according to a third embodiment of the invention. The electronic device 50 includes a flexible display 590, and the flexible display 590 is disposed on a first side 572 of a body 570 of the electronic device 50. The image capturing unit 580 includes a first camera 581 disposed at a first position on the first face 572 of the main body 570 and a second camera 583 disposed at a second position on the first face 572, and the capturing directions of the first camera 581 and the second camera 583 are both perpendicular to the first face 572 and directed to the front of the first face 572. The first side 572 is a front side of the electronic device 50, and the second side 574 is a back side of the electronic device 50. The first camera 581 may be denoted as a first front camera, and the second camera 583 may be denoted as a second front camera. The body 570 includes a fold 571. In the present embodiment, the folder 571 is disposed at an intermediate position of the body 570. The electronic device 50 can be folded around the folder 571 and in a folded state. In other embodiments, the first camera 581 and the second camera 583 may be disposed on the second side 574, i.e. the back side of the electronic device 50, in which case the first camera 581 is a first rear camera and the second camera 583 is a second rear camera.
Please refer to fig. 5, which is a schematic diagram of the electronic apparatus in fig. 4 in another state. The body 570 includes a first shell 576 and a second shell 578. Flexible display 590 includes a first display area 592 opposite first housing 576, a second display area 594 opposite second housing 578, and a third display area 596 opposite the folder between first display area 592 and second display area 594. When the electronic device 50 is folded around the folder 571, the first casing 576 and the second casing 578 are close to each other, and the electronic device 50 is in a folded state, in which the first camera 581 and the first display area 592 are located on the same plane of the electronic device 50, and a shooting direction of the first camera 581 can be expressed as a direction perpendicular to the first casing 576 and pointing to the front of the first casing 576; the second camera 583 and the second display area 594 are located on the same plane of the electronic device 50, and the shooting direction of the second camera 583 can be expressed as a direction perpendicular to the second housing 578 and pointing to the front of the second housing 578.
In an embodiment, in the first use state, the first housing 576 of the electronic device 50 is facing the user; in the second usage state, the second housing 578 of the electronic device 50 faces the user. When the user holds the electronic device, a first touch area may be formed on the first display area 592, and a second touch area may be formed on the second display area 594, so that if the first touch area is larger than the second touch area, it may be determined that the second display area 594 is opposite to the user, at this time, the second housing 578 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, that is, the electronic device 50 is currently in the second use state; if the first touch area is smaller than the second touch area, it indicates that the first display area 594 is directly facing the user, and at this time, the first casing 576 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, that is, the electronic device 50 is currently in the first use state.
For example, when the first casing 576 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, i.e. is in the first use state, if it is recognized that the current shooting mode is the self-timer shooting mode, the electronic device 50 controls the first camera 581 to acquire an image, and since the shooting direction of the first camera 581 at this time is the direction facing the user, the current shooting mode of the electronic device 50 is the self-timer shooting mode. When the usage status of the electronic device 50 changes, such as the electronic device 50 is in the second usage status, the second housing 578 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, and the electronic device 50 selects to turn on the second camera 583 to acquire an image and turn off the first camera 581, i.e., the electronic device 50 remains in the self-timer mode. As such, the image capturing unit 580 is in the same shooting mode regardless of whether the electronic apparatus 50 is in the first use state or the second use state.
In an embodiment, the first camera 581 and the second camera 583 may be lifting cameras, if the first camera 581 and the second camera 583 are disposed on the second surface 574, if the current shooting mode is the other shooting mode, and the electronic device 50 is in the first use state, that is, the first casing 576 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, at this time, the electronic device 50 selects the first camera 581 to pop up to obtain an image. When the usage status of the electronic apparatus 50 changes, if the electronic apparatus 50 is in the second usage status, that is, the second housing 578 of the electronic apparatus 50 faces the user, the electronic apparatus 50 selects to eject the second camera 583 to obtain an image and retract the first camera 581 to the main body 570, that is, the electronic apparatus 50 remains in the his shooting mode. As such, the image capturing unit 580 is in the same shooting mode regardless of whether the electronic apparatus 50 is in the first use state or the second use state.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of an electronic device in a first state according to a fourth embodiment of the invention. The electronic device 50 includes a flexible display 590, and the flexible display 590 is disposed on a first side 572, i.e., a front side, of a body 570 of the electronic device 50. The flexible display 590 is a flexible touch screen. The body 570 includes a folding member 571, and the electronic device 50 can be folded around the folding member 571 and in a folded state. The body 570 includes a first shell 576 and a second shell 578. Flexible display 590 includes a first display area 592 opposite first housing 576, a second display area 594 opposite second housing 578, and a third display area 596 opposite the folder between first display area 592 and second display area 594. When the electronic device 50 is folded around the folder 571, the first casing 576 and the second casing 578 are close to each other, and the first face 572 and the second face 574 are disposed opposite to each other, at this time, the first casing 576 includes a first camera 581 located at the first position and a third camera 585 located at the third position, the second casing 578 includes a second camera 583 located at the second position and a fourth camera 587 located at the fourth position, wherein the first camera 581 is a first front camera, the second camera 583 is a second front camera, the third camera 585 is a first rear camera, and the fourth camera 587 is a second rear camera.
Please refer to fig. 7, which is a schematic diagram illustrating the electronic apparatus in fig. 6 in a second state. When the electronic device 50 is folded around the folder 571, the electronic device 50 is in a folded state. The photographing directions of the first and fourth cameras 581 and 587 may be indicated as directions perpendicular to the first face 572 and directed to the front of the first face 572, and the photographing directions of the second and third cameras 583 and 585 may be indicated as directions perpendicular to the second face 574 and directed to the front of the second face 574.
For example, when the first casing 576 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, i.e., is in the first usage state, if it is recognized that the current shooting mode is the self-timer shooting mode, the electronic device 50 controls the first camera 581 or the fourth camera 587 to acquire an image, and since the shooting direction of the first camera 581 or the fourth camera 587 is the direction facing the user at this time, the current shooting mode of the electronic device 50 is the self-timer shooting mode. When the usage status of the electronic device 50 changes, if the electronic device 50 is in the second usage status, that is, the second housing 578 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, the electronic device 50 selects to turn on the second camera 583 or the third camera 585 to acquire an image and turn off the first camera 581 and the fourth camera 587, that is, the electronic device 50 remains in the self-timer mode. As such, the image capturing unit 580 is in the same shooting mode regardless of whether the electronic apparatus 50 is in the first use state or the second use state.
When the first casing 576 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, that is, is in the first use state, if it is recognized that the current shooting mode is the other shooting mode, the electronic device 50 controls the second camera 583 or the third camera 585 to acquire an image, and since the shooting direction of the second camera 583 or the third camera 585 is a direction away from the user, the current shooting mode of the electronic device 50 is the other shooting mode. When the usage status of the electronic device 50 changes, for example, the electronic device 50 is in the second usage status, the second housing 578 of the electronic device 50 faces the user, and the electronic device 50 selects to turn on the first camera 581 or the fourth camera 587 to acquire an image and turn off the third camera 585 and the second camera 583, that is, the electronic device 50 remains in the his shooting mode. As such, the image capturing unit 580 is in the same shooting mode regardless of whether the electronic apparatus 50 is in the first use state or the second use state. Other things are similar, and therefore, are not described herein.
In one embodiment, the electronic device 50 further determines whether the shooting mode of the image capturing unit 580 is locked; when the photographing mode of the photographing unit 580 is locked, the electronic apparatus 50 determines again whether the use state is changed.
