Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives, in particular to a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for a floor mute mat and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The hot melt type pressure sensitive adhesive is one of pressure sensitive adhesives, and is an adhesive which is sensitive to pressure, can be adhered to an adherend under slight pressure by finger pressure and does not need to use a solvent or other auxiliary means. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is a new type adhesive tape made up by using synthetic rubber, resin and rubber oil, etc. and making them pass through such processes of mixing, heating to molten state and coating on the base materials of paper, cloth, plastics and floor board. In particular, hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives have both hot melt and pressure sensitive properties. The adhesive can be changed into liquid when heated to 130-200 ℃, can be used by spraying, rolling, blade coating and other methods, is solid when cooled to room temperature, and can generate good bonding effect by applying certain pressure.
The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive can be applied to PVC floors, the PVC floors are constructed by acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive earlier, but the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive has the technical defects that constructors must purchase the adhesive additionally, the adhesive is smeared on the ground during construction, the floors can be pasted after the adhesive is completely dried, and the construction is very inconvenient. In addition, because the pressure-sensitive adhesive is used as a bonding material of the sound pad and the floor, the pressure-sensitive adhesive has better bonding property with the floor and the sound pad, and the existing hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive has the defects of weaker bonding strength, poor heat and weather resistance, easy aging deformation and the like.
