Description

Seat cushion based on multi-angle supporting and adjusting structure
The invention relates to a base pad for dynamically adjusting surface morphology and a student seat with the base pad, wherein the application number is 201810216231.4, the application date is 2018, 03 and 15, and the application type is the invention.
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of living goods and instruments, and particularly relates to a seat cushion based on a multi-angle supporting and adjusting structure.
Background
At present, the adjustment of students in the market mainly focuses on the adjustment of the large-scale sizes of sitting height, sitting depth, waist rest height and the like, or the adjustment of the surface contact temperature of a cushion and a back cushion, and the shapes of the cushion and the back cushion are fixed and unchangeable. The function of the cushion and the back cushion with changeable shapes mainly appears on the automobile seat, and aims to adapt to different driving environments.
Chinese patent publication No. CN104055344A discloses an intelligent learning seat. The invention uses the sitting posture detection device to collect data of a learner sitting in front of a table and a chair and transmits the collected data to the data processing unit, the data processing unit processes the collected data and transmits a processing result to the intelligent control device, and the intelligent control device correspondingly controls the automatic table and chair adjusting device according to the processing result of the data, thereby realizing the movement of the chair, the automatic lifting of the table top or the automatic inclination of the table top or the automatic lifting of the chair surface or the automatic inclination of the chair back. The limitation of this type of learning chair is that it only provides the overall structural dimensions of the chair, such as seat depth, seat height, etc., and cannot adjust the shape of the seat surface and back cushion. The size adjustment is provided for general students, and the adjustment aims at adapting to different body types of people and cannot adapt to different sitting posture physiological forms.
Chinese patent publication No. CN102050038A discloses a method for dynamically adjusting the body support of a vehicle seat occupant based on the current vehicle speed and stored data about the current road profile. By precalculating a road along which the vehicle is most likely to travel during driving, the respective precalculated road along which the vehicle is most likely to travel is longer than the end of the upcoming curve, and the body support adapted to the entire precalculated road along which the vehicle is most likely to travel is adjusted while passing through the curve. The invention aims to solve the problems of seat support and wrapping in the running process of a vehicle. The dynamic adjustment seat adapts to the stress condition of drivers in different driving states by dynamically adjusting the shape of the seat. The problem to be solved is the stability of the ride during the driver's re-ride rather than to reduce fatigue from sitting for a long period of time.
With the increase of age, the body of the teenager is continuously developed, and the body form is continuously changed, particularly the height and the bone form are changed. When sitting, the shape of the seat support portion is likely to cause fatigue and even skeletal development deformity if it does not fit well to the body shape of teenagers of different ages.
Therefore, the seat with the dynamically adjustable cushion and/or back cushion shape is lacking in the market, so that the seat can adapt to different body shapes caused by rapid growth of teenagers or match the body shapes of different people, and the fatigue is relieved.

The first fixed end 2a of the connector 2 far away from the coating layer 1 is connected with the first matching end 3a of the support rod 3 close to the coating layer 1 in a manner of jointly forming a spherical pair. Wherein, the support body 4 whose working surface 4a is attached to the coating layer 1 is fixedly connected to the second fixed end 2b of the connector 2. The support body 4 changes the working form of the working surface 4a in such a manner that the support body moves with the movement of the first mating end 3a and/or swings around the first mating end 3a in a plane perpendicular to the surface of the covering layer based on an external force applied to the working surface 4a, and preferably, the working form of the working surface 4a is a different positional form in which the height of the working surface 4a from the ground surface can be changed and/or a different inclined form in which the angle between the working surface 4a and the ground surface can be changed. The spherical pair can realize the movement of the spherical pair based on the driving of the supporting rod 3. Under the condition that the position of the spherical pair is fixed, the support body 4 can swing around the spherical pair, and the floating type dynamic adjustment of the position form of the support body is realized. The shape of the body part can be better matched based on the active adjustment of the supporting rod 3 and the floating dynamic adjustment of the supporting body under the action of external force.
Preferably, the second mating end 3b of the support rod 3 remote from the cover 1 is in line contact and/or in surface contact in such a way as to produce relative sliding with the working surface of the cam 5. Wherein the first mating end 3a is positionally varied upon rotation of the cam 5 about its center of rotation 6. The connecting body is connected with the supporting rod in a spherical pair mode, so that the supporting rod can swing or rotate around the spherical pair while doing linear motion, the supporting rod can have a working form with any inclination angle with the surface of the cam, more position combination forms can be formed by matching the supporting body with the rotation or the swing of the spherical pair, and different body part forms of different users can be matched to the greatest extent.
Preferably, several cams 5 are arranged in such a way that their respective centres of rotation 6 are all located on the same transmission shaft 7. The cams on the same transmission shaft are distributed in mirror symmetry by taking the middle point in the axial extension direction of the transmission shaft as a symmetry center. Projections of straight lines defined by respective first end points 5a farthest from the rotation center 6 thereof and second end points 5b closest to the rotation center thereof, of the two adjacent cams 5 in a plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the propeller shaft intersect with each other. The plurality of cams are arranged on the same transmission shaft, the cams on the same transmission shaft are driven by one driving motor to rotate, the weight and the manufacturing cost of the base pad are reduced, and meanwhile, the position forms which extend along the axial direction of the transmission shaft and change in an undulate manner are obtained by matching the cams arranged on the same transmission shaft and have different position forms.
Preferably, several transmission shafts 7 having different lengths are connected to each other to a driving motor 8, respectively, and are driven to rotate by the driving motor 8. Wherein several drive shafts 7 of different lengths are distributed in a parallel row-like configuration and thus define support areas 9 of different shapes. The axial extension directions of the drive shafts contained in the differently shaped support areas 9 are perpendicular to each other. The support areas with different shapes are limited through the transmission shafts according to the parallel row-shaped distribution mode, and the weight increase caused by the fact that the support bodies are covered in the whole area in the bottom mat is avoided by the mode that the support bodies are arranged in the sub-areas of the bottom mat. Meanwhile, the number of the support bodies in different support areas and the arrangement gaps among the support bodies can be different, and the structural stability of the base mat can be effectively improved by densely arranging the support bodies in the stress concentration areas, so that the base mat has a longer service life. The shape of the support area 9 may be a regular geometrical shape such as a rectangle, a triangle or a circle. Preferably, the support area 9 has a first projection 19 and a second projection 20. The support region 9 is formed, for example, in a shuttle shape in the direction of the line connecting the first projection 19 and the second projection 20 such that the width of the cross section perpendicular to the line connecting direction is increased from small to small. Preferably, the support region 9 having the first and second protrusions 19 and 20 is disposed at a position corresponding to a thigh of a human body. Under the standard position of sitting condition, human body slightly leans back makes the waist obtain to support and forms comfortable state, and this moment, buttock department atress is the biggest, and on the extending direction of human buttock to knee, the atress at thigh position is the state of decrementing, and the contact area at thigh position and cushion also is the trend of decrementing, and the width of cross section is the distribution of stress that the shuttle-shaped supports the region by little grow diminishes again and accords with thigh position and contact area's distribution characteristics, more is favorable to building comfortable just sitting and experiences.
Preferably, the drive motors 8 are each electrically connected to the control module 10. Each drive motor 8 is formed with a duration suitable for its current state based on the independent control signal of the control module 10. Human buttock and thigh position are under the condition that contacts the cushion surface and sit completely, and a plurality of supports regional 9 and provides the support for its buttock and thigh position that corresponds, and the support extrusion force based on support regional 9 makes buttock and thigh position receive corresponding extrusion force, just forms uncomfortable sitting experience when local extrusion force is too big, the different surface morphology of the form of the health position self of cooperation buttock muscle and thigh muscle formation for it is more difficult in order to form unified coordinated state to the regulation and control matching of each regional holding power to the health position. The single driving control mode of the transmission shaft enables the adjustment of the surface form of the bottom cushion to be more diversified. Based on different rotation angles of the transmission shaft, the shape of the body part can be better matched. Preferably, based on the independent control signal of the control module 10, the single driving motor 8 can be independently turned on and control the working time to define the working form of the dynamic and/or cyclic variation of the local surface form of the base mat, and the local position can correspond to the acupuncture points of the human body to realize the fixed-point massage to the acupuncture points of the human body. The whole circulation massage of ordinary massage seat chair can improve blood circulation state, what it was built is that a comfortable relaxed sitting is experienced, produces the sitting atmosphere that lets people drowsy, the spirit excessively relaxes. The fixed point massage to the human acupuncture points can quickly improve the attention and the mental state, and is more beneficial to forming a more efficient learning state for the sitting person. Preferably, the control module 10 is capable of generating control signals for different driving motors based on data such as pressure fluctuation range, pressure duration or dynamic variation frequency of pressure, at least two driving motors 8 are capable of generating mutually coordinated working states based on the control signals, and dynamic combinations of mutually different on-time nodes and off-time nodes of the driving motors 8 are capable of generating richer surface morphology combinations, and are capable of better adapting to weak or strong user groups such as hip muscles and thigh muscles with different degrees of development.
Example 2
This embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1, and repeated contents are not described again.
As shown in fig. 1, the cover 1 includes an outer first elastic layer 17 and an inner second elastic layer 18. The elastic modulus of the first elastic layer 17 is smaller than that of the second elastic layer 18 so that the second elastic layer 18 has a softer texture than the first elastic layer 1. The first elastic layer 17 is a leather product, a cloth product or a cotton product, and the second elastic layer 18 is a memory sponge, a silica gel product or a cotton product. By having an elastic covering, the surface of the cushion is not rigid, and the moment a sitting person touches the cushion to sit down has a more comfortable state due to the cushioning effect of the elastic covering. Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the support areas 9 of different shapes can be individually fitted to the cover 1 corresponding to their shape. The second elastic layers of the cover 1 of the different support regions 9 have different materials from each other. The second elastic layer of the support areas corresponding to the legs, which are located at both sides of the seat cushion and have the first and second protrusions 19 and 20, is preferably a memory sponge. The second elastic layer of the support area corresponding to the buttocks on the center line of the seat cushion is also preferably a memory sponge. In the sitting process of the sitting person, the hip part is firstly contacted with the cushion, the thigh part is in a suspended state, the sitting person can stand up again to move the hip part to be matched with a proper sitting position based on the artificial habit, and after the hip part is positioned, the leg part is contacted with the cushion and slowly relaxed to enable the leg part and the hip part to be not in a tight state. The support areas using memory sponges corresponding to the buttocks and legs enable the seated person to more quickly enter a comfortable sitting position.
As shown in fig. 8, the support rod 3 includes a first member 23, a second member 24, a ball 22, and a spring 21. The first member second end 28 and the second member second end 30 are open-ended as defined by the ends of the tube, wherein the first member second end 28 has a larger circular cross-section than the second member second end 30. The first member second end 28 and the second member second end 30 are connected by the ball 22 in a nested manner such that the first member 23 and the second member 24 have a relatively sliding operational condition. The first member first end 27 is convex and the second member second end 29 is planar. The spring 21 is arranged in the inner cavity of the support bar 3 in such a way that one end is connected to the first part and the other end is connected to the second part. The first part 23 and the second part 24 can slide relatively when the support rod 3 is subjected to external force again through the ball 22 and the spring 21 under the condition that the sitting person sits down on the support rod 3, so that the surface form of the base mat avoids uncomfortable feeling caused by lack of buffering in the dynamic adjusting process. The spring 21 has a resilience such that the relative displacement of the first and second members 23, 24 is limited to within 15 mm.
Example 3
This embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1 or embodiment 2, and repeated contents are not described again.
The base mat of the present invention can be used alone and removably attached to an article such as a sofa, a seat, a bench, etc. A user mounts a base cushion to a seat cushion or a backrest of a seat through a fixing member. Or the user mounts the two base cushions to the seat cushion and the squab of the seat, respectively, by means of fastening assemblies. In this way, a user can modify a common seat into a seat with an adjustable support configuration. The fixing parts can be binding bands which are arranged at the four corners of the bottom cushion and are grouped in pairs.
The straight lines defined by the respective first end point 5a, which is farthest from the center of rotation 6, and the second end point 5b, which is closest to the center of rotation, of the two adjacent cams 5 are at an angle to each other.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, several transmission shafts 7 of different lengths are distributed according to a parallel row-like configuration to each other and thus define support areas 9 of different shapes. Wherein the support area 9 of the seat cushion and the support area 9 of the backrest cushion each comprise at least three shapes. The support area 9 of the seat cushion is distributed in a zigzag-shaped area defined by ischial nodes 25 of the buttocks and at least two pressure nodes 26 inside the seat cushion. The support areas with different shapes and different surface forms are limited through the transmission shafts in a parallel row distribution mode, and the weight increase caused by the fact that the support bodies are covered in the whole area in the base mat is avoided by arranging the support bodies in the sub-areas of the base mat. Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the seat cushion is divided into a first area a, a second area B and a third area C which are arranged in parallel in a row. The first area A and the second area C are distributed on the left side and the right side of the second area B. At least one support area 9, in which the axial extension direction of the transmission shaft is parallel to the direction of the second area B extending from the front side to the rear side, is distributed in each of the first area a and the third area C.
