The invention provides an antenna and an antenna packaging device thereof, which are used for solving the problems that the existing half-cover antenna is troublesome to disassemble and assemble, inconvenient to maintain and poor in waterproof effect.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the antenna includes an antenna body 200 and an antenna package device 100 that packages the antenna body 200.
The antenna package device 100 includes a back plate 120 disposed on one side of the back surface of the antenna main body 200, a front antenna cover 110 disposed opposite to the back plate 120, and an upper end cover 130 and a lower end cover 140, where the front antenna cover 110 and the back plate 120 are fastened to form a cylinder with two open ends, and the upper end cover 130 and the lower end cover 140 are respectively disposed at two ends of the cylinder in a sealing manner. And a sealing groove 350 for filling sealing glue is formed at the outer side of the buckling connection part of the antenna front cover 110 and the backboard 120. Therefore, the antenna can be conveniently installed and detached, and meanwhile, the waterproof and dustproof effects of the antenna packaging device are improved.
The lower end cap 140 includes an upper cover plate, a first outer peripheral edge and a first inner peripheral edge disposed inside the cover plate, and the first outer peripheral edge and the first inner peripheral edge define a first fixing groove 141. One end of each of the front radome 110 and the back plate 120 is inserted into the fixing groove 141. The upper end cap 130 includes an upper cover plate, and a second outer peripheral edge and a second inner peripheral edge disposed inside the upper cover plate, and the second outer peripheral edge and the second inner peripheral edge define a second fixing groove (not shown). The other ends of the front radome 110 and the back plate 120 are inserted into the second fixing groove.
In other embodiments, the upper end cap 130 and the lower end cap 140 may be just cover plates, which are fixedly connected to the antenna front cover 110 and the back plate 120 by means of fixing connectors, respectively, and are sealed at the boundary of contact with each other.
In the antenna of the present invention, the back of the antenna body 200 is provided with a radio frequency connector 210 for electrically connecting with the outside of the antenna to realize signal transmission. Accordingly, the back-plate 120 leaves a connector via 121 corresponding to the rf connector 210. A sealing structure is disposed between the connector via 121 and the rf connector 210, so as to prevent external moisture and dust from entering the antenna from the connector via 121 and causing problems of accelerated aging and corrosion. The sealing structure may be a sealing ring or a sealing adhesive, which is added between the rf connector 210 and the connector via 121.
As described above, the front radome 110 and the back plate 120 are connected by snap-fit connection. Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, specifically, a first T-shaped snap 310 is disposed on the inner sides of a pair of longitudinal side walls of the antenna front cover 110, and a second T-shaped snap 320 is disposed on the back plate 120 and is engaged with the first T-shaped snap 310. The first T-shaped snap 310 and the second T-shaped snap 320 have T-shaped grooves, respectively, and T-shaped bosses that can be snapped into the T-shaped grooves of the other snap. Through the mutually opposite buckling structure of the T-shaped boss and the T-shaped groove, the antenna front cover and the back plate form the functions of fixedly connecting and sealing.
In this embodiment, the first T-shaped primary-secondary buckle 310 includes a first secondary buckle 311 and a first primary buckle 312. The first sub-buckle 311 is a T-shaped boss, the first female buckle 312 is a T-shaped slot, and is defined by a T-shaped boss and an L-shaped boss, and as can be seen from fig. 4, the first female buckle 312 is defined by a first sub-buckle 311 and a first L-shaped boss 313. Correspondingly, the T-shaped primary-secondary buckle 320 includes a second primary buckle 321 and a second secondary buckle 322. The second sub-buckle 321 is a T-shaped boss, the second female buckle 322 is a T-shaped slot, and is defined by a T-shaped boss and an L-shaped boss, and as can be seen from fig. 4, the second female buckle 322 is defined by the second sub-buckle 321 and a second L-shaped boss 323. When the front radome 110 is connected to the back plate 120, the first sub-buckle 311 is fastened in the second female buckle 322, and the first female buckle 312 is fastened to the second sub-buckle 321, i.e. the T-shaped boss of one component is fastened in the T-shaped slot of the other component.
The matched T-shaped middle bars of the first snap fastener 310 and the second snap fastener 320 are reversely locked with each other to form two mutually opposite locking structures, so as to play a role in fixedly connecting and sealing. The degree of buckling of the front radome 110 and the back plate 120 is also enhanced, and the connection therebetween is not separated from each other due to the deformation thereof. To a certain extent, even if the sealant in the sealant groove 350 falls off, the one-to-many bending tracks formed on two sides of the connection between the first snap fastener 310 and the second snap fastener 320 can effectively prevent external moisture from easily entering the antenna, so that the sealing performance of the antenna packaging device is enhanced. Finally, the strength of the joint of the antenna front cover 110 and the back plate 120 is enhanced, the technical problems of longer joint boundary and higher sealing difficulty are solved, and the service life of the antenna is prolonged.
In other embodiments, the first snap fastener 310 and the second snap fastener 320 may be formed of a plurality of T-shaped bosses and a plurality of T-shaped grooves, in addition to the structures of one T-shaped boss and one T-shaped groove, respectively, as shown in fig. 5.
Preferably, a first cut 330 and a second cut 340 are respectively disposed at the outer side of the snap-fit connection between the front antenna cover 110 and the back plate 120, and the first cut 330 and the second cut 340 together form the sealing groove 350. The first and second cutouts 330 and 340 may each be one of L-shaped, diagonal, and circular arc-shaped to form a molding compound groove having V-shaped, semicircular, and rectangular cross-sections and mirror symmetry with respect to the mirror surface.
In order to ensure the packaging effect of the antenna packaging device 100, it is necessary to fill the sealing groove 350 with a sealing material, such as a sealant, so that the sealing groove 350 on both sides of the antenna front cover 110 and the back plate 120 are combined to form a sealing strip 360. The sealing strip 360 not only fills and seals the sealing groove 350, but also increases the adhesive force between the back plate 120 and the antenna front cover 110, thereby further solving the problem that the back plate 120 and/or the antenna front cover 110 are separated from each other to generate gaps due to deformation caused by the extension of the service time.
In this embodiment, based on the structure of the antenna packaging device 100, the mounting and dismounting process of the antenna of the present invention is as follows:
1. when the antenna package is performed, as shown in fig. 5a to 5c, the antenna body 200 is first fixed in the lower end cap 140; and then the back plate 120 is installed, the back plate 120 is inclined and inserted into the fixing groove 141 of the lower end cover 140 from the back along the longitudinal direction of the antenna main body 200, so that the radio frequency connector 210 just passes through the connector through hole 121 correspondingly, and the fixing of the back plate 120, the lower end cover and the antenna main body is completed.
Next, the front radome 110 is fastened to the first female buckle 312 and the first male buckle 311, and the second male buckle 321 and the second female buckle 322 from opposite sides of the lower end cover 140, and then the front radome 110 is pushed to be flush with the back plate 120 along the multi-bending track formed by the first T-shaped male buckle 310 and the second T-shaped male buckle 320.
When the front radome 110 is pushed to be level with the back plate 120, the front radome 110 is also just inserted into the fixing groove 141 of the lower end cover 140.
After the front radome 110 is fixed to the back plate 120 and the lower end cover 140, the upper end cover 130 is installed at the opposite end of the lower end cover 140, so as to fix the positions of the back plate 120 and the front radome 110. Thus, the antenna package device 100 encloses the antenna main body 200 in a sealed space, and is isolated from air and dust outside the antenna package device 100.
2. When it is desired to disassemble the antenna, as shown in fig. 6a-6b, the steps of installation are exactly reversed from those described above: after the upper end cap 130 is pulled out, the sealing strip 360 of the back plate 120 and the antenna front cover 110 is cut off, and the antenna front cover 110 is pulled out along the multi-bending track formed by the first T-shaped snap fastener 310 and the second T-shaped snap fastener 320; then, the back plate 120 is lifted up to be located at one end of the upper end cap 130, so that the back plate 120 is separated from the antenna main body 200, and the connector via 121 is separated from the rf connector 210, so that the back plate 120 is pulled out. Finally, the antenna main body 200 is exposed, and the maintenance is convenient.
The antenna packaging device 100 provided by the invention uses a simple connection mode, is easy to install and disassemble, and simplifies the installation, maintenance and disassembly processes. Further, the improvement of the buckling connection mode between the assemblies of the antenna packaging device 100 enhances the bonding strength and the waterproof effect of the assemblies, and prolongs the service life of the antenna packaging device 100. The antenna provided by the invention has the characteristics of easy installation and disassembly and good waterproof performance because of the antenna packaging device 100.
The foregoing is only a partial embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications and adaptations can be made without departing from the principles of the present invention, and such modifications and adaptations are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present invention.
