At present, the number of low-speed vehicles adopting hydraulic steering is increased, the automatic centering of the steering wheels of the vehicles is a key technology, some of the vehicles adopt two sets of oil cylinders to be matched for use, and other technical routes such as potential switch detection median position are adopted, so that the defects of complex structure, low precision, high cost and the like exist.

The diameter of the middle rod of the piston rod is larger than that of the front rod and the rear rod, step-type reducing is arranged between the middle rod and the front rod and between the middle rod and the rear rod, the fixed rod piston is fixed at the step-type reducing part of the middle rod, which is close to the rear rod, and is arranged in the cylinder barrel to slide left and right, and the end face of the step-type reducing part can play a role in stopping and limiting. The diameter of the return limiting ring at the middle part of the cylinder barrel is far larger than that of the middle rod, so that the piston rod is ensured to freely move in the return limiting ring, and meanwhile, the smoothness of an oil way arranged at an oil way inlet and an oil way outlet of the return limiting ring is ensured. The diameter of the inner ring of the centering limiting ring at the middle part of the cylinder barrel is smaller than the diameters of the centering piston and the fixed rod piston, and the side walls at two sides of the centering limiting ring can play a limiting role on the centering piston and the piston.

The automatic return steering oil cylinder has the advantages of simple structure, accurate return, low cost and low failure rate, and achieves the aim of the invention.
The invention is also characterized in that the inlet and the outlet of the oil way are welded with connectors in a matching way.
The invention is also characterized in that the oil way inlet and outlet 7 is arranged near the inner side end of the left cylinder blocking device 101, and the oil way inlet and outlet 8 is arranged near the inner side end of the right cylinder blocking device 201.

The invention is also characterized in that the working length of the cylinder barrel where the fixed rod piston is positioned is longer than that of the cylinder barrel where the return piston is positioned; the working path of the fixed rod piston is larger than that of the centering piston. Therefore, if the piston rod after centering is required to move rightwards, the joint 9 at the inlet and the outlet of the oil way is filled with oil, and meanwhile, the piston rod 5 of the oil return cylinder at the joint 8 at the inlet and the outlet of the oil way is moved rightwards; the steering function is realized, the structure is simple and flexible, and the left and right steering function is realized.

As shown in figure 1, the automatic return steering cylinder comprises a cylinder assembly, a piston rod assembly, a return piston and a pressure sensor assembly, wherein the cylinder assembly is formed by welding a cylinder 1, a return limiting ring 3, a cylinder 2, joints 701, 801, 901 and the like; the piston rod assembly consists of a fixed rod piston 4 and a piston rod 5, the piston rod 5 consists of a front rod 501, a middle rod 502 and a rear rod 503, the diameter of the middle rod 502 is larger than that of the front rod 501 and the rear rod 503, a stepped diameter is formed between the middle rod 502 and the front rod 501 and between the middle rod 502 and the rear rod 503, the fixed rod piston 4 is fixed at the stepped diameter part of the middle rod 502 close to the rear rod 503 and is arranged in a cylinder barrel 2 to slide left and right, a centering piston 6 is arranged on the front rod 501, the centering piston 6 is matched with the cylinder barrel 1 and can slide relatively to the front rod 501, a left cylinder barrel plugging device 101 is arranged at the outer port of the cylinder barrel 1, an oil way inlet and outlet joint 7 is arranged at the outer port of the cylinder barrel 2, a right cylinder barrel plugging device 201 is arranged at the outer port of the cylinder barrel 2, an oil way inlet and outlet joint 8 is arranged in the ring of the centering limiting ring 3, and the diameter of the centering limiting ring 3 is larger than that of the middle rod 502 and smaller than the diameters of the centering piston 6 and the fixed rod piston 4; the cylinder 1 is provided with a pressure sensor 1001 at the corresponding position, the cylinder 2 is provided with a pressure sensor 1002 at the corresponding position, the piston rod assembly is in the middle position, and the extending distances of the two ends of the cylinder piston rod assembly are the same.
As shown in fig. 5, the oil inlet and outlet joint 8 of the oil way is filled with oil, the oil way inlet and outlet joint 7 and the oil way inlet and outlet joint 9 of the oil way are both filled with oil, and the piston rod assembly extends leftwards.
As shown in fig. 6, the oil inlet and outlet joint 9 of the oil way is used for oil inlet, the oil outlet and inlet joint 8 of the oil way is used for oil outlet, and the piston rod assembly extends to the right.
And (3) automatic return of the oil cylinder: the oil is fed into the oil way inlet and outlet joint 7, the oil way inlet and outlet joint 9 and the oil way inlet and outlet joint 8, the return piston 6 moves rightwards and stops at the left end face of the return limiting ring 3, the pressure sensor 1001 sends out an electric signal along with the increase of the system pressure to a set value, and the oil way inlet and outlet joint 7 stops feeding and locking; after receiving the signal, the oil way inlet and outlet joint 8 is changed into oil inlet, the piston rod assembly moves leftwards, the left movement is stopped when the end face of the step-type reducing part on the left side of the middle rod 502 touches the right end face of the return piston 6, when the system pressure rises to a designed fixed value, the pressure sensor 1002 sends out an electric signal, the oil way inlet and outlet joint 8 stops oil inlet and locking, and the oil cylinder is at the middle position at the moment, as shown in fig. 1.
In normal operation, if the fixed rod piston 4 moves leftwards, the oil inlet and outlet connectors 8 of the oil way enter oil, and meanwhile the oil return of the oil way inlet and outlet connectors 9 and 7 of the oil way inlet and outlet connectors are carried out, the centering piston 6 also moves to the left; if the oil way is moved rightwards, the oil way inlet and outlet joint 9 is filled with oil, and meanwhile, the oil way inlet and outlet joint 8 returns to the oil cylinder piston rod 5 to move rightwards; the steering function is realized.
