Abstract
The invention discloses a bottle cap oxygen absorption gasket, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-40 parts of thermoplastic elastomer base material, 20-60 parts of PE (polyethylene), 0.2-2 parts of antioxidant, 5-20 parts of white oil and 2-12 parts of oxygen absorbent, wherein the oxygen absorbent is subjected to surface activity improvement treatment. The oxygen-absorbing gasket can absorb bottleneck oxygen, so that the flavor of beer is better maintained, the gasket is ensured not to turn white after absorbing oxygen, and the scanning of the two-dimensional code of the bottle cap under the gasket is not influenced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bottle caps, in particular to a bottle cap oxygen absorption gasket, a manufacturing method thereof and a bottle cap.
Background
With the popularization of smart phones and smart terminals and the development of mobile communication, scanning two-dimensional codes becomes an important way for people to obtain commodity information. Manufacturing enterprises also need online, offline, and three-dimensional product promotions and promotions to increase consumer acceptance and sales of enterprise products. The bottleneck of communication between the manufacturing enterprise and the consumer is urgent to break through. The advantages of the commodity bar code are more focused on settlement, and the two-dimensional code which bears more information, has error correction technology and can access the internet is obviously the best choice for connecting enterprises and consumers. The two-dimensional code bottle cap becomes the best scheme for sales promotion and information tracing of the beer manufacturers.
On the other hand, the taste of beer needs to be improved by consumers, and how the beer keeps the taste needs to actively absorb substances with limited oxygen in the bottle, so that the oxygen absorption material is generated, and the oxygen absorption bottle cap mainly plays a role in absorbing bottleneck oxygen and keeping the original flavor and taste of the beer. At present, oxygen uptake bottle caps in the domestic beer or beverage industry are imported abroad, but the imported products have higher price and the defect of unclear two-dimensional codes.

The invention aims to provide a bottle cap oxygen absorption gasket, a manufacturing method thereof and a bottle cap, which aim to solve the problem that two-dimensional codes are kept clear while oxygen is absorbed.
In order to achieve the above object, according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a bottle cap oxygen absorbing gasket, comprising, by weight:
10-40 parts of thermoplastic elastomer base material, 20-60 parts of PE (polyethylene), 0.2-2 parts of antioxidant, 5-20 parts of white oil and 2-12 parts of oxygen absorbent, wherein the oxygen absorbent is subjected to surface activity improvement treatment.
Optionally, the oxygen absorbent comprises one or more of sodium sulfite, potassium sulfite, ferrous calcium stearate and calcium sulfite.
Optionally, the PE comprises LDPE and LLDPE, and the antioxidant comprises 1010 antioxidant and/or 168 antioxidant.
Optionally, the weight of the bottle cap oxygen absorbing gasket is 200-220 mg.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a bottle cap comprising a bottle cap oxygen absorbing gasket as described in the first aspect.
Optionally, the bottle cap is a crown cap.
According to a third aspect of the invention, a preparation method of a bottle cap oxygen absorption gasket is provided, which comprises the following steps:
extruding and granulating, namely uniformly mixing the thermoplastic elastomer base stock, the PE and the white oil, adding the pretreated oxygen absorbent and the antioxidant, continuously mixing until the mixture is uniform, and extruding by using an extruder;
printing, namely spraying the two-dimensional code and then performing an anti-sticking process to place the two-dimensional code on the inner layer of the oxygen absorption gasket, and selecting a special PE (polyethylene) adhesive;
and (5) molding.
Optionally, the extrusion temperature is 140-175 ℃, the extrusion revolution is 200-300 r/min, and the granulation is performed through melt blending extrusion.
Optionally, the special PE binder is a modified alkyd resin.
Optionally, in the molding process, the speed is 1800-2000 per minute, and the temperature of the screw is 90-125 ℃; the rotating speed of the extrusion molding motor is 1800-2200 rpm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention can absorb the bottleneck oxygen, so that the beer flavor is kept better.
2. The gasket of the invention does not turn white after absorbing oxygen and does not influence the scanning of the two-dimensional code of the bottle cap below the gasket.
3. The invention reduces the granular feeling of the precipitated inorganic material.

The present embodiment 1 includes:
the composite material comprises, by weight, 10-40 parts of a thermoplastic elastomer base material, 20-60 parts of PE, 0.2-2 parts of an antioxidant, 5-20 parts of white oil and 2-12 parts of an oxygen absorbent, wherein the oxygen absorbent is subjected to surface activity improvement treatment.
The principle of the oxygen absorption gasket is that redox substances, namely oxygen absorbers, are added in the gasket material and can react with oxygen in bottleneck, but the introduction of the oxygen absorbers inevitably causes the change of the crystallinity of high polymers, so that the oxygen absorbers are whitened after oxygen absorption, and in order to prevent whitening after placing the oxygen absorption, the oxygen absorbers need to be pretreated, so that the phenomenon of recrystallization of the oxygen absorbers induced in high-temperature water environment (such as the condition of pasteurization method, about 68 ℃) is inhibited, and the dispersion degree of the oxygen absorbers in high polymers is improved, so that the texture of precipitated particles is reduced. In conclusion, the gasket with the formula provided by the invention has the advantages that the gasket has oxygen absorption activity, does not turn white, has few particles, and can clean the two-dimensional code.
Example 2
The embodiment 2 of the invention provides a bottle cap oxygen absorption gasket which can be further optimized or improved on the basis of the embodiment 1. Implementation details of the present embodiment are specifically described below, and the following description is provided only for the sake of understanding and is not necessary for implementing the present embodiment. The embodiment 2 includes:
the oxygen absorbent comprises one or more of sodium sulfite, potassium sulfite, ferrous calcium stearate and calcium sulfite.
The oxygen absorbent may be subjected to a surface activity-enhancing treatment such as: the oxygen absorbent is chemically modified by a coupling agent to improve the surface activity, and then is dried to obtain the oxygen absorbent.
The PE includes LDPE and LLDPE.
The antioxidant comprises 1010 antioxidant and/or 168 antioxidant.
The other auxiliary agents comprise at least one of bacteriostatic agents, release agents and oxygen absorbing agents.
In the embodiment of the invention, the weight of the bottle cap gasket is 200-220 mg.

Embodiment 3 of the present invention provides a bottle cap oxygen absorbing gasket, which can be further optimized or improved on the basis of embodiment 1 or embodiment 2. step S2, printing, namely spraying the two-dimensional code and then performing an anti-sticking process to place the two-dimensional code on the inner layer of the oxygen absorption gasket, wherein a special PE adhesive is selected;
and step S3, molding.
Therefore, the technical feasibility is provided for obtaining the bottle cap oxygen absorbing gasket.
Example 8
Embodiment 8 of the present invention provides a method for preparing a bottle cap oxygen absorbing gasket, which can be further optimized or improved based on embodiment 7. Implementation details of the present embodiment are specifically described below, and the following description is provided only for the sake of understanding and is not necessary for implementing the present embodiment. This embodiment 8 includes:
in step S1, the thermoplastic elastomer base material, PE, and white oil are uniformly mixed, and then the polymer segment is softened through the swelling process, thereby reducing intermolecular forces and facilitating processing. In this example, a JWE 75 twin screw extruder was utilized. The extrusion temperature is 140-175 ℃, the extrusion revolution is 200-300 r/min, and the granulation is carried out by melt blending extrusion.
For step S2, the PE specific binder is a modified alkyd resin.
For the step S3, in the molding forming, the speed is 1800-2000 per minute, and the screw temperature is 90-125 ℃; the rotating speed of the extrusion molding motor is 1800-2200 rpm. More specifically, the extrusion motor speed may be 2000 rpm.
Verification example
After the cap was formed, a periodic test was conducted on the oxygen-absorbing activity and the whitening of the gasket, and the results showed that the oxygen-absorbing activity exhibited three-level activity (see fig. 2). Meanwhile, the gasket has good whitening conditions in 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks, the two-dimensional code is clear and visible, and no white particles are separated out.

Claims (10)
1. A bottle cap oxygen uptake gasket comprises the following components in parts by weight:
10-40 parts of thermoplastic elastomer base material, 20-60 parts of PE (polyethylene), 0.2-2 parts of antioxidant, 5-20 parts of white oil and 2-12 parts of oxygen absorbent, wherein the oxygen absorbent is subjected to surface activity improvement treatment.
2. The oxygen absorbing gasket of bottle cap as claimed in claim 1, wherein said oxygen absorbing agent comprises one or more of sodium sulfite, potassium sulfite, ferrous calcium stearate, and calcium sulfite.
3. The bottle cap oxygen absorbing gasket of claim 1, wherein the PE comprises LDPE and LLDPE, and the antioxidant comprises one or a mixture of two of antioxidant 1010 and antioxidant 168.
4. The bottle cap oxygen absorbing gasket of claim 1, wherein the weight of the bottle cap oxygen absorbing gasket is 200-220 mg.
5. A bottle cap characterized by comprising the bottle cap oxygen absorbing gasket of any one of claims 1 to 4.
6. A closure according to claim 5, wherein the closure is a crown cap.
7. A preparation method of a bottle cap oxygen absorption gasket comprises the following steps:
extruding and granulating, namely uniformly mixing the thermoplastic elastomer base stock, the PE and the white oil, adding the pretreated oxygen absorbent and the antioxidant, continuously mixing until the mixture is uniform, and extruding by using an extruder;
printing, namely spraying the two-dimensional code and then performing an anti-sticking process to place the two-dimensional code on the inner layer of the oxygen absorption gasket, and selecting a special PE (polyethylene) adhesive;
and (5) molding.
8. The preparation method of the bottle cap oxygen absorbing gasket as claimed in claim 7, wherein the extrusion temperature is 140-175 ℃, the extrusion rotation number is 200-300 r/min, and the granulation is performed by melt blending extrusion.
9. The method for preparing a bottle cap oxygen absorbing gasket according to claim 7, wherein the special PE adhesive is modified alkyd resin.
10. The preparation method of the bottle cap oxygen absorbing gasket as claimed in claim 7, wherein in the molding process, the speed is 1800-2000/min, and the screw temperature is 90-125 ℃; the rotating speed of the extrusion molding motor is 1800-2200 rpm.
