Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the first objective of the present application is to provide a stone needle fiber yarn for achieving the purpose of effective antibacterial and comfortable use. The specific scheme is as follows:
a stone needle fiber yarn comprises at least one synthetic sub-yarn blended by modified cotton fiber, modified spandex fiber and cashmere;
the modified cotton fiber, the modified spandex fiber and the cashmere in parts by weight are 10-16: 2-4: 1;
the modified cotton fiber comprises the following components in parts by weight:
30-60 parts of cotton fiber;
6-12 parts of nano stone needle;
1-3 parts of zinc oxide;
0.5-0.8 part of dispersant;
the preparation method of the modified cotton fiber comprises the following steps:
step 1, adding 30-60 parts by weight of cotton fiber, 6-12 parts by weight of nano stone needle, 1-3 parts by weight of zinc oxide and 0.5-0.8 part by weight of dispersing agent into a mixer for mixing, and keeping the vacuum in the mixer and the relative humidity lower than 3% to obtain a mixed material;
step 2, adding the mixed material into a double-screw extruder, and carrying out melt extrusion, cooling, belt casting and shearing to obtain modified cotton fiber particles;
step 3, sequentially carrying out spinning, winding, forming, bundling, thread guiding, primary drafting, oil bath, secondary drafting, tertiary drafting, curling and loose shaping on the modified cotton fiber particles to obtain modified cotton fiber;
the modified spandex fiber comprises the following components in parts by weight:
30-60 parts of spandex fiber;
3-6 parts of alginate fibers;
1-2 parts of ferroferric oxide;
0.5-0.8 part of dispersant;
the preparation method of the modified spandex fiber comprises the following steps:
step 1, adding 30-60 parts by weight of spandex fiber, 3-6 parts by weight of alginate fiber, ferroferric oxide and 0.5-0.8 part by weight of dispersant into a mixer for mixing to obtain a mixed material;
step 2, adding the mixed material into a double-screw extruder, and carrying out melt extrusion, cooling, belt casting and shearing to obtain modified spandex fiber particles;
and 3, sequentially carrying out spinning, winding, forming, bundling, yarn guiding, primary drafting, oil bath, secondary drafting, tertiary drafting, curling and relaxation shaping on the modified spandex fiber particles to obtain the modified spandex fiber.
Preferably: the dispersant is a fatty acid amide dispersant.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the stone needle fiber yarn, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, placing the modified cotton fiber and the modified spandex fiber into essential oil and antistatic liquid respectively and standing for 2 hours, wherein the weight ratio of the essential oil to the modified cotton fiber is 1:3-5, and the weight ratio of an antistatic agent to water in the antistatic liquid is 1: 8-10;
step 2, taking out the modified cotton fiber and the modified spandex fiber and drying the fibers;
step 3, mixing the following components in parts by weight of 10-16: 2-4: 1, mixing the modified cotton fiber, the modified spandex fiber and the cashmere to obtain a mixed cotton roll;
and 4, sequentially carrying out blowing, cotton carding, drawing, coarse sand, fine sand and spooling on the mixed cotton rolls to obtain the stone needle fiber yarns.
Preferably: the antistatic agent is ethoxylated aliphatic alkylamine.
According to the scheme, the application provides the stone needle fiber yarn and the preparation method thereof, and the stone needle fiber yarn has the following beneficial effects: the stone needle fiber yarn is made of modified cotton fiber, modified spandex fiber and cashmere in a proper proportion, so that the stone needle fiber yarn has a comfortable use effect while achieving the purpose of effective antibiosis through far infrared rays and ultrasonic pulses generated by nano stone needle components; meanwhile, the modified cotton fiber and the modified spandex fiber are synthesized by corresponding components and a preparation method, so that the stone needle fiber yarn which has the antibacterial property and is comfortable to use is obtained after the modified cotton fiber and the modified spandex fiber are blended with cashmere; the modified cotton fiber is prepared from the corresponding components and the preparation method, so that the nano stone needle and the zinc oxide are uniformly dispersed in the cotton fiber under the action of the dispersing agent, and the antibacterial and magnetic therapy effects of the modified cotton fiber are effectively improved; the modified spandex fiber is uniformly dispersed in the spandex fiber under the action of a dispersing agent through corresponding components and a preparation method, and the alginate fiber and the ferroferric oxide are combined, so that the modified spandex fiber has uniformly distributed magnetism, the purpose of exciting magnetic force and far infrared rays with the modified spandex fiber is achieved, and the purpose of improving the antibacterial effect of the stone needle fiber yarn is achieved; the preparation method of the stone needle fiber yarn has the following beneficial effects: promote the fibrous structure inner hole of modified cotton silk through essential oil to prevent modified spandex fibrous static through antistatic liquid and produce, with the fibrous effective interact of realization modified spandex fibre and modified cotton silk, and then make this stone needle fiber yarn have effective antibiotic and use comfortable effect.

The cashmere wool comprises modified cotton fiber, modified spandex fiber and cashmere, wherein the weight ratio of the modified cotton fiber to the modified spandex fiber to the cashmere is 13: 3: 1.
the modified cotton fiber comprises 45 parts by weight of cotton fiber, 9 parts by weight of nano stone needle, 2 parts by weight of zinc oxide and 0.65 part by weight of fatty acid amide dispersing agent.
The preparation method of the modified cotton fiber comprises the following steps:
step 1, adding 45 parts by weight of cotton fiber, 9 parts by weight of nano stone needle, 2 parts by weight of zinc oxide and 0.65 part by weight of fatty acid amide dispersing agent into a mixer for mixing, and keeping the vacuum in the mixer and the relative humidity lower than 3% to obtain a mixed material;
step 2, adding the mixed material into a double-screw extruder, and carrying out melt extrusion, cooling, belt casting and shearing to obtain modified cotton fiber particles;
and 3, sequentially carrying out spinning, winding, forming, bundling, yarn guiding, primary drafting, oil bath, secondary drafting, tertiary drafting, curling and relaxation shaping on the modified cotton fiber particles to obtain the modified cotton fiber.
Correspondingly, the modified spandex fiber comprises 45 parts of spandex fiber, 4.5 parts of alginate fiber, 1.5 parts of ferroferric oxide and 0.65 part of fatty acid amide dispersing agent in parts by weight.

step 1, adding 45 parts by weight of spandex fiber, 4.5 parts by weight of alginate fiber, 1.5 parts by weight of ferroferric oxide and 0.65 part by weight of fatty acid amide dispersing agent into a mixer to mix to obtain a mixed material;
step 2, adding the mixed material into a double-screw extruder, and carrying out melt extrusion, cooling, belt casting and shearing to obtain modified spandex fiber particles;
and 3, sequentially carrying out spinning, winding, forming, bundling, yarn guiding, primary drafting, oil bath, secondary drafting, tertiary drafting, curling and relaxation shaping on the modified spandex fiber particles to obtain the modified spandex fiber.
