(3) the method comprises the steps of coating an adhesive on the surface of a paper tube base material 1 by adopting a roll coating method, baking for 0.5 h at 87 ℃ to obtain a mildew-proof layer 2, taking out the mildew-proof layer, adding a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) film on the surface of the mildew-proof layer by adopting a heat sealing machine, wherein the hot-pressing time is 0.5 s, the heat-sealing pressure is 0.15 MPa, and the heat-sealing temperature is 122 ℃ to obtain a damp-proof layer 3, wherein the thickness of the mildew-proof layer 2 is 20 micrometers, and the thickness of the damp-proof layer 3.

(3) and (3) adding cationic hydroxyethyl cellulose in a weight ratio into the salt modified bentonite particles prepared in the step (2), continuously stirring for 1-2 h at the temperature of 65-75 ℃, naturally cooling after the reaction is finished, and grinding to obtain the cationic hydroxyethyl cellulose modified bentonite with the particle size of 50-100 mu m.

(1) preparing an adhesive: adding deionized water in a mass ratio into a container, heating the container to 60-85 ℃, keeping the temperature, adding a preservative, a thickening agent and an emulsifier in a mass ratio into the container, and stirring for 1.5-2 h to uniformly mix the materials; then adding a dispersant in a mass ratio, dropwise adding butyl acrylate in a weight ratio, continuously stirring the mixture in the dropwise adding process, continuously stirring and reacting for 4-6 h after the dropwise adding is finished, adding corn starch in a mass ratio after the reaction is finished, stirring and reacting for 1.5-2 h, and naturally cooling to room temperature after the reaction is finished to obtain the adhesive;
(2) polishing the surface of the preliminarily molded paper tube by using a polishing machine, and removing surface impurities to obtain a paper tube base material;
(3) and (2) coating the adhesive prepared in the step (1) on the surface of a paper tube substrate by adopting a roll coating method, baking for 0.5 h at 75-100 ℃ to prepare a mildew-proof layer, taking out the mildew-proof layer, adding a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) film on the surface of the mildew-proof layer by adopting a heat sealing machine, and obtaining the moisture-proof layer, wherein the hot-pressing time is 0.5 s, the heat-sealing pressure is 0.1-0.2 MPa, and the heat-sealing temperature is 110-135 ℃.
9. The method for preparing the moisture-proof and mildew-proof paper tube as claimed in claim 8, wherein the steps of: the thickness of the mildew-proof layer in the step (2) is 15-25 μm.
