On the other hand, as shown, in one embodiment, the at least one drain opening may further include a second drain opening 116 in fluid communication with an external heating device (not shown). In this case, the water at normal temperature in the balance tank 104 can be delivered to the external heating device through the second water outlet 116 through the pipeline 117 for heating, and then the hot water is sent out by the external heating device for the customer to drink. In an alternative embodiment, the drain pipe 114 in the clean water tank 102 as described above may comprise a pipe made of a hard material. For example, the drain pipe 114 may be integrally constructed as a U-shaped pipe made of a hard material or other pipe of any other suitable shape; alternatively, the drain pipe 114 may be constructed as a hose at the joint of both ends, while the middle body portion is constructed as a hard material. In general, a soft material such as rubber is selected for the drain pipe, but the soft material absorbs odor and pollutes water when used for a long time. In the embodiment of the present invention, the drain pipe 114 is made of a hard material, so that the problem of odor adsorption can be effectively avoided. For example, any suitable material such as plastic, non-metal, etc. may be selected for use as the hard material, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited to any particular case.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5, in one embodiment of the present invention, the tank assembly 100 may further include a surge tank 118 disposed in the fresh water tank 102. It should be understood here that the following generally occur during actual use: the user chooses to drink hot water, and the normal temperature water is heated in the heating device, and hotter water vapor is generated in the heating process. In an alternative embodiment, the bottom surface of the surge tank 118 may be positioned no lower than the plane of the top of the surge tank 104. That is, a height position difference is formed between the buffer water tank 118 and the balance water tank 104 in the height direction of the water tank assembly 100, and the buffer water tank 118 is positioned higher than the balance water tank 104. Since the balance tank 104 contains normal temperature water, the buffer tank 118 contains water vapor, and the temperature of the water vapor is relatively high, a temperature runaway condition between the balance tank 104 and the buffer tank 118 may occur. That is, the buffer tank 118 may affect the temperature of the normal temperature water in the balance tank 104. Therefore, by setting the position of the buffer water tank 118 higher than the position of the balancing water tank 104, the temperature runaway phenomenon as described above can be effectively prevented from occurring, thereby ensuring that the temperature of the normal-temperature water in the balancing water tank 104 is substantially stabilized.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5, in one embodiment of the invention, the first inlet port 120 may be located at the top of the fresh water tank 102, the second inlet port 122 may be located at the bottom of the surge tank 118, and the first inlet port 120 and the second inlet port 122 may be in fluid communication via an exhaust pipe 126 located in the fresh water tank 102. Similarly to the embodiment described above with respect to the drain pipe 114, since the exhaust pipe 126 is also provided in the fresh water tank 102, the problem of odor adsorption caused by the exhaust pipe 126 being exposed to the outside of the fresh water tank 102 can also be effectively avoided.
Further similar to the drain pipe 114, in an alternative embodiment, the exhaust pipe 126 may also comprise tubing made of a hard material. A water tank assembly comprising a clean water tank, a balance water tank and a buffer water tank, wherein the clean water tank and the balance water tank are in fluid communication through a pipeline, the balance water tank and the buffer water tank are both arranged in the clean water tank, the bottom surface of the buffer water tank is not lower than the plane of the top of the balance water tank,
wherein the clean water tank has a first air inlet, the surge tank has a second air inlet in fluid communication with the first air inlet, and an overflow outlet at a top edge of the surge tank, the overflow outlet in fluid communication with the clean water tank,
wherein the balancing tank has an inlet port in fluid communication with the supply port of the fresh water tank and at least one outlet port in fluid communication with at least one of an external heating device and the outlet port of the fresh water tank.
2. The water tank assembly of claim 1, wherein said balance tank is removably mounted in said fresh water tank.
3. The water tank assembly of claim 1, wherein said at least one drain opening comprises a first drain opening, wherein said first drain opening is in fluid communication with said water outlet opening through a drain pipe located in said clean water tank.
4. A water tank assembly according to claim 3, wherein said water supply inlet is provided at the bottom of said clean water tank and said water outlet is provided at the top of said clean water tank.
5. The water tank assembly of claim 3, wherein the at least one drain opening further comprises a second drain opening in fluid communication with an external heating device.
6. The water tank assembly of claim 5, wherein said water inlet, said first drain opening, and said second drain opening are all disposed in a bottom surface of said balancing water tank, and a water supply pump is connected between said water supply opening and said water inlet opening.
7. A water tank assembly as claimed in claim 3, wherein the drain pipe comprises tubing made of a hard material.

The water tank assembly of claim 1 wherein said first inlet port is disposed at a top of said clean water tank, said second inlet port is disposed at a bottom of said surge tank, and said first inlet port and said second inlet port are in fluid communication through an outlet pipe located in said clean water tank.
9. The water tank assembly of claim 8, wherein said exhaust pipe comprises tubing made of a hard material.
10. The water tank assembly of claim 1, wherein said fresh water tank further has an air outlet, wherein said air outlet is disposed at the top of said fresh water tank and communicates with said surge tank.
11. The water tank assembly of claim 1 wherein the top of said surge tank is configured as an open top opening and a seal is provided between said top opening and said fresh water tank.
12. The water tank assembly of claim 1 wherein the top of said equalization tank is configured as an open top opening and a seal is provided between said top opening and said clean water tank.
13. The water tank assembly of claim 1, wherein said clean water tank comprises an upper tank body and a lower tank body detachably connected to each other.
14. The water tank assembly of claim 13, wherein a seal is mounted between said upper tank and said lower tank.
15. The tank assembly of claim 1, wherein a portion of an outer sidewall of the equalization tank is shaped to fit an inner sidewall of the fresh water tank.
16. A water purification apparatus, comprising a water tank assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 15.
17. The water purification apparatus of claim 16, wherein the water purification apparatus is a water purifier, a drinking fountain, or a water purifier.
