Abstract
The invention discloses a pressurizable threaded plug-in mounting type pilot operated overflow valve, which comprises a pilot operated valve component and an overflow valve component; the pilot valve component comprises a valve body, a pressure regulating body component, a pressure regulating spring and a pilot valve core, wherein the pressure regulating body component, the pressure regulating spring and the pilot valve core are arranged in the valve body; the valve body is provided with a pilot oil port and a pilot oil return port, the pilot oil return port is connected with an oil tank through an oil pipe, and a cavity at the upper part of the boosting piston is communicated with a pilot oil way through the pilot oil port; when the system needs to increase the pressure, an equipment operator opens a hydraulic valve connected with the pilot oil port by inputting a pressurization signal, pilot oil enters a cavity at the upper part of the pressurization piston through the pilot oil port, the pressurization piston is pushed to move downwards, the set pressure of the pressure regulating spring is increased, the pilot valve is in a high-pressure set state, and the pressurizable threaded plug-in type pilot overflow valve adjusts the working pressure according to different working conditions.

At present, hydraulic machines, particularly engineering machines, have severe working environment, large load change and severe impact in the working process of a hydraulic system, and are used as pressure stabilizing, overflowing and safety protection component overflow valves on multiple lines of the hydraulic system, while the existing overflow valves cannot adjust power output according to load change, so that the working efficiency of the hydraulic machines is seriously influenced.

The invention aims to solve the defects that the conventional overflow valve of a hydraulic system cannot adjust power output according to load change and seriously influences the working efficiency of hydraulic machinery, and provides a novel pressurizable threaded plug-in type pilot operated overflow valve.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pressure regulating component further includes a pilot valve sleeve, the pilot valve sleeve is assembled in the valve body in a threaded manner and is locked by a locking nut of the regulating body screwed on the pilot valve sleeve; the pressure regulating screw is also assembled in the pilot valve sleeve in a thread mode and is locked by a locking nut screwed on the pressure regulating screw.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a spacer is arranged between the valve body and the valve sleeve.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the main spool orifice is 0.4mm in size and 1mm in length.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the valve sleeve internal taper angle is 85 °.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the clearance between the booster piston and the pilot valve sleeve is 0.01 mm.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the pressure-increasable thread plug-in type pilot operated overflow valve adjusts the set pressure of the pressure regulating spring through the pressure boosting piston according to the oil pressure change of the pilot oil, so that the working pressure can be regulated according to different working conditions. In addition, the pilot valve sleeve is assembled in the valve body in a threaded mode, and the pressure regulating screw is assembled in the pilot valve sleeve in a threaded mode, so that the pilot valve sleeve and the pressure regulating screw can be conveniently regulated to change the set pressure of the pressure regulating spring, and further the working pressure can be regulated according to different working conditions.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and examples.
Referring to fig. 1, a pressurizable threaded cartridge pilot relief valve is shown that includes a pilot valve member and a relief valve member.
The overflow valve component comprises a valve sleeve 9 and a main valve core 10 arranged in the valve sleeve 9 in a sliding mode, and a damping hole 10a axially penetrating through the whole main valve core 10 is formed in the main valve core 10; the bottom of the valve sleeve 9 is provided with a high-pressure oil inlet A, the lower part of the sleeve wall of the valve sleeve 9 is provided with a circle of overflow valve oil return port B, and the overflow valve oil return port B is connected with an oil tank through an oil pipe.
The pilot valve part comprises a valve body 4, a pressure regulating body part, a pressure regulating spring 17 and a pilot valve core 16, wherein the pressure regulating body part, the pressure regulating spring 17 and the pilot valve core 16 are arranged in the valve body 4 from top to bottom, the lower part of the valve body 4 is inserted into a valve sleeve 9 and is connected with a main valve core 10 through a main spring 11, an O-shaped sealing ring 8, a clamp spring 7 and a retaining ring 17 are arranged between the lower part of the valve body 4 and the valve sleeve 9, and the retaining ring 17 is. The circlip 7 serves to limit the axial position between the lower part of the valve body 4 and the valve sleeve 9. An adjusting shim 6 is arranged between the valve body 4 and the valve sleeve 9.
An O-shaped sealing ring 5 is arranged in the middle of the periphery of the valve body 4. The valve body 4 is provided with a pilot oil port C and a pilot oil return port D, the pilot oil port C is positioned above the pilot oil return port D, the O-shaped sealing ring 5 is positioned above the pilot oil port C, and the pilot oil return port D is connected with an oil tank through an oil pipe.
A damper hole 4a and a filter attachment hole 4b are also provided in the lower portion of the valve body 4, and the damper hole 4a communicates with the filter attachment hole 4 b. And a filter part consisting of a filter screen clamping spring 12, a filter screen gasket 13 and a filter screen 14 is arranged in the filter part mounting hole 4b to filter oil.
The pressure regulating component comprises a pilot valve sleeve 20, a pressure regulating screw 1 and a boosting piston 18, wherein the pilot valve sleeve 20 is assembled in the valve body 4 in a thread mode and is locked by a regulating body locking nut 3 screwed on the pilot valve sleeve 20; the pressure regulating screw 1 and the boosting piston 18 are sequentially assembled in the pilot valve sleeve 20 from top to bottom, and the pressure regulating screw 1 is also assembled in the pilot valve sleeve 20 in a thread mode and is locked by a locking nut 2 screwed on the pressure regulating screw 1. Therefore, the pilot valve sleeve 20 and the pressure regulating screw 1 are conveniently adjusted by the shell to change the set pressure of the pressure regulating spring 17, and further the working pressure can be adjusted according to different working conditions.
The boosting piston 18 is connected with the pilot valve core 16 through a pressure regulating spring 17; a cavity 18a is provided in an upper portion of the booster piston 18, and a booster oil passage 18b is provided therein. A pressure-increasing oil chamber 21 is provided between the outer periphery of the pilot valve sleeve 20 and the valve body 4, and a cavity 18a in the upper portion of the pressure-increasing piston 18 is communicated with the pilot oil passage through a pressure-increasing oil passage 18b, the pressure-increasing oil chamber 21, and the pilot oil port C in this order.
When the pilot valve core is in work, high-pressure oil of a system flows in from a high-pressure oil inlet A, the hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the main valve core 10 through the damping hole 10a of the main valve core 10, and at the moment, the pilot valve core 16 is in a closed state. When the hydraulic oil pressure increases and the pressure regulating spring 17 reaches a set pressure, the pilot valve spool 16 opens, and high-pressure oil flows out from the pilot valve oil return port D to the tank passage. When the pressure of the hydraulic oil flowing into the high-pressure oil inlet A continues to increase and is greater than the pressure at the upper end of the main valve element 10, the main valve element 10 is opened, the hydraulic oil flows out from the overflow valve oil return port B and flows to an oil tank passage, and the pressure of a loop is controlled to be a certain value.
In the operation process of the engineering machinery, when the system needs to increase the pressure, an equipment operator opens a hydraulic valve connected with a pilot oil port C by inputting a pressurization signal, pilot oil enters a cavity 18a at the upper part of a pressurization piston 18 through the pilot oil port C, a pressurization oil cavity 21 and a pressurization oil duct 18b, the pressurization piston 18 is pushed to move downwards, the set pressure of a pressure regulating spring 17 is increased, and the valve is in a high-pressure set state. The system adjusts the working pressure according to different working conditions, and improves the working efficiency of the hydraulic machine.
Claims (6)
1. A pressurizable threaded cartridge type pilot operated relief valve comprises a pilot valve component and an relief valve component; the overflow valve component comprises a valve sleeve and a main valve core which is arranged in the valve sleeve in a sliding mode, and a damping hole which axially penetrates through the whole main valve core is formed in the main valve core; the bottom of the valve sleeve is provided with a high-pressure oil inlet, the lower part of the sleeve wall of the valve sleeve is provided with a circle of overflow valve oil return port, and the overflow valve oil return port is connected with an oil tank through an oil pipe; the pressure regulating valve is characterized in that the pilot valve component comprises a valve body, a pressure regulating body component, a pressure regulating spring and a pilot valve core, wherein the pressure regulating body component, the pressure regulating spring and the pilot valve core are arranged in the valve body from top to bottom; the valve body is provided with a pilot oil port and a pilot oil return port, the pilot oil return port is connected with an oil tank through an oil pipe, and a cavity at the upper part of the boosting piston is communicated with a pilot oil way through the pilot oil port; when the system needs to increase the pressure, an equipment operator opens a hydraulic valve connected with the pilot oil port by inputting a pressurization signal, pilot oil enters a cavity at the upper part of the pressurization piston through the pilot oil port, the pressurization piston is pushed to move downwards, the set pressure of the pressure regulating spring is increased, the pilot valve is in a high-pressure set state, and the pressurizable threaded plug-in type pilot overflow valve adjusts the working pressure according to different working conditions.

The pressurizable threaded cartridge pilot operated relief valve of claim 1, wherein the pressure regulator component further comprises a pilot valve housing threadably assembled within the valve body and locked by a regulator lock nut threaded onto the pilot valve housing; the pressure regulating screw is also assembled in the pilot valve sleeve in a thread mode and is locked by a locking nut screwed on the pressure regulating screw.
