Abstract

本发明涉及的是一种远红外玻璃及其制品,其玻璃组成为SiO2、Al2O3、TiO2、2CrO2、MgO、Na2O等,熔制工艺按常规方法,可以制成各种玻璃制品,如瓶罐、酒具等,粉体玻璃材料还可涂覆在织物上,利用本发明能发射8-15μm波段的远红外线,使其制品具有保解,去异味和医疗保健作用。

本发明涉及的是远红外玻璃及其制品
目前作为远红外材料的大部分是采用陶瓷材料,而采用玻离材料作为远红外材料尚属少见,远红外陶瓷材料受其工艺限制,有些制品只能采用涂复方法才能实现,而采用玻璃材料,则可以直接生产出各种制品,同样具有发射远红外线的效果。
本发明的目的就是克服远红外陶瓷材料之不足,采用玻璃材料制成玻璃制品,使其在常温下具有发射远红外线效果。
本发明是通过如下方案进行实施的:远红外玻璃可以采用化工原料,也可以利用天然矿石原料,如长石、高岭土、滑石、锆英石等,其组成为SiO2 40-75、Al2O3 4-30、TiO2 1-8、ZrO22-6、CaO和MgO 2-10、Na2O 15-25、Fe2O3 0.3-3、Cr2O30-1.5、MnO2 0-2.5、CuO 0-0.8、C0O 0-0.5、Se 0-1、Cd0-0.6(重量百分数)。其熔制方法按常规熔制玻璃的方法,熔化温度在1350-1500℃,即配合料-熔化-澄清-成型-成品-退火-检验。如需粉体材料,则在澄清后进行水炸料-粉碎-过筛,制成所需粉体材料。
远红外玻璃可以根据其具有能发射远红外线,其波长在8-15μm范围,法向光谱比辐射率在0.8μm以上,这一波段的红外线能为人体和许多物质很好的吸收,产生一系列物理,化学和生物效应,广泛应用于食品、饮料、酿酒等行业的包装及用具,对人体具有保健作用。
采用远红外玻璃可以制成酒具、茶具、咖啡具、杯、瓶罐、球、块、液体或固体饮料,食品包装瓶等,其制造方法可按传统的玻璃制造工艺进行生产。远红外玻璃粉体材料可以刮涂或丝网印刷在织物上,代替远红外陶瓷粉,起到保健作用。远红外玻璃粉体材料生产工艺比陶瓷简单,易于粉粹,可以降低成本。
实例1:
远红外玻璃的成分为SiO2 64.57、Mn2O3 8.08、CaO 1.96、Fe2O3 2.64、TiO2 3.17、Na2O 19.58(重量百分数),熔化温度1450℃。用此种玻璃吹制或压制成酒具,其在8-15μm远红外线波段范围法向光谱比辐射率效果达0.83μm。实例2:
远红外玻璃成份为SiO2 58、Al2O3 12、MgO 3、Cr2O3 1、ZrO2 2、TiO 4、Na2O 20(重量百分数),熔化温度1450℃,用此种玻璃制成矿泉壶用玻璃罐,其在8-15μm波段范围远红外法向光谱比辐射率为0.84μm。
本发明与现有技术相比具有发射8-15μm皮段的远红外线,这是普通玻璃制品所不具备的特性,比远红外陶瓷粉的应用范围更广,而且可以直接生产出各种颜色,透明或不透明的制品,直接应用显得美观,效果明显,具有食品保鲜,去异味,等功能。可连续化生产,简化工艺,开辟玻璃制品和包装容器新的品种。用远红外粉体玻璃材料刮涂或丝网印刷在织物上,代替远红外陶瓷粉,生产工艺简单,易粉碎,降低成本,具有医疗保健效果。

Claims (3)

1、一种远红外玻璃,其特征是SiO2 40-75、Al2O3 4-30、TiO2 1-8、ZrO2 2-6、CaO和MgO 2-10、Na2O 15-25、Fe2O30.3-3、Cr2O3 0-1.5、MnO2 0-2.5、CuO 0-0.8、C0O 0-0.5、Se 0-1、Cd 0-0.6,熔化温度1350-1500℃,制成玻璃或玻璃粉体。
2、根据权利要求1所述远红外玻璃,其特征是在常温下玻璃的远红外波长在8-15μm范围。
3、远红外玻璃制品,其特征是采用权利要求1所述玻璃可以压制或吹制成酒具、茶具、咖啡具、杯、瓶罐、球、块、玻璃粉体可以刮涂或丝网印刷在织物上制成保健用品。
