Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for determining illegal relocation of a POS machine, which is used for improving the accuracy of the illegal relocation determination of the POS machine, and as shown in figure 1, the method comprises the following steps:
step 101: acquiring transaction data of a POS machine within a preset time period;
step 102: extracting a plurality of transaction related users corresponding to the POS machine according to transaction data in a preset time period of the POS machine;
step 103: determining the position information of overlapping business circles of a plurality of transaction related users in a preset time period according to transaction flow data of the transaction related users in a bank transaction system;
step 104: and obtaining the illegal transfer determining result of the POS machine according to the position information of the overlapped business circle and the business address of the POS machine.
As can be known from the process shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the transaction data in the preset time period of the POS is obtained; extracting a plurality of transaction related users corresponding to the POS machine according to transaction data in a preset time period of the POS machine; determining the position information of overlapping business circles of a plurality of transaction related users in a preset time period according to transaction flow data of the transaction related users in a bank transaction system; and obtaining the illegal transfer determining result of the POS machine according to the position information of the overlapped business circle and the business address of the POS machine. Because life circle of most users is relatively fixed, a fixed business circle consumed by the transaction related users of the POS machine can be obtained by analyzing consumption transaction flow of the transaction related users of the POS machine so as to determine the adjacent business circle position of the POS machine and determine whether the POS machine is moved.
When the method is implemented specifically, firstly, transaction data in a preset time period of the POS machine is obtained. The preset time period is a preset time period according to actual judgment needs, and may be, for example, a time period between the current illegal relocation of the POS station and the last illegal relocation of the POS station, or a fixed time period, for example, one month, 90 days, or 120 days.
After the transaction data in the preset time period of the POS machine are obtained, a plurality of transaction related users corresponding to the POS machine are extracted according to the transaction data in the preset time period of the POS machine. Each transaction carried out by the POS machine is completed between a merchant holding the POS machine and a customer, so that the customer corresponding to each transaction is a transaction associated user of the transaction, and the transaction associated users corresponding to a plurality of transactions can be extracted and obtained according to transaction data in a preset time period of the POS machine.
After a plurality of transaction associated users corresponding to the POS machine are extracted, determining the position information of overlapping business circles of the transaction associated users in a preset time period according to the transaction flow data of the transaction associated users in a bank transaction system. The specific implementation process, as shown in fig. 2, includes:
step 201: determining consumption merchant information of each transaction-associated user in a preset time period according to transaction flow data of the transaction-associated users in a bank transaction system;
step 202: carrying out geographical distribution clustering on the information of the consumption commercial tenants of each transaction associated user in a preset time period to obtain the information of the consumption commercial circle of each transaction associated user in the preset time period;
step 203: and obtaining the position information of the overlapped business circles of the plurality of transaction related users in the preset time period according to the consumer business circle information of each transaction related user in the preset time period.
As the life circle of most users is relatively fixed, the consumption trade company information of each transaction related user is obtained by analyzing the consumption trade flow of the transaction related users of the POS machine, the fixed business circle consumed by the transaction related users can be obtained by carrying out cluster analysis on the information, the consumer business circles of a plurality of transaction related users are overlapped, and therefore the position of the adjacent business circle of the POS machine is determined.
Step 202, as shown in fig. 3, specifically implements a process, including:
step 301: taking each consumer merchant of a transaction associated user in a preset time period as a position point, and calculating the sum of the distances from each position point to all position points;
step 302: determining the position point corresponding to the minimum distance and value as the central point of the consumer circle of the transaction associated user in a preset time period;
step 303: performing geographical distribution clustering on all position points on the map, and determining the radius of a consumer circle of the transaction-associated user in a preset time period;
step 304: and obtaining the consumer circle information of each transaction related user in the preset time period by combining the central point of the consumer circle of each transaction related user in the preset time period and the radius of the consumer circle of each transaction related user in the preset time period.
Since the consumption of the transaction-related user is random, and there is a case that the consumption range occasionally deviates from the fixed business circle, in an embodiment, in order to avoid a judgment error, before each consumption merchant of a transaction-related user in a preset time period is used as a location point, the method further includes:
and according to the geographical position of each consumer merchant of a transaction related user in a preset time period, removing the consumer merchant information of which the geographical position is far away from the geographical positions of other consumer merchants. And eliminating the impossible data in advance so as not to influence the judgment of the fixed business district position.
When the step 303 is implemented specifically, with the center point of the determined consumer circle of the transaction-related user in the preset time period as the center, setting a different radius each time, that is, each time, a set step length is added on the basis of the previous radius, calculating the proportion of the number of the location points in the circle corresponding to each radius to all the location points, setting a predetermined threshold in advance, for example, 75% or 80%, and when the proportion of the number of the location points in the circle corresponding to a certain radius to all the location points is higher than the threshold, determining the radius as the radius of the consumer circle of the transaction-related user in the preset time period.
According to the center point of the consumer circle of each transaction related user in the preset time period and the radius of the consumer circle of each transaction related user in the preset time period, the circular area and the geographic position of the consumer circle of each transaction related user can be obtained.
And after the consumer circle information of each transaction related user in the preset time period is obtained, obtaining the overlapped commercial circle position information of a plurality of transaction related users in the preset time period according to the consumer circle information of each transaction related user in the preset time period. The specific implementation process comprises the following steps:
and searching a point with the minimum distance and the minimum distance of the central point of the consumer circle of each transaction related user in the preset time period on the map according to the central point of the consumer circle of each transaction related user in the preset time period, wherein the central point is used as the center of the overlapped business circle.
In order to avoid errors caused by accidental data, before searching on a map, data screening is carried out on the central point of a consumer circle of each transaction related user in a preset time period, and consumer circle information obviously far away from the central points of other consumer circles is deleted.
After the center of the overlapped business circle is obtained, comparing the consumer business circle information of each transaction associated user in a preset time period with the center of the overlapped business circle, and determining a preset threshold value, wherein the specific process is as follows: and performing data analysis on the overlapped part of the circular area of the consumer business circle of each transaction-associated user in a preset time period by taking the center of the overlapped business circle as the center of a circle, determining the radius of the overlapped business circle, and reserving a certain error and margin on the basis of the radius of the overlapped business circle to obtain a preset threshold value.
After overlapping business district position information and a preset threshold value of a plurality of transaction related users in a preset time period are determined, according to the overlapping business district position information and the business address of the POS machine, an illegal mobile phone determining result of the POS machine is obtained. The specific implementation process, as shown in fig. 4, includes:
step 401: if the distance between the business address of the POS machine and the position of the overlapped business circle is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, the POS machine is not illegally moved;
step 402: and if the distance between the business address of the POS machine and the position of the overlapped business circle is greater than a preset threshold value, the POS machine is illegally moved.
The distance between the business address of the POS machine and the position of the overlapped business circle is the distance between the business address of the POS machine and the center of the overlapped business circle.
The illegal relocation determination of the POS machine provided by the embodiment of the invention is mainly based on the following facts: generally, the geographical position of a normal business range of one or more POS machines, i.e. terminals, of a certain acquiring bank merchant should be within a certain deviation range of a merchant business address, and specifically, whether the POS machine is moved or not can be calculated by calculating whether the geographical position of the transaction of the POS machine and the geographical distance of the merchant business address exceed a threshold value or not. However, this method is ineffective if the merchant has somehow tampered with the geographical information at the time the POS transaction occurred.
For such a scenario, starting with a group of customers who spend on the POS that is moving, it can be assumed that all or most of the customers who are doing transactions on the POS are normal customers, and then the circle of life of the customers is necessarily around the actual location of the POS. Therefore, the relevant users of the transaction on the POS machine can be counted, and the principle according to which the transaction range of the POS machine is determined is that the transaction frequency is reduced along the increasing distance from the center of the circle by taking the position of the POS machine as the center of the circle.
Thus, the determination of the consumer circle corresponding to a transaction-related user: listing a series of recent transactions of the customers and the geographic positions of the transactions, wherein the geographic position of each transaction is regarded as a point, and calculating the distance to all the points and the minimum point, wherein the point is the central point of a consumer circle of the transaction related users.
Center point calculation of overlapping customer circles for multiple customers: the point of minimum distance and distance to the center point of the consumer circle of all transaction-associated users is then the center point of the overlapping consumer circle of multiple customers.
And calculating whether the central point of the overlapped consumer circle of the plurality of customers and the business geographical position registered by the POS machine in the bank system are within a threshold range, if so, proving that the POS machine is not moved, otherwise, considering that illegal moving occurs.
In a specific embodiment, a method for determining illegal relocation of a POS machine is further provided, as shown in fig. 5, on the basis of fig. 1, the method further includes:
step 501: and if the illegal transfer of the POS machine is determined, sending illegal transfer warning information of the POS machine to the banking staff.
The bank business system is reminded to carry out subsequent processing and operation, and illegal transfer of the POS machine is avoided.
