Stone needle fiber yarn and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of magnetic therapy health care, in particular to stone needle fiber yarns and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The fiber yarn is used for weaving, rope making, thread making, knitting, embroidering and the like. The elastic property is an important index of the fiber yarn and has important influence on the quality of a finished product. Meanwhile, with the improvement of living standard and health consciousness of people, the demand of the antibacterial fabric is increasing, and the antibacterial fabric can block various harmful bacteria from contacting with human bodies and kill the bacteria.
In the prior art, the antibacterial fiber is usually used alone to prepare civil and medical fabrics, so that the textile fabric is difficult to simultaneously have spinnability, hygroscopicity, air permeability, antistatic property, pilling resistance, skin affinity and the like.
When judging the elastic property of the yarn, the elastic property of the fiber yarn is generally characterized by the elongation at break. The elongation at break is the ratio of the difference of the length before and after stretching to the length before stretching when the fiber yarn is pulled apart under the action of external force. Due to the material characteristics of the antibacterial fiber, the antibacterial fiber cannot have good elastic performance while having effective antibacterial performance, and the comfort of the antibacterial fiber in the use process is affected, and needs to be improved.
