Abstract

The method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) identifying and sampling the film and television works as samples, and registering and warehousing the film and television works of the samples through a registration operation processing module to form a character information base and a program information base; (2) the evidence obtaining video clip obtained by the network monitoring system through the RecordRTC function is identified, processed and compared with the character information base and the program information base through the comparison operation processing module, and then the evidence obtaining video and the sample are confirmed to have similar or consistent conditions through the evaluation operation processing module. Preferably, in the step (24), specifically: by means of the technical characteristics of intelligent identification, a corresponding playing area needs to be appointed in a website page for recording, and media materials for evidence collection are obtained in a screen recording mode; and adjusting and layout modification at the later stage of the playing page, wherein only the selected area of the corresponding page needs to be adjusted. The RecordRTC is a javascript-based media recording library (getUserMedia API supporting WebRTC) developed for modern browsers, which is optimized for different devices and browsers, and brings a client-wide (plug-in-free) media recording scheme. Because the monitoring and recording module of the RecordRTC is used, the webpage content does not need to be further analyzed basically, only the website playing interface needs to be simply divided into areas and set into templates, the corresponding screenshots can be processed in the later detection process, extra manpower and material resources do not need to be spent, the targeted analysis is carried out on various different website pages, and the manpower and the material resources are greatly saved. Meanwhile, based on intelligent recognition functions such as face recognition and the like, conventional methods are not needed, actual contents of the played video are obtained, and the actual contents are possible to be used as a detection scheme in a screen recording mode.
As shown in fig. 3, the block diagram of the playing screen shows that a conventional online playing page is mainly divided into a top navigation bar, which occupies a video playing area in the left large block area and a video-related recommendation area on the right side.
