Claims (10)

1. A piano production method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, manufacturing and generating a prefabricated frame;
s2, installing a string striking machine and a keyboard on the prefabricated frame;
and S3, mounting a prefabricated piano shell plate on a prefabricated frame provided with the string striking machine and the keyboard.
2. The piano production method according to claim 1, wherein said S1 includes:
and manufacturing prefabricated frame strips, and connecting the prefabricated frame strips to manufacture the prefabricated frame.

7. The piano production method according to claim 6, wherein said S3 includes:
and calculating the spare goods value of the prefabricated piano shell plate of the corresponding style according to the single sales volume value of each style of the piano.
8. The piano production method of claim 7, wherein said S3 further comprises:
and adjusting the structure of the prepared prefabricated frame according to the style of the prefabricated piano, and installing a prefabricated piano shell plate corresponding to the style of the prefabricated piano on the adjusted prefabricated frame according to the style of the prefabricated piano to obtain a finished piano product.
9. The piano produced by the piano production method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising a prefabricated frame and a prefabricated shell plate;
more than two prefabricated piano shell plates are coated outside the prefabricated frame;
the prefabricated frame is detachably connected with the prefabricated piano shell plate.
