As shown in fig. 9, the automatic controller 41 includes a telescopic link 411 and a telescopic machine 412, the telescopic machine 412 is vertically arranged at the top of the oil collecting bin 31, the telescopic link 411 is vertically arranged in the telescopic machine 412, and the bottom end of the telescopic link 411 is connected with the oil decanter 32.
The control principle of the automatic controller 41 is as follows: the telescopic link 411 is driven by the telescopic machine 412 to be telescopic, so that the relative position of the oil decanter 32 and the liquid level is adjusted, and the telescopic link 411 is fixed at a proper height after the adjustment is proper.

The lifting device 5 and the sewage storage lifting bin are arranged at the rearmost end of the equipment, and the monitoring sensitivity of a liquid level sensor in the sewage storage lifting bin and the reduction of the failure rate can be ensured after deslagging and deoiling, so that the normal operation of the equipment is ensured; meanwhile, the lifting water discharge of the lifting device 5 is a measurable numerical value, and the defects of low operation efficiency of water consumption valley equipment and insufficient treatment capacity during peak are overcome.
As shown in fig. 10, a control system of an oil and slag removing device for treating restaurant wastewater comprises a main control module 100, in which an operation mode is set for setting operation parameters, starting and stopping the device and recording alarm information; the main control module 100 is in signal connection with the sub-control module 200, the monitoring module 300 and the alarm module 400, and outputs a start-stop instruction to the sub-control module 200;
the sub-control module 200 is in signal connection with the deslagging module 210, the oil removal module 220, the heating module 230 and the lifting module 240, receives a start-stop instruction of the main control module 100, and outputs control data to the deslagging module 210, the oil removal module 220, the heating module 230 and the lifting module 240;
the monitoring module 300 monitors the running state, the liquid level height and the temperature of the equipment and outputs real-time state data to the main control module 100;
the alarm module 400 receives the control data output by the main control module 100, and alarms when the device is abnormal.
Further, the slag removal module 210 controls the start and stop of the back-washing device 13, the start and stop of the spiral slag remover 14 and the start and stop of the first power device 15;
the oil removal module 220 controls the start and stop of the automatic controller 41;
the heating module 230 controls the start and stop of the heating devices in the primary oil removing device 3 and the secondary oil removing device 4;

fourthly, heating the wastewater, and controlling the heating module 230 to be started through the sub-control module 200 to heat the wastewater after deslagging the wastewater to set parameters;
fifthly, removing oil from the wastewater, wherein after the wastewater is heated to set parameters, the sub-control module 200 controls the oil removal module 220 to start up, so that the wastewater is automatically removed;
and sixthly, the equipment is stopped, and after one operation period is finished, the main control module 100 sends a stop instruction, and each module enters a stop state.
A control method of oil and slag removing equipment for treating restaurant wastewater comprises the following steps:
s1, wastewater lifting and primary deslagging: the lifting device 5 is started to operate for 200s each time, and the primary deslagging device 1 is started for 1 time when the lifting device 5 is started for 5 times; the 5 th starting of the lifting device 5 is carried out 80s later, the first power device 15 is started to drive the first-stage slag remover 12 to operate, the spiral slag removers 14 are simultaneously started when the first power device 15 is started, and the back-washing device 13 is started after the first-stage slag remover 12 operates 60s later; when the lifting device 5 stops, the primary slag remover 12 and the back-washing device 13 stop simultaneously;
s2, secondary deslagging: after the spiral slag remover 14 is stopped, the secondary slag removing device 2 is started; the second power device drives the second-stage slag separator 22 to run for 60s and then stops;
s3, heating wastewater: when the lifting device 5 is started for 10 times, the heating device on the primary oil removing device 3 and the heating device on the secondary oil removing device 4 are started for 1 time at the same time, and the heating device is closed after the heating device is heated for 1 hour once or the water temperature exceeds 50 ℃;
s4, removing oil from the wastewater: after the heating device heats for 1 hour, the automatic oil discharging structure in the first-stage oil removing device 3 and the automatic oil discharging structure in the second-stage oil removing device 4 are started, the automatic controller 41 stretches and retracts to control the oil decanter 32 to decant oil on the liquid surface, the automatic controller 41 is shut down after running for 60s, the catering wastewater enters the wastewater storage and lifting bin after oil and slag removal to be temporarily and transitionally stored until the wastewater liquid surface reaches the preset height, and the lifting device 5 is started to discharge the wastewater into the municipal pipe network.
Further, in the wastewater treatment process, an operator monitors and manually adjusts the manual controller 34 to stretch and retract through the oil level observation mirror, and the meal oil with poor flowability in the oil collecting bin 31 of the primary oil removing device 3 is discharged through the manual oil discharging structure.
Preferably, in steps S1-S4, the frequency and duration of the start-up of the apparatus during deslagging, degreasing and backwashing are adjusted according to the total displacement lifted by the lifting device 5.

A deoiling and deslagging device for treating restaurant wastewater is characterized by comprising a deslagging structure, a deoiling structure and a sewage storage lifting bin; the slag removing structure comprises a primary slag removing device (1) and a secondary slag removing device (2), the oil removing structure comprises a primary oil removing device (3) and a secondary oil removing device (4), the secondary slag removing device (2) is arranged at the rear side of the primary slag removing device (1) and is arranged above the primary oil removing device (3), the secondary oil removing device (4) is arranged at the rear side of the primary oil removing device (3), and the sewage storage lifting bin is arranged at the rear side of the secondary oil removing device (4);
restaurant wastewater sequentially passes through the primary deslagging device (1), the secondary deslagging device (2), the primary oil removal device (3) and the secondary oil removal device (4) and enters the sewage storage lifting bin.

The oil and slag removing equipment for treating restaurant wastewater as claimed in claim 1, wherein: one-level dross removal mechanism (1) includes that one-level deslagging storehouse (11), one-level scummer (12), back flush ware (13), spiral slagging-off machine (14) and power device (15), one-level scummer (12), back flush ware (13) and spiral slagging-off machine (14) are all established in one-level deslagging storehouse (11), power device (15) are established at one-level deslagging storehouse (11) top, establish in one-level deslagging storehouse (11) inner chamber one-level scummer (12), and one-level scummer (12) are driven through power device (15), establish the outside at one-level scummer (12) back flush ware (13), the bottom at one-level scummer (12) is established in spiral slagging-off machine (14).

and the secondary oil removing device (4) comprises an oil collecting bin (31) and an automatic oil discharging structure, and the automatic oil discharging structure is arranged in the oil collecting bin (31).
