According to the difference of the matched seals, the installation adapter is different, if the installation adapter is installed between the common bag type primary seal and the L-shaped secondary seal, the installation adapter is installed on the upper edge of the floating disc, namely the installation position of the existing primary seal and the secondary seal, and the installation position is shown in the figure 1; the mounting adapter is characterized in that an inclined section is arranged at the bottom of the plate body so as to be connected along the bending angle of the stress application mechanism, and the upper part of the mounting adapter is attached to the existing primary seal and secondary seal mounting position.
According to national standard GB50341, the compensating range of the floating disc seal is generally +/-100 mm, but in actual operation, a large number of storage tanks are found to be deformed, the actually required sealing compensating range far exceeds the value, the existing sealing compensating amount is insufficient, and a large amount of oil gas is leaked, so that the existing floating disc edge sealing devices are changed into spring piece type efficient sealing, and the compensating range is greatly enhanced as shown in figure 2.
The invention can also be arranged on a spring sheet type high-efficiency seal, and the installation position is a spring sheet type primary seal installation position, as shown in figure 2;
d. Scraper knife
In order to ensure that the scraper can effectively scrape residual wax on the wall of the storage tank and avoid potential safety hazards, the scraper is made of a nonmetal scraper material, and the scraper is required to have the characteristics of moderate hardness, low friction coefficient, oil resistance, corrosion resistance and the like. In view of this, in the present invention, it is considered to manufacture the doctor blade from nylon or polytetrafluoroethylene. In the invention, in order to ensure that the scraper is tightly jointed with the arc of the tank wall, each storage tank needs to design the scraper according to the diameter of the storage tank, and the arc of the scraper is identical to the arc of the storage tank, so that the joint of the scraper and the tank wall can be effectively ensured. As shown in fig. 5 and 7;
The mounting bracket of scraper also adopts glass steel or engineering plastic material, simultaneously, for simple to operate, the mounting bracket adopts special-shaped structure, also can play the direction function simultaneously at the installation scraper, prevents that the scraper from producing the upset when the operation. The scraper mounting frame is shown in fig. 4, 6 and 7;
For convenience in production, in the present invention, the length of the scraping blade is generally not more than 1m, a plurality of scraping blades are arranged along the tank wall, and for completely covering the tank wall, the supporting arm is divided into a long arm and a short arm, and a slight length difference exists, so that the scraping blades can be conveniently arranged in an overlapping manner, as shown in fig. 18. The length of the scraper is not more than 1 meter, and two adjacent mounting frames can be connected with the same scraper 1 together.
The mounting rack, the supporting arm, the stressing mechanism and the mounting adapter are all plate structures with proper widths, so that scraped operation and supporting are met.
The operation characteristics of the paraffin scraper are as follows:
1. Compensation range
According to national standard GB50341, the edge clearance of a common steel floating disc is 200mm, as shown in fig. 15, the compensation range of general sealing is +/-100 mm, and a floating disc limiting device is arranged below the floating disc, so that the minimum annular clearance of the floating disc is 100mm, as shown in fig. 14:
That is, the maximum edge clearance of the floating disc is 300mm according to national standard, but in order to consider that some floating discs have longer building time and larger deformation of the storage tank, the invention temporarily takes 350mm as the maximum clearance, and in actual use, the length of the mounting adapter and the length of the supporting arm are adjusted according to the requirement, so that the compensation range can be designed to be 400mm or even larger. Namely, the length of the mounting adapter and the length of the supporting arm are adjusted, and the compensation range of the wax scraping device is not less than 400mm.
In the present invention, if a larger compensation range is required, the support arm can be lengthened to ensure that the maximum value s=the support arm length l×cos θ (maximum inclination angle), and the maximum inclination angle is generally not more than 45 degrees, so that the compensation range can be enlarged by lengthening the support arm, and the installation position of the adapter needs to be reduced in order to prevent the wax scraper from interfering with secondary sealing.
2. The wax scraper at each position can effectively operate
In order to ensure the effective operation of the novel paraffin scraper above the liquid level, the paraffin scraper can be effectively attached to the wall of the storage tank when the maximum clearance, the minimum clearance and the normal position of the floating disc are ensured, and the phenomenon of overturning can not occur. Meanwhile, interference phenomenon with the existing seal does not occur at different positions.
As shown in fig. 11-13, the wax scraper of the present invention operates at different positions, and it can be seen that the wax scraper of the present invention can operate effectively in the full range of the floating disc gap by adjusting the position change between the long hole and the screw rod and the deformation of the spring plate of the force applying mechanism.
3. Unidirectional paraffin scraping setting
The invention aims to remove residual wax deposition of a wax scraper, and when a floating disc runs upwards, the wax deposition generated on a storage tank can enter the storage tank and is removed under the action of the original wax scraper and heating of the storage tank. In the upward direction, no wax removal is required. When the float plate is operated downward, as shown in fig. 8, the wax deposited on the liquid surface above the original wax scraper leaks out, and at this time, it is necessary to remove the wax.
In the present invention, the scraper is designed to be a non-metallic material for safety, and the scraper is designed to be reduced in resistance and reduced in friction when the float plate is up in order to increase the life of the scraper. In the present invention, the wax scraper bends when operating upwards, reducing the resistance to the tank wall. As shown in fig. 8 and 9; the scraper is one-way wax scraping device, when the floating disc is upwards, the scraper is designed to reduce resistance, friction is reduced, and when the wax scraper upwards runs, the wax scraper can bend to be seen in fig. 10.
In the present invention, the doctor blade is mounted on the doctor blade holder, and the mounting frame plays a role of reinforcing the rigidity of the doctor blade in addition to the function of mounting the doctor blade, but since the doctor blade is in single-sided contact with the mounting frame, the bending moment arm of the doctor blade is different when the doctor blade is in ascending and descending directions, and as can be seen from fig. 16 (1) (2), the bending moment arm L1 in descending directions is short, the bending moment arm L2 in ascending directions is long, and the bending amount=pressure=coefficient of friction ] of the doctor blade is bending moment arm, so that it is possible to obtain that the bending amount of the doctor blade in ascending directions is larger than that in descending directions. Thus, in the upward direction, the bending amount of the scraper is increased, and the included angle α between the scraper and the tank wall is decreased as shown in fig. 16 (2), and the upward/downward resistance of the scraper is decreased, in addition to the frictional force, by the force of the small obstacle on the tank wall, which is the force=obstacle resistance sin α, and all the resistance is also decreased when the included angle α between the scraper and the tank wall is decreased due to bending.
Matching performance of the paraffin scraper and the existing edge seal:
In the existing common floating roof edge seal, there are mainly three kinds of sealing of the bag type, mechanical seal and high-efficient shell fragment seal, wherein the mechanical seal is because the potential safety hazard is great, have already not recommended to use in China at present, the invention mainly uses sealing of the bag type and high-efficient shell fragment seal as the main adapting object, in these two kinds of seals, can install this and scrape the wax device effectively.
The installation schematic diagrams of the bag type seal and the high-efficiency elastic sheet seal are shown in figures 1 and 2;
the technical key points of the paraffin scraper of the invention
1. A liquid level paraffin scraper is additionally arranged between the primary seal and the secondary seal;
2. using nonmetallic materials, manufacturing scrapers, support arms and the like;
3. combining the mounting frame and the guiding function of the scraper;
4. The scraper is designed by adopting an arc-shaped curve of the storage tank, so that the scraper is tightly attached to the storage tank;
5. May be adapted to a variety of seal mounting forms.
Claims (10)
1. The wax scraping device comprises a scraper, a supporting arm, a stress application mechanism and a mounting adapter; the scraper is characterized in that the scraper (1) is connected to the mounting frame (2), the upper end of the supporting arm (3) is connected to the mounting frame, the lower end of the supporting arm is connected to the stressing mechanism (4), and the stressing mechanism is connected to the floating disc (A) through the mounting adapter (5);
the shape of the scraper (1) is an arc shape matched with the arc shape of the inner wall (C) of the storage tank;
The mounting frame (2) is of a special-shaped frame body structure, the cross section shape of the mounting frame is similar to a Chinese character 'ji', a frame top (21) of the mounting frame is forwards suspended to form a scraper knife handle, the bottom of the scraper knife handle is fixedly connected with the scraper (1), the front end blade of the scraper extends out of the edge of the frame top (21) and is propped against the inner wall of the storage tank and is attached to the inner wall of the storage tank, the middle part of the mounting frame is a vertical frame (22) which is vertically arranged, a bolt hole (23) is arranged on the vertical frame, a bolt rod (25) of the bolt (24) passes through the bolt hole and is backwards suspended after being fixed by a nut, the lower part of the vertical frame is forwards inclined, the bottom of the vertical frame is backwards and downwards bent, and a bending point (26) forms a guide supporting point and is propped against the inner wall of the storage tank to support and guide;
The support arm (3) is in a lath shape, the upper end of the support arm is backwards bent to form a compensation arm (31), the bending angle theta formed by the compensation arm and the support arm along a long line is 15-45 degrees, an adjusting long hole (32) in the vertical direction is formed in the compensation arm, the suspension end penetrating into the bolt rod (25) in the adjusting long hole is movably connected, and the tail end of the suspension end is screwed and positioned by a check ring and a nut;
The stress application mechanism (4) is of a spring plate structure, and one or more layers of elastic stainless steel plates are stacked together to form a spring plate shape with the middle part outwards bent; one end of the stress application mechanism is fixedly connected with the lower end of the supporting arm in a threaded manner, and the other end of the stress application mechanism is fixedly connected with the mounting adapter in a threaded manner.
2. A device for scraping wax above the liquid level of a storage tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of the scraping wax devices are arranged along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the storage tank, and adjacent scraping blades (1) are arranged in a seamless mode in an overlapping mode from top to bottom to cover the tank wall for a circle.
3. The device for scraping wax above the liquid level of a storage tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the scraper, the mounting frame and the supporting arm are all made of nonmetallic materials; the mounting adapter is made of galvanized steel sheets or stainless steel materials.
4. A wax scraping device above the liquid level of a storage tank as claimed in claim 3, wherein the scraper is made of nylon or polytetrafluoroethylene materials, and the mounting frame and the supporting arm are made of glass fiber reinforced plastics or engineering plastic materials.
5. A tank level upper wax scraping device as in claim 1, wherein the mounting adapter and support arm length is adjusted such that the wax scraping device has a compensation range of not less than 400mm.
6. A device for scraping wax above a liquid level of a storage tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the scraper is a unidirectional wax scraping device, and the scraper is curved when the wax scraping device is operated upwards when the floating disc is operated upwards without scraping wax.
7. A tank level upper wax scraping device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the wax scraping device is arranged between a normal bag-type primary seal (D) and an L-type secondary seal (E) of the float disc, and the mounting adapter (5) is arranged on the upper edge of the float disc (a), i.e. at the existing primary seal and secondary seal mounting position (F).
8. A tank level upper wax scraping device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the wax scraping device is mounted in a spring-type primary seal mounting position (G) of the float.
9. A device for scraping wax above the liquid level of a storage tank as claimed in claim 2, wherein the circumferential length of the scraper is not more than 1 meter, and two adjacent mounting frames (2) are connected with the same scraper (1); the supporting arms are divided into a long arm and a short arm, so that adjacent scrapers are arranged in a seamless mode in an overlapping mode from top to bottom; the scraper is in contact with the tank wall by adopting a straight vertical surface.
10. The wax scraping device above the liquid level of the storage tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein a bending angle beta formed by one end of the spring plate connecting support arm of the stressing mechanism (4) and an extension line of the installation adapter is set in a range of 90-160 degrees; the lower end of the compensation arm is positioned above a bending point (26) of the vertical frame (22).
