Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention is intended to be illustrative, and is not to be construed as limiting the invention.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a gray material for an infrared light receiving window of an air conditioner, the gray material including, according to an embodiment of the present invention: 97.5 to 99.5 parts by weight of a transparent resin; 0.3 to 1.0 part by weight of a toner; 0.05-0.5 parts by weight of a visible light blocker; 0.05-0.5 parts by weight of an ultraviolet absorber; and 0.05-0.5 weight part of antioxidant. Therefore, the gray material can effectively penetrate through infrared light, simultaneously blocks visible light and ultraviolet light, is used for the air conditioner infrared light receiving window, can effectively penetrate through infrared light signals sent by a remote controller, improves remote control sensitivity, avoids seeing the internal structure of the air conditioner infrared light receiving window, and is attractive and practical. In addition, compared with the existing transparent material composite electroplating gray material, the gray material also has the advantages of low cost and more environment-friendly raw material formula.
According to the specific embodiment of the invention, the main base material of the gray material is transparent resin, and the content of the transparent resin accounts for 97.5-99.5 parts by weight, so that the gray material can have certain mechanical properties. According to a specific example of the present invention, the transparent resin may be specifically a transparent polycarbonate or a transparent ABS resin. Therefore, the transparent resin material can be selected to ensure that infrared light can be transmitted after the gray material is added, and the resin material is selected to facilitate molding so as to meet the requirements of the shape structure of the receiving window.
According to a specific embodiment of the present invention, a certain amount of toner is added to the gray material. Thereby helping the transparent resin to adjust to a desired gray color. According to a specific example of the present invention, the above toner may be added in an amount of 0.3 to 1.0 part by weight, and the toner may preferably employ rutile type nano titanium dioxide and/or nano silica. Thereby reducing costs. Specifically, the addition amount of the rutile type nano-titania and/or nano-silica may also be preferably 0.4 to 0.5 part by weight.
According to the specific embodiment of the invention, the gray material also contains a certain content of visible light blocking agent, so that the purpose of blocking visible light can be achieved, and the gray material is prevented from being seen through by naked eyes. Specifically, solvent Black 3 (chemical name of solvent Black 3: perimidine), aniline Black (C) is preferably used as the visible light blocker 8 H 19 ClN 2 O), oil-soluble nigrosine (C) 29 H 24 N 6 ) At least one of (1). Therefore, the black pigments can absorb most of visible light, but the absorption of infrared light is less than that of visible light, so that the infrared light can be transmitted more favorably to block the visible light. The amount of the visible light-blocking agent added may be 0.05 to 0.5 part by weight, preferably 0.05 to 0.5 part by weight, for example, 0.05 to 0.2 part by weight. The inventor finds that the content of the visible light blocking agent is not easy to be too high or too low, the infrared light transmittance is reduced if the content is too high, and meanwhile, the material is changed into light black, so that the gray appearance effect is not achieved, and the appearance quality of the product is reduced.
According to the specific embodiment of the invention, the gray material further contains a certain amount of ultraviolet light absorber, so that the purpose of blocking ultraviolet light can be achieved, and the purity of transmitted infrared light is improved. According to a specific example of the present invention, the ultraviolet light absorber may be at least one selected from the group consisting of UV-327, UV-531, UV-9 and bisphenol a salicylate. Thereby further improving the blocking effect of ultraviolet rays. Specifically, the content of the above ultraviolet light absorber may be 0.05 to 0.5 parts by weight, preferably 0.05 to 0.2 parts by weight. The inventors have found that the content of the ultraviolet absorber is not easily too high or too low, and if the content is too high, the transmittance of visible light and infrared light is reduced, and the material cost is increased.
In addition, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the gray material further comprises a part of an antioxidant, thereby improving the oxidation resistance of the gray material. And the oxidation of the subsequent gray material in the process of melting and injection molding into the infrared light receiving window product can be effectively avoided by adding a proper amount of antioxidant. According to a specific example of the present invention, the antioxidant that can be used is at least one selected from the group consisting of antioxidant 1076, antioxidant 1010 and antioxidant 168. The amount may be 0.05 to 0.5 parts by weight, and preferably, the amount of the antioxidant may be 0.05 to 0.2 parts by weight.
Therefore, according to the gray material of the above embodiment of the present invention, the transparent resin is used as the base material, the visible light blocking agent and the ultraviolet light absorbing agent are added, so as to effectively block the visible light and the ultraviolet light, the remaining infrared light can partially transmit, and in addition, a certain amount of toner is added to adjust the material to a desired color. Proper amount of antioxidant can raise its oxidation resistance. The grey material for the infrared receiving window of the air conditioner has the advantages of simple formula, obvious effect, low cost and environment-friendly material. The air conditioner infrared light receiving window prepared by the gray material has stronger infrared light transmission and unicity, so that the penetration rate of infrared signals can be obviously improved, and the remote control sensitivity is improved.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of preparing the gray material for an air conditioner infrared light receiving window of the previous embodiment, the method comprising: mixing transparent plastic, toner, visible light barrier agent, ultraviolet light absorbent and antioxidant according to a predetermined proportion to obtain a premix; and melting and extruding the premix in a screw extruder, pelletizing, cooling, screening and drying to obtain the gray material. Therefore, the preparation method is simple and easy to implement.
According to a further aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides an infrared light receiving window, which is injection molded by using the gray material according to the previous embodiment. Therefore, the infrared light receiving window obtained by injection molding of the gray material has strong infrared light penetrability and unicity, and the penetrability of infrared signals can be obviously improved. Specifically, the infrared light receiving window has an infrared light transmittance of more than 10% and a visible light transmittance of less than 0.5%. Can completely meet the infrared remote control requirement of the prior air conditioner.
According to the specific embodiment of the invention, the gray material can be subjected to injection molding at 240-275 ℃, and the infrared light receiving window can be directly obtained. The conditions are mild, and the preparation method is simpler. And the gray material has high stability, is not influenced by injection molding processing, and can obtain the infrared light receiving window with stable and consistent performance.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an air conditioner, characterized in that the air conditioner has the infrared light receiving window described in the previous embodiment. Therefore, the infrared light receiving window of the air conditioner has strong infrared light penetrability and unicity, can obviously improve the penetration rate of infrared signals, improves the sensitivity of remote control, and further obviously improves the quality of the air conditioner.
