The elevator shaft arrangement structure according to claim 2, wherein the hand holes (140) are located on both sides of the counterweight frame hole (130), the hand holes (140) are symmetrical with respect to the center of the counterweight body (100), and the distance between the diagonally disposed hand holes (140) is 500mm or less.
7. An elevator shaft arrangement as defined in claim 1, wherein the vertical beam column of the counterweight housing (300) is bent from a steel plate into a square shape and connected by welding at the joint.
