Of course, in other embodiments, the identification information may also be information such as a link, and the device management page may be entered by means of a link, and thus, the association with the device management page is not limited to the identification image.
Specifically, the device management page may include a plurality of identification images, and any one of the plurality of identification images may be used to enter the device management page. The plurality of identification images are the same and can be respectively arranged on the plurality of devices, a total device management page can be entered through any one identification image, and then the specific device management page of the device provided with the identification image is entered through operation, and the specific device management page has device information of the device. Namely, the user firstly enters a general management page and then enters a specific management page.
Of course, the device management page is associated with only one identification information, and a specific device management page of a device in which the identification image is set can be directly accessed through the identification image, the specific device management page having the management information of the device.
Optionally, in some embodiments, generating the identification information may specifically include: ID information of the device is acquired by the server, and identification information associated with the management page and containing the ID information is generated. Specifically, the ID information of the device may include information such as a device name, a device model, and a specific setting location, and the ID information of the device is combined with other information to generate identification information, that is, the generated identification information includes the ID information of the device. The information such as the name, the model and the specific setting position of the device corresponding to the identification information can be judged through the ID information of the device in the identification information.
S102: the identification information is set to the device.
Specifically, the identification information may be set to the device in a variety of ways. When the identification information is the identification image, the identification image can be sprayed on the equipment body, and the identification image can also be printed on paper, a signboard and the like, so that the paper, the signboard and the like are arranged on the equipment body.
S103: the terminal acquires device information from the server based on the identification information.
Specifically, when the identification information is an identification image, the identification image arranged on the device can be scanned by the mobile terminal with the scanning function, and then the device enters the device management page through scanning. The mobile terminal may be a mobile phone, a computer, a wearable device, and the like.
Taking a mobile phone as an example for explanation, application programs such as mobile phone WeChat, QQ and the like can be opened, the identification image is scanned through a corresponding code scanning function, and then the identification image enters a corresponding management page in the server, so that the equipment information is acquired.
S104: and the terminal receives the state information of the equipment and updates the equipment information based on the state information.
The state information received by the terminal is information input by people, and the state information can reflect the running state, the production state and the like of the equipment.
In some embodiments, after the identification image enters the device management page, the device management page displays the device information for setting the identification image, and the device information can be edited. The device information edited by the terminal can be stored in the server, so that the device information can be updated.
In the above embodiment, the terminal may receive status information input by a human and update the status information directly on the device management page. That is, the process of manually updating the device management page at this time includes a step in which the terminal receives the state information of the device and updates the device information based on the state information.
In an application scene, when an equipment manager or passerby passes through the equipment, if the equipment is found to work abnormally, the equipment can enter a management page of the equipment by scanning an identification image on the equipment, and corresponding equipment information is updated in real time. For example, when the device manager or passerby passes through the device and finds that the device makes an abnormal sound, the device information may be updated in real time by scanning the identification image and entering the device management page.
It can be understood that, after the device information in the management page is updated, the property terminal may obtain the updated management page through the server, and further obtain the device information. If the equipment is found to be abnormal according to the equipment information, relevant inspection and maintenance personnel can be dispatched to inspect and maintain the equipment. In some embodiments, the property terminal may automatically determine whether the device information of the management page changes, and if it is determined that the device is abnormal according to the changed device information, the property terminal prompts a manager to perform inspection or maintenance through an alarm.
In other embodiments, the management page cannot be updated directly after the entry of the identification image into the management page. For example, in a scenario where the terminal does not have a network, the terminal can only acquire the management page through the identification information, but cannot update the management page. At this time, only the status information and the management page can be received, but the management page cannot be updated. In this scenario, the terminal may receive status information manually input, store the status information, and directly update the device information of the management page after the network is restored. By this embodiment, non-real time updates without network conditions can be satisfied.
The embodiment at least has the following beneficial effects: according to the equipment management method, the terminal can acquire the equipment information through the identification information, and update the equipment information of the equipment based on the state information received by the terminal, so that convenience of equipment management can be improved.
Second embodiment:
the present embodiment provides a device management method, and is described on the basis of the foregoing embodiments. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a device management method according to a second embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201: the server generates identification information associated with the device management page.
S202: the identification information is set to the device.
For S201 and S202, reference may be made to the related description of the first embodiment, and details are not repeated.
S203: and the terminal acquires a management page corresponding to the identification information from the server so as to display the management page on the terminal, wherein the management page comprises the equipment information.
Specifically, the terminal may obtain a management page corresponding to the image identifier through the image identifier, and then display the management page including the device information on a terminal screen. The device information can be recorded manually or through the terminal through a management page displayed on the terminal. For example, the terminal records the device information, and the terminal stores the device information in the management page, thereby recording the device information.
In an embodiment, step S203 may specifically include the following steps: and when the terminal is successfully connected with the server, the terminal acquires the equipment information corresponding to the equipment from the server based on the identification information and stores the equipment information.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the terminal is first connected to the server in the presence of the network, and the terminal can access the server to obtain the management page in the server. More specifically, when the terminal is successfully connected with the server, the terminal directly accesses a management page in the server through the identification information, and then displays the device information on the terminal. Further, the device information displayed on the terminal may be recorded manually or by the terminal as described above.
It is understood that step S203 is only for acquiring the device information in the management page, and does not update the device information in the management page. At this time, the acquired device information may be initial information of the previous normal operation of the device.
S204: when the terminal is disconnected with the server, matching the identification information with the equipment information through the terminal; and responding to the successful matching of the identification information and the equipment information, and starting an abnormal reporting mode of the terminal.
In combination with the content of the above steps, the above steps acquire the device information in the case that the terminal is connected to the server, and this device information may be the device information of the device that normally works before.
Further, after the terminal is disconnected from the server, the device information in the management page cannot be directly changed through the terminal at this time. At this time, the terminal acquires a management page including device information through the identification information, and matches the previously stored device information with the device information of the management page acquired at that time. It should be understood that the process of matching is the process of comparison.
Further, when the previously stored device information is consistent with the current device information, it indicates that the identifier information is successfully matched with the device information, and it indicates that the previously stored device information of the terminal is the device information of the current device. Wherein, the current device is the device provided with the identification information in this step.
Further, if the device information stored before is confirmed to be the identification information of the current device, an abnormal reporting mode is entered.
S205: responding to the abnormal reporting mode, and storing the received state information by the terminal; and when the terminal is successfully connected with the server, the terminal sends the state information to the server so that the server updates the equipment information through the state information.
After the abnormal reporting mode, the terminal may be in a situation without a network, that is, the terminal cannot update the management page on the management page of the server even if receiving the status information, or cannot send the status information to the server to enable the server to update the management page.
Based on the situation, the terminal stores the acquired state information so as to store the currently acquired state information. Further, under the condition that the terminal is in a network and the connection between the terminal and the server is successful, the stored state information can be sent immediately, so that the management page of the server can be updated rapidly under the network condition.
In some embodiments, when the terminal detects the presence of the network, the terminal may artificially send the status information to the server, and the server updates the device information according to the status information. Specifically, the terminal may prompt the user to send the state information to the server when detecting that there is a network. In other embodiments, the terminal may automatically send the status information to the server upon detecting presence of a network to avoid delaying the sending of the status information.
Therefore, through the abnormal reporting mode, the terminal can store the state information of the network and send the state information to the server under the condition that the network exists so as to update the equipment information.
Under an application scene, when a manager or other people need to update the equipment information under a production scene that the terminal does not have a network, the equipment information can be updated by using the abnormal reporting mode.
In some embodiments, the step of updating the device information through the status information may include, based on the device management method described above: the terminal judges whether the equipment works normally or not according to the state information; and responding to the abnormal work of the equipment, generating maintenance information by the terminal, and updating the maintenance information to the equipment information.
Specifically, the state information may reflect the operating state of the device, and may include energy consumption information, heating information, noise information, and the like. The terminal judges the current working state of the equipment through the state information, compares the current working state with the preset working state, and if the current working state and the preset working state are consistent or within a certain range of difference, the current working state can be determined to accord with the preset working state, and the equipment works normally. If the difference between the current working state and the preset working state is larger than a certain range, the current working state is determined not to be in accordance with the preset working state, and the equipment does not work normally, namely, the equipment works abnormally.
When the terminal judges that the equipment does not work normally, the terminal generates maintenance information, and the maintenance information can comprise information such as the damage reason, the damage degree and the emergency degree. The maintenance information is further updated to the equipment information so that the equipment information includes the maintenance information so that the maintenance information can be known from the equipment information. It should be understood that the manager may obtain the device information from the server, and then obtain the maintenance information, and then send the maintenance personnel to maintain the corresponding device according to the maintenance information.
By means of the method, whether the equipment normally works or not can be judged based on the state information of the equipment, if the equipment does not normally work, the maintenance information of the equipment can be timely reflected to a manager, and the equipment can be timely maintained.
In other embodiments, the step of updating the device information by the status information may include, based on the first embodiment or the second embodiment, that: the terminal acquires the work task completion progress information of the equipment based on the state information; and the terminal updates the equipment information based on the work task completion progress information.
Specifically, the status information may include the task amount that the device has completed and the total task amount, so that the job task completion progress of the device may be determined according to the status information, and then job task completion progress information may be obtained. For example, it may be determined that the number of tasks completed is ten and the total number of tasks is twenty according to the status information, and then the completion progress of the work task may be 50%, and the completion progress information of the work task may be: completion progress of the work task: 50 percent. Further, the job task completion progress information can be set in the device information, so that the device information contains the job task completion progress information, and a manager can know the job task completion progress of the device in real time.
In one application scenario, the device may be embodied as a machining lathe for machining a product on a production line. The production task may be a predetermined production quantity of the product, and for the production task of the lathe, the production task may be a predetermined machining quantity of the product by the lathe. At this time, the production task completion schedule information may include a ratio of the number of products that the equipment has produced to a predetermined production number.
Of course, the production task may be the production of a certain product, and the completion schedule information of the production task may be the ratio of the time that the product has been produced to the theoretical total time for producing the product.
