Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a quick repairing method for a prestressed concrete pole crack.
Background
The concrete pole has the advantages of low cost, convenience in construction, long service life, low maintenance cost and the like, and is widely applied to projects such as outdoor frameworks of overhead power transmission lines and transformer substations, railway contact net pillars, broadcast communication, municipal lighting and the like. The high-strength prestressed concrete pole is a composite reinforced concrete mixed member formed by reasonably matching prestressed wires with common steel bars and cementing and centrifuging high-grade concrete, and has high strength and good bending and cracking resistance.
Although part of concrete electric poles are replaced by steel structure iron towers with the continuous development of power grid construction, old concrete electric poles cannot be transformed at once, and due to the fact that the electric poles are used in the open air environment for a long time, the electric poles are subjected to the aging phenomena of cracks, holes, surface crunchy and loose sand, concrete peeling and the like in different degrees due to the fact that environmental water such as wind and rain, rainwater, underground water, seawater and the like erodes, corrosive media in the atmosphere erode and carbonization and the like and the effects of various external forces and internal stresses, the pole bodies are prone to have different degrees of aging, the service life of the electric poles can be greatly shortened, and the safe operation of the electric transmission lines is seriously influenced. And (3) coating a layer of coating which can prevent moisture and humidity from entering and has a sealing and protecting effect on the micro cracks with the width less than or equal to 0.05mm by adopting a surface coating closing method. But the repairing of the electric pole with large cracks, loose and exposed sand on the surface and concrete peeling is more complicated, if the conventional cement repairing material is used, the maintenance treatment is needed, the construction period is long, and the phenomena of 'dusting' and 'saltpetering' are easy to occur in the repaired part of the cement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a quick repairing method for prestressed concrete pole cracks, which has good repairing effect on pole with loose exposed sand on the surface and peeled concrete, short curing time, good concrete fluidity, more flat surface after concrete curing, less surface defects and convenient and quick construction.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a quick repairing method for a prestressed concrete pole crack comprises the following specific steps:
(1) base layer treatment
Cleaning the sand ash on the surface of the electric pole and washing the sand ash with clean water when the width of the electric pole surface is larger than 0.05 mm;
(2) surface crack repair
Chiseling a groove with the width of 1.0cm-1.5cm along the crack, removing a loose layer on the concrete surface near the crack by using a wire brush, coating a layer of MA type cement modifier in the groove, then repairing putty by using a concrete pole, embedding the groove, strickling, and curing for 12 hours-24 hours;
the concrete pole repairing putty comprises the following components in parts by weight:
28-30 parts of quick-hardening sulphoaluminate cement;
20-22 parts of Portland cement;
20-22 parts of MA type cement modifier;
25-28 parts of fly ash;
10-12 parts of 200-mesh quartz sand;
0.5-1.5 parts of a polycarboxylic water reducing agent;
1-1.2 parts of redispersible latex powder;
0.2 part of defoaming agent;
20-25 parts of water;
(3) after the concrete pole repairing putty is cured, polishing a repairing area;
(4) and (3) integrally coating the concrete chromatic aberration repairing agent on the surface of the concrete pole to finish repairing.
Further, the concrete pole repairing putty comprises the following components in parts by weight:
28 parts of quick-hardening sulphoaluminate cement;
22 parts of Portland cement;
20 parts of MA type cement modifier;
28 parts of fly ash;
10 parts of 200-mesh quartz sand;
1.5 parts of a polycarboxy water reducing agent;
1 part of redispersible latex powder;
0.2 part of defoaming agent;
and 25 parts of water.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the method comprises the steps of grooving a crack area, pretreating the crack area by using an MA type cement modifier after cleaning, then repairing by using concrete electric pole repairing putty to form a repairing area, polishing the repairing area after the electric epoxy repairing putty is cured, enabling the whole surface to be flat and smooth, and finally coating the surface of the electric pole by using a concrete color difference repairing agent to form an appearance with consistent color. The repairing method can be used for conveniently repairing the cracks of the pole body of the pole in advance, has good repairing effect on the pole with loose exposed sand on the surface and peeled concrete, has short curing time, good concrete fluidity, more smooth surface after the concrete is cured and less surface defects, effectively shortens the construction period, can greatly prolong the service life of the pole, ensures the safe operation of a power transmission line, and has huge social and economic benefits.
