In some embodiments, at least one of the anterior 103 and posterior 104 sides is provided with indicia 7 for identifying the superior and inferior poles of the donor kidney. Therefore, the bag body 1 containing the kidney supply is ensured to be correctly oriented when being placed in the body of a patient, and the influence of the torsion of the kidney supply on the operation is avoided.
Specifically, the mark 7 may be one and provided at an upper end or a lower end of the front side portion 103, and the mark 7 may be formed by at least one combination of an arrow, a letter, or a conspicuous color. Alternatively, two marks 7 may be provided, and the two marks 7 are provided on the front portion 103 so as to be spaced apart in the vertical direction.

In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, the first feature "on" or "under" the second feature may be directly contacting the first and second features or indirectly contacting the first and second features through an intermediate. Also, a first feature "on," "over," and "above" a second feature may be directly or diagonally above the second feature, or may simply indicate that the first feature is at a higher level than the second feature. A first feature being "under," "below," and "beneath" a second feature may be directly under or obliquely under the first feature, or may simply mean that the first feature is at a lesser elevation than the second feature.

Claims (10)

1. A kidney temperature control bag, comprising:
the bag body is provided with an accommodating cavity, the shape of the bag body is matched with that of a kidney, and the bag body is provided with a first opening for placing the kidney into the accommodating cavity and a second opening for enabling the renal pedicle of the kidney in the accommodating cavity to extend out;
a closing member for closing the first opening, the closing member being provided on the bag body; and
the temperature control piece is arranged on the bag body and provided with a temperature control channel for enabling temperature control liquid to flow, or the temperature control piece and the bag body define a temperature control channel for enabling the temperature control liquid to flow.
2. The kidney temperature control bag according to claim 1, wherein said bag body comprises an anterior side portion and a posterior side portion connected together, the outer edge of the front lateral part and the outer edge of the back lateral part are both convex shapes matched with the outer edge of the kidney, each of the inner edge of the front side portion and the inner edge of the rear side portion has a shape matching the shape of the inner edge of the kidney, a portion of the inner edge of the front side portion is recessed toward the outer edge of the front side portion relative to a remaining portion of the inner edge of the front side portion, a portion of the inner edge of the rear side portion is recessed toward the outer edge of the rear side portion relative to a remaining portion of the inner edge of the rear side portion, at least one part of the outer edge of the front side part and at least one part of the outer edge of the rear side part surround to form the first opening, the portion of the inner edge of the anterior lateral section and the portion of the inner edge of the posterior lateral section surround the second opening corresponding to the hilum of the kidney.

The kidney-supplying temperature control bag according to claim 2, wherein a cut-out is provided on the front side portion, the cut-out extends to the edge of the second opening along the inside-outside direction of the front side portion, and the temperature control channel is distributed in a serpentine shape on the front side portion except for the cut-out and the rear side portion.
4. The kidney-supplying temperature control bag according to claim 3, wherein the front side portion and the rear side portion each include a heat insulating layer and a heat conducting layer, the heat insulating layer is disposed on a side of the heat conducting layer away from the accommodating chamber, the temperature control channel is disposed between the heat insulating layer and the heat conducting layer, optionally, the temperature control channel is a hose, and the hose is disposed between the heat insulating layer and the heat conducting layer.

The kidney temperature control bag according to claim 4, wherein a temperature sensor for detecting the surface temperature of the kidney is provided on at least one of the front side portion and the rear side portion, optionally between the heat insulating layer and the heat conducting layer, or on a side of the heat conducting layer facing away from the heat insulating layer.
6. The kidney temperature control bag according to claim 2, wherein the closing member comprises a binding string, a plurality of first through-holes are formed on a portion of the front side portion adjacent to the outer edge thereof, a plurality of second through-holes are formed on a portion of the rear side portion adjacent to the outer edge thereof, and the binding string passes through the plurality of first through-holes and the plurality of second through-holes.

The kidney temperature control bag according to claim 2, further comprising a latch, wherein the second opening has a first end and a second end opposite to each other along an extension direction in the front portion, the latch is connected to a portion of the front portion adjacent to the inner edge thereof and a portion of the rear portion adjacent to the inner edge thereof, and the latch is located between the first end and the second end along the extension direction in the front portion.
8. The kidney temperature control bag according to claim 2, further comprising:
a circulation pump having an inlet and an outlet;
a three-way valve having a first inlet, a second inlet, and an outlet, the outlet of the three-way valve being in communication with the inlet of the circulating pump; and
a cold liquid tank and a warm liquid tank for storing temperature control liquid, wherein the first inlet is communicated with the liquid outlet of the cold liquid tank, the second inlet is communicated with the liquid outlet of the warm liquid tank,
optionally, the kidney-supplying temperature-controlling bag further comprises a first pipeline and a second pipeline, a first switch valve is arranged on the first pipeline, a second switch valve is arranged on the second pipeline, the first management is communicated with the first inlet and the liquid outlet of the cold liquid tank, the second pipeline is communicated with the second inlet and the liquid outlet of the warm liquid tank, optionally, the three-way valve is a three-way electromagnetic valve, optionally, the temperature-controlling liquid in the cold liquid tank is an ice-water mixture, the temperature-controlling liquid in the warm liquid tank is warm water, and the temperature of the warm water is 35-60 ℃.
9. The kidney temperature control bag according to claim 2, wherein at least one of the posterior side portion and the anterior side portion is provided with a traction band.
10. The kidney-providing temperature control bag according to claim 2, wherein at least one of the front side portion and the rear side portion is provided with a mark for identifying an upper pole and a lower pole of the kidney.
