Background
At present, a traditional motor with lower waterproof grade generally adopts a wire outlet rubber nozzle, the wire outlet rubber nozzle penetrates into PVC to be tightly tied through a binding belt for waterproof, and the waterproof performance is poor; and the traditional motor with higher waterproof grade mainly adopts the potting process to achieve higher waterproof grade in the outlet part, and the mode can improve the waterproof grade, but the operation time is long, the production efficiency is low, and the reworking of defective products is not convenient.

The outlet part of the current common electrical equipment has poor water resistance; and the outgoing line adopts the encapsulation process, which causes low production efficiency and is inconvenient for repairing the motor. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the outlet structure of the electrical equipment, improve the water resistance of the electrical equipment, prolong the service life of the electrical equipment, and prevent the electrical equipment from being burned due to short circuit caused by water entering the outlet part. The invention improves the waterproof structure of the outgoing line part of the electrical equipment, for example, taking a motor as an example, the end surface of the motor is led out, the outgoing line of the motor is parallel to the end surface of the motor, and the end cover of the motor is arranged on the end surface of the motor, wherein the first line fixing part and the second line fixing part of the elastic sealing element are matched to complete the direction change and sealing of the outgoing line; the protective cover is arranged to fix the elastic sealing element and seal the outgoing line.
To further illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, the following embodiments are provided with reference to fig. 1 to 5 and taking a motor as an example.
Example 1
In this embodiment, a waterproof structure for a motor lead-out wire is provided, which includes:
the end cover 1 is arranged on the motor, a wire passing port 11 is formed in the end cover 1, and the wire passing port 11 is used for penetrating the outgoing wire 4;
the elastic sealing element 2 comprises a first wire fixing part 21 and a second wire fixing part 22, wherein the first wire fixing part 21 is used for fixing and sealing the lead-out wire 4 at a first position, a first wire passing hole 211 is formed in the first wire fixing part 21, and the first wire passing hole 211 is used for fixing the lead-out wire 4 towards a first preset direction; the second wire fixing part 22 is used for fixing and sealing the outgoing wire 4 at a second position, the first wire fixing part 21 is provided with a second wire passing hole 221, and the second wire passing hole 221 is used for fixing the outgoing wire 4 towards a second preset direction;
and a protective cover 3 which is provided on the elastic sealing member 2 to fix the elastic sealing member 2 to the end cover 1 and seals the lead wire 4 between the first wire fixing portion 21 and the second wire fixing portion 22.
In the embodiment, the end cover 1 is installed on an outlet end face at one end of the motor, and the outlet wire 4 is penetrated through by a wire passing port 11 formed on the end cover 1; utilize elastic sealing element 2 to carry on spacingly to the trend of lead-out wire 4 afterwards, combine first solidus portion 21 and the first line hole 211 of crossing on it simultaneously to seal lead-out wire 4, combine the second to cross line hole 221 and seal lead-out wire 4, this moment: the first wire through hole 211 and the second wire through hole 221 are in interference fit with the outgoing wire 4; finally, the elastic sealing element 2 is fixed and protected by the protective cover 3, and meanwhile, the outgoing line 4 is sealed.

the first rib is disposed around the first wire passing hole 211; accordingly, the first card slot is arranged around the wire port 11.
It should be noted that the shape of the rib and the slot may be a plurality of ribs or a plurality of slots (not shown), or an annular rib or a slot may be formed on the first thread-fixing portion 21 by combining the size of the first thread-passing hole 211 and the size of the thread-passing opening 11 on the first thread-fixing portion 21, for example: when the clamping groove is arranged, an annular groove is formed; when the convex edge is arranged, an annular edge is formed. It can be understood that the first wire fixing part 21 of the elastic sealing element 2 is matched with the end cover 1 through the convex ribs and the clamping grooves, on one hand, the elastic sealing element 2 is limited and fixed, and on the other hand, the waterproof matching is carried out, so that a certain sealing effect is achieved.
In the present embodiment, it is preferable that: the second wire through hole 221 is opened in a direction parallel to the end cap 1. At this time: the opening direction of the first wire through hole 211 is perpendicular to the opening direction of the second wire through hole 221. The two wire through holes in the vertical direction are utilized to realize the turning and fixing of the outgoing line 4. It should be noted that the number of the first wire through hole 211 and the second wire through hole 221 may be multiple, and the specific number may be determined according to actual needs. Further, the first wire fixing portion 21 and the second wire fixing portion 22 are integrally formed.
Preferably: in this embodiment, the side of the shield 3 that engages with the elastic sealing element 2 is provided with a second rib 31/a second groove; correspondingly, the side of the elastic sealing element 2 that is engaged with the shield 3 is provided with a second locking groove 222/second protrusion.
The second rib/second groove on the elastic sealing element 2 is formed along the top wall of the second wire fixing portion 22 and the two side walls adjacent to the top wall and not provided with the second wire passing hole 221. As shown in fig. 5, a U-shaped edge is formed on the inner side wall of the shield 3, and at this time, a U-shaped groove is formed on the second wire fixing portion 22. A U-shaped groove (not shown) is formed on the inner side wall of the protective cover 3, and correspondingly, a U-shaped edge (not shown) is formed on the second wire fixing portion 22. The protruding rib and the catching groove may be provided to be matched with each other, or may be provided only on the top wall of the second fixing line portion 22.
Preferably: at least one fixing foot 32 is arranged on the protective cover 3; correspondingly, the end cover 1 is provided with a fixing hole 13 matched with the fixing foot 32. The fixing leg 32 is engaged with the fixing hole 13, and then both are fixed by a screw 5 or a bolt or a pin. Preferably: the three fixing pins 32 are provided to fix the shield 3 and the end cover 1 on three sides.
The shield 3 may be in interference fit with the resilient seal by virtue of its resilient construction. Namely, a squeezing state is formed between the contact surfaces of the first line fixing part and the second line fixing part of the protective cover 3, and the sealing effect is ensured.
It should be noted that, when the elastic sealing element 2 and the end cap 1 in this embodiment are provided with the first rib or the first locking groove, the first rib and the first locking groove may be, but are not limited to, annular grooves, and may also be other closed shapes; the same applies to the U-shaped groove, so that the protective cover 3 is tightly matched with the sealing element to achieve the purpose of sealing, and the U-shaped groove can be in other shapes which are not closed.

Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: in the embodiment, the motor comprises a motor body, an end cover 1, an elastic sealing element 2, a protective cover 3, an outgoing line 4 and the like; the motor body adopts an end face outgoing line, the outgoing line 4 is parallel to the end face of the motor, the end cover 1 is installed on the end face of the motor, and the surface of the end cover 1 is provided with an annular edge and a plurality of installation holes; the elastic sealing member 2 is a rubber member having certain elasticity and is divided into a first wire fixing portion 21 and a second wire fixing portion 22, and the axes of the wire passing holes of the first wire fixing portion 21 and the second wire fixing portion 22 are perpendicular to each other. The two fixing parts are provided with a plurality of wire holes, the wire holes are in interference fit with the outgoing wires 4, and the wire holes in the second wire fixing parts 22 directly form a waterproof seal and can also fix the outgoing direction of the outgoing wires 4 to be parallel to the end face of the motor. The bottom of the first wire fixing part 21 is provided with an annular groove matched with the annular edge of the end cover 1 to form waterproof sealing. The second wire fixing part 22 is provided with a U-shaped groove which is matched with a U-shaped edge on the protective cover 3 to position and fix the wire outlet protective cover, and the reference surfaces of the U-shaped groove of the first wire fixing part 21 and the U-shaped groove of the second wire fixing part 22 are mutually vertical; the open side of protection casing 3 is equipped with U type arris, is equipped with a plurality of fixed feet 32 in the lower part of three side, through the cooperation of U type arris and elastic sealing element 2, through the cooperation of a plurality of mounting angles and the mounting hole on end cover 1 surface, installs and forms the third layer waterproof in elastic sealing element 2 outside.

the protection cover 3 is matched, positioned and fixed with the U-shaped groove of the elastic sealing element 2 through the U-shaped edge arranged on the protection cover 3, the fixing feet 32 of the protection cover 3 are fastened with the mounting holes in the motor end cover 1 through the screws 5, and the outgoing line protection cover is mounted outside the sealing element to form a third layer of water proofing.
In addition, waterproof glue can be applied to all gaps outside the protective cover 3 to further improve the waterproof grade of the motor, and the problem that water enters the wire outlet part of the wire outlet motor from all directions is solved through the mode; therefore, the abnormity of the motor, such as performance fault and the like caused by water inlet at the wire outlet part, is effectively avoided, the waterproof capability of the motor is improved, and the service life of the motor is prolonged.
